Story: n. a communication which (uses a series of connected events and/or an interacting human(s)) and the corresponding descriptions are factual and/or fictitious and it is a communication which tries to entertain and/or to inform

A good story will get your point across to the public frequently better than a discussion or a debate. Unfortunately stories these days have to be dramatic, exciting, and entertaining which means that they often depart from reality and are exaggerated excursions into biased propaganda where truth often suffers and subjective emotional reactions reign supreme.

Stories have a tendency to be too verbose which many modern readers have no patience for. The art of story telling will have to undergo a revolution in style if it is to survive the impatience of modern human readers.
