MYTH: ADDED SUGAR TO FOOD AND DRINKS IS NOT POISONOUS TO OUR METABOLISM
TRUTH: ADDED SUGAR IN OUR FOODS IS CAUSING OVERWEIGHT and HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE and TYPE II DIABETES and HEART DISEASE and MANY OTHER METABOLIC IMBALANCES IN OUR BODIES BECAUSE WE CONSUME TOO MUCH OF IT.
Eating food with sugar and especially high fructose corn syrup added once in a while is not dangerous to your health but it is making you sick if you eat it every day or even every other day which is what most of us do.
Eating fructose found in white sugar and high fructose corn syrup suppresses your natural appetite suppressor and makes you eat more than you should causing overweight in most humans.
Almost everything we eat which is processed food has sugar or high fructose corn syrup added and all these foods are contributing to metabolic illnesses in newborns and offspring and adults.
Almost all low fat foods have fructose or sugar added to make bland food taste better and it is all converted into fat in our bodies.
You would be far better off eating food with natural fat in it which is not all converted into fat cells in the body but causes satiation and makes you eat fewer calories.
