Failure to pay money on time may be considered to be an adult delinquency which is a relatively small crime but most delinquencies are done by minors.
Juvenile delinquency is often small crimes like stealing a backpack, lunch box, cell phone, vandalism, etc. but there are many more possible as detailed in the following link which details some rather serious crimes too done by minors.
