Ideally there should be a solution to every problem but circumstances sometimes make it impossible to solve a financial or relationship problem. Sometimes the solution to a problem is a bad one such as financial bankruptcy or breaking off a once good relationship permanently.
A mathematical or statistical solution has greater certainty than a solution to unruly offspring or a bad relationship.
It is also possible that more than one solution exists for solving a problem and the only difference is a question of a different time duration or getting a different human(s) and/or object(s) involved in the solution process.

There may actually not be a source for the universe and it may have always existed in one form or another. Although our intuition promotes the desire to have a creation myth or a source for everything at some point in time the universe itself may be an exception to the general rule of sources for almost everything.

When asked to specify something you must identify and accurately describe what you are communicating about in an understandable way.
Specifications can be technical with great clarity or they can be behavior descriptions which may not be that clear if it is specifications about vague concepts such as love, loyalty, integrity, and good will. General specifications which are not detailed are also not very good specifications and leave much room for error and misinterpretation.
The more accurate the description or definition the better the specification and vague descriptions with poorly defined words are not very good or dependable specifications.
