The truth is that 100% of certified organic foods are superstar foods and you should be eating as large a variety of them as possible.

Big movements like squats and pushups are better at achieving a flatter belly than crunches because they work your core significantly. Do these in place of crunches for a more effective belly workout. Watch

Truths:

There is no scientific proof that squats and pushups and crunches will give you a flatter belly. Pushups primarily exercise your hands and not your core whatever that means. Localizing exercise will build up muscles in that localized area but the loss of fat occurs equally throughout the body and has little to do with localized exercise of a body part. If you exercised your thigh muscles would your cellulite disappear almost overnight or ever? The truthful answer is a resounding no!

If you have a tendency to be fat change your diet radically to better food and you won’t be wasting your time calorie counting.

Sitting at a desk does not increase the risk for developing heart disease if you are eating a wide variety of healthy food in your life. Increased glucose and insulin levels only exist if you pump your body full of soda a sweet foods and snacks during working hours. There is no risk of increased dangerous levels of glucose and insulin if you are sedentary and moderate your sugar input during the day.

As women age, relying on impact exercises alone is a mistake. Resistance training keeps your bones strong and stimulates muscle growth — and the more muscle you have, the more fat you’ll burn, even when you’re not exercising. Watch

Truths:

Your bones will remain strong whether or not you exercise if you eat a healthy wide variety of organic food in your life. Even in old age when confined to a wheelchair eating healthy will keep your bones strong and a minimum of natural body movement exercise will keep your body as fit as possible under natural geriatric old age degradation. If you are genetically going to suffer from osteoporosis in later life there is nothing you can realistically do about it. The more muscle that you have does not mean that you will burn more fat and get thinner because once body builders stop exercising they get fat quickly in many cases by overeating. There is no correspondence between muscle mass and losing weight. Finally lifting weights will not stop the natural aging process of your body.

The truth is that you shouldn’t be using resistance machines in the first place unless you are a body builder but should stick with natural body movement exercises.

You are not a body builder so you don’t have to lift heavier weights. Why should you? Do you want to be strong enough to lift 90 pound bags of concrete mix onto your shoulders? Most people don’t need extra strength in their lives or at work.

THE REAL TRUTH ABOUT YOUR TEETH: YOU RARELY NEED A DENTIST!!!!!!

MYTH: You need to brush your teeth if you spend most of your time at home and are mostly alone without a spouse.

TRUTH: Not brushing your teeth lets the smelly bacteria clean the plaque off your teeth so you don’t need any brushing!!! If you don’t need close social contacts and won’t offend anyone with your mouth odor then don’t brush your teeth and you won’t need a dentist anymore or at least very infrequently and only if you need a filling for a cavity. You won’t need dental insurance!!!

Dogs and cats and animals in general don’t brush their teeth and eat soft or crunch bites of food and almost never need a dentist!!!

The real scam artists are the dentists who give you a sales pitch about deep cleaning and twice a year plaque removal and regular brushing and flossing on a daily basis.  The truth is that deep cleaning does more harm to the gums and teeth during the brutal process where frequently local anesthesia is used so you won’t feel the pain when the dental assistant brutalizes your mouth. Pain is a danger signal to your body.  Don’t get any deep cleaning and waste your money on a harmful procedure which is unnatural.

Teeth cleaning and bleaching enamel which makes the teeth more sensitive is unnatural and should only be used by celebrities and prominent people in leadership positions who want that white smile for the general public. It is a waste of money for the average human.

Brushing your teeth every day removes the healthy bacteria in your mouth that naturally keep your teeth clean and brushing teeth with toothpaste is the cause of plaque and calculus accumulation!!! So stop brushing your teeth everyday if you possibly can. Your dentist is a huckster sucking money out of your wallet on a regular basis.

When you have gingivitis in old age don’t worry about it and have the tooth removed if it starts to get wobbly and is no longer firmly held by your jawbone. Don’t get crowns and/or bridges and/or cosmetic surgery done in old age if you possibly can because it is a waste of money.  I ruined three of my teeth with one deep cleaning procedure and biyearly cleanings which made my gums worse not better.  I had to pull out three teeth one at a time and decided not to brush or go to the dentist anymore.  The result is that I have a healthy mouth in old age with no more wobbly teeth or gingivitis with three missing teeth. Nature knows best!!!  Your dentist knows nothing about the real cause of tooth decay because he or she is always recommending that you brush away the helpful bacteria which prevent tooth decay in the first place!!!

