Illogical: adj. not using reason to achieve a goal(s) and/or not impulsively making a reasonable conclusion(s)

Very few of us really think logically because that means that you are using well defined words and thinking through the possible correspondences between the words and/or events. Cause effect analyses are also ways of making logical decisions based on cause effect correspondences but most of this type of thinking takes place impulsively based on prior experiences with these cause effect relationships.

To do something illogically is to do something which doesn’t make any sense or much sense and is considered unreasonable also. Illogical actions are usually impulsive reactions to the environment and everything in it and any great deviation from normative reactions are often considered to be illogical reactions too.

An illogical conclusion would be to evaluate all the present evidence and facts known about the earth and conclude that the earth is flat.
