Rush: v. to move speedily with urgency

Humans generally rush when there is a deadline approaching fast and there is fear that the deadline will not be met if you don’t hurry up. 

Urgent requests or urgent circumstances such as a drowning human are reasons for rushing or moving speedily to avoid the possibility of bad things happening.

Rushing frequently is not a very good circumstance to be in because haste often makes waste and you are more mistake or accident prone if you rush through things.
