Sometimes tricks are harmless fun but usually no one wants to be a fool who falls for tricks so try not to use tricks too often on a human who may then begin to feel that you are not really honest with them all the time.

Trespass: v. to steal the use of real estate without permission and the real estate is (frequently private real estate and/or temporarily closed to the public or undesirable people- public real estate)
Trespassing on private property without permission is wrong most of the time but trespassing on public property and misusing it is also wrong and there should be legal punishment for some of this misuse.
Littering and vandalizing public property and performing extremely deviant behaviors on it should be subject to fines and even imprisonment for the worst offenders.

An unfavorable business climate frequently means that if you proceed to do business in it you will possibly suffer some injury frequently financially. Usually the odds are not on your side in unfavorable circumstances and possible injury of some kind is also possible.

Unfavorable social circumstances are also possible where you may be put in embarrassing situations which may affect your reputation adversely. By being rude, harshly critical, name calling, put downs, and ridicule you may put yourself in an unfavorable relationship with a potential customer or acquaintance who may not respect you as much anymore.
Sometimes timing may be the most important factor in determining whether it is an unfavorable or favorable time to do something. Confronting a working spouse right after work with offspring problems or descriptions of a harrowing day may not be the right time or an unfavorable time to do so because the working spouse needs some time to wind down or relax from a hectic day at work. A more favorable time may be after dinner after a satisfying meal.
An unfavorable book review is frequently a criticizing one which is unpleasant to the author and does not help him or her sell more books.
