THE TRUTH ABOUT UNRULY*

dBQOYOM1

Unruly: adj. disobeying rules and frequently shown with overt disobedience and/or undisciplined behavior(s)

Unruly offspring are the most common but adults can be unruly too and at the extreme end they can participate in rioting.  Most rules are broken nonviolently but violent behavior is very serious rule breaking and is frequently punished by the law.

Break any rule and there is usually some form of punishment associated with the rule breaking. For offspring it may be denial of a privilege for duration such as grounding. For adults it may be getting fired from a job, social censure or even ostracism, and in violent rule breaking there may even be fines or imprisonment associated with the unruliness.

Fidget: v. to make small frequently repetitive movements frequently with body subsets when sensing anxiety and/or impatience

Rapping your fingers up and down on a desk or table, slightly tapping your feet, and playing with your hair by twirling part of it with your fingers are all possible signs of fidgeting because you are impatient and/or anxious about something. It is an obvious sign that you are killing some time probably waiting for something important to happen or waiting for something uninteresting to end.

Students sometimes fidget in school because frankly they are bored with what is going on or don’t understand what is spoken about and they are showing their impatience and/or anxiety.

THE TRUTH ABOUT URGING*

download

Urge: v. to try to intensely and persistently persuade a human(s) to do a subset(s) and/or to impulsively relatively infrequently intensely desire to do a subset(s)

Urging on someone who is reluctant to do something is sometimes a frustrating impossible task, especially if it has to do with a new food or going against a strong opinion. We all try to urge our offspring to eat their vegies but sometimes with little success unless we flavor it up with a favorite dressing.

Sometimes persistent urging pays of and the human just gets tired of the nagging and gives in and does what he or she was urged to do in the first place.

There is a fine line between urging and nagging because nagging is an annoying form of urging which is excessive and unpleasant to hear. We usually urge humans to do something which should be good for them and not something which they are categorically against and consider bad which is what nagging frequently is.

Sometimes we have an intense internal urge to do something which is our mind is saying do this as soon as possible. Once again there is a fine line between your mind urging you to do something relatively infrequently which is a little bit different from an addiction which is a constant urge to want to drink alcoholic beverages.

In effect you can urge others to do something or your mind can be urging you to do something.

THE TRUTH ABOUT UNSYSTEMATIC*

a3020024370_16

Unsystematic: adj. relatively random attempts at achieving a goal(s)

When you try to achieve a goal(s) based on luck, a hit or miss approach, or a try it and see approach then you are definitely not being systematic about it with accurate  organized planning.

Not systematic would be how most humans would describe unsystematic but its true nature is much randomness or random behavior done trying to achieve a goal(s).

THE TRUTH ABOUT UNUSUAL*

unusual-things-04

Unusual: adj. not habitual and/or common and/or relatively frequent

Something unusual is usually not a habit of most humans, is not very common, or it doesn’t happen or exist frequently but almost rarely.

An unusual name is either foreign or so relatively unique that most humans would say this is the first time that I have heard such a name or I have only met up with that name only a handful of times.

An unusual request may be to spin around three times while singing happy birthday. Unusual requests are not unique or one of a kind and they are not rare but definitely are not common or frequent.
