Flaw: n. any small to large human imperfection in a behavior and/or a characteristic and/or an imperfection in a subset(s)

Most humans are flawed or imperfect in some way and the important flaws are usually the ones which should be considered and corrected if possible because they can be great handicaps when interacting with others socially.

Material flaws such as airline metal flaws can be very hazardous to humans and that is why many airlines undergo maintenance checks to check for these important flaws so that they can be corrected in time before a disaster strikes and costs human life.
