Idiosyncrasy: n. an unusual and/or unique behavior limited to an individual and/or a possible cult a human may be a participant in

Some examples of idiosyncrasies are not drinking anything during a meal and leaving a little bit of food on the plate or a little bit of liquid in a bottle after drinking most of it. You could also call idiosyncrasies quirks or weird habits because they all basically mean the same thing-an unusual and/or unique behavior.
