Humans change jobs because
they get fired,
they get bored,
they don’t like the job,
they want more money,
they don’t see room for advancement within the organization,
and they don’t like the humans whom they are working with.
The reasons most humans stay in a job is because
they are making enough money,
they aren’t bored,
they like their job,
they like the humans whom they are working with,
they see room for advancement within the organization,
and they feel that the job is a secure one from which they will not get fired.
