THE TRUTH ABOUT A GUARDIAN***

2014-08-17 22.30.57

Guardian: n. a human(s) legally responsible for the supervision of another human(s) who can’t function in society independently

Offspring without parents need temporary guardians, single severely handicapped humans frequently need guardians, and single handicapped very old humans frequently need guardianship.

Whenever a human is alone and can’t function independently a guardian is essential who can help and supervise the human until, if ever, they can once again function independently.

If you are lucky and in need a relative or close friend may become a guardian. For the rest of us a government appointed guardian may be our only solution. If you are severely ill then you may be in the hospital under the care of a nurse and doctor. They are usually not thought of as guardians but only as care givers even though they effectively function as guardians during your hours of need.