Sugar is not the cause of tooth decay!!!

Compared to wild nature human society is extremely inefficient and is paying a high price for it in the form of bad health and destruction of biodiversity through excessive pollution and stealing wildlife real estate.

There are mental problems with much depression and high stress and an assortment of behavioral problems showered with ineffective drugs and misdiagnosed labels called bipolar disorder and schizophrenia and an assortment of phobias and anxieties and sleep disorders.

Bodily health is shockingly bad with diabetes and circulatory problems and cancer and an epidemic of obesity all primarily due to the unhealthy unnatural food and drink which we are consuming in huge quantities throughout the modern brainwashed world.

Wild animals do not have mental problems nor are their bodies diseased and needing to be treated with drugs.

They don’t have sexual problems because they don’t unwisely use much time mating and do not try to make sex an unnatural prolonged entertainment experience the way that humans are doing in this hedonistic world.

Wild animals don’t waste a lot of time communicating with other animals unless it is purposeful communication.

Humans on the other hand use so much time talking about trivial events in their boring lives and waste a lot of time texting and communicating and playing games on the cellphone and computer.

Wild animals don’t have many friends in general and even pack animals don’t waste their time and energy interacting with individual members for hours without purposeful behavior.

Wild animals get plenty of exercise looking for prey and food and increasingly more humans on the other hand infrequently get out of their sofas and job chairs to move around a little during the day.

Most don’t even go out for fast walks and a minimum cardio workout about three times a week.

Wild animals play while they are young but don’t extend it much into adulthood. While playing they learn important pack rules and how to react with dominant males and females and get plenty of agility exercise improving their coordination and making it better and better as they grow so that they will be able to be agile hunters or strong and healthy foragers in their future hunts for food.

Human offspring for the most part play with trivial video games which don’t teach them any necessary life social skills and skills necessary for future jobs.

They lead boring unmotivated lives going to public schools and learning how to kill time with a thousand and one deviant liberal arts trivial pursuits and lessons in nothing of importance especially topics which will never help them in getting a job after graduation.

They read and read and read mythological literature and textbooks which will minimally help them in the real world.

  1. FOR GOOD HEALTH JUST LIKE THE ANIMALS DRINK MOSTLY WATER WHEN THIRSTY AND EAT ONLY WHEN HUNGRY WHICH CAN BE AS LITTLE AS ONCE A DAY.
  2. DRINK RAW OR PASTURIZED MILK AFTER A MEAL ABOUT TWICE A WEEK AND INCLUDE A LITTLE BLOOD SAUSAGE AND EGGS AND AS MUCH CERTIFIED ORGANIC BEANS AND GRAINS AND FRUITS AND VEGETABLES AS YOU CAN AFFORD TO EAT.
  3. IF YOU EAT FAST FOOD MOSTLY THEN HAVE A HUGE VARIETY OF IT FROM DIFFERENT SOURCES DURING THE WEEK AND WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE A SNACK DO IT WITH NUTS AND SEEDS AND SOME FRUITS AND VEGETABLES INSTEAD OF SOFT DRINKS AND CHIP SNACKS ALTHOUGH SNACKING ON CHOCOLATE IS JUST FINE.
  4. IF YOU DON’T HAVE THE TIME OR ARE IN A HURRY THEN BUY READY MADE FROZEN FOOD INCLUDING TASTY SOUPS WHICH YOU LIKE IN PLASTIC BAGS AND HEAT THEM UP IN A MICROWAVE FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES. IF YOU HAVE SOME JUNK FOOD DURING THE WEEK AT ANY TIME OR HAVE SOME COFFEE OR TEA THAT IS PERFECTLY FINE AS LONG AS YOU DON’T EAT AND DRINK JUNK FOOD EVERY DAY.
  5. IF YOU FIND THAT YOU ARE ADDICTED TO ONE KIND OF FOOD EVERY DAY THEN TRY TO STOP IT AND DECREASE IT TO ABOUT 3 TIMES A WEEK AND START REDUCING THE ADDICTION OR EVEN STOPPING AN UNHEALTHY HABIT BY GOING COLD TURKEY AND THEN REPLACING IT WITH A BETTER FOOD OR BEVERAGE CHOICE!!!!!!
