Other conflictens, historically known as conflicts, are more physical in nature such as slapping, pushing, and shoving which sometimes result in violent aggression  but this extreme is usually avoided in most cases if the involved humans are sober and not overly high strung emotionally.

Congestion: n. being at a greater density than the usual norm
Traffic congestion is obvious since there are many more cars on the road and movement is rather slow. Not only is the density greater for traffic congestion but the speed of the cars is also greatly decreased.
Nasal congestion is simply more mucous in the nose or a higher density causing congestion and occasionally there are constricted or narrowed passage ways which make the congestion seem worse.
Congestion also implies that there are normal times during which the density is much less or there is minimal or no congestion at all such as times when traffic is flowing smoothly and mucous is normally being generated and does not clog up the nasal passages.

Many conglomerates are overly controlled by a central authority and would benefit greatly by decentralization of some kind. When a business entity becomes too large and unmanageable authority must be delegated to subdivisions so that operations become more competitive, innovative, and efficient.

Conscientious:Â adj. adequate caring and devoted effort to do right
There are conscientious moral humans and conscientious immoral ones so my definition is biased in one respect because I use devoted effort to do right. You can also use devoted effort to do wrong and can still be conscientious about it with adequate caring and devoted effort.

Consciousness: n. existing and awake and sensing and/or thinking and dreaming a subset(s) which you then remember when you wake up
One can argue that when you are dreaming and remember the dream when you wake up that you were consciously sensing and/or thinking at that time while theoretically asleep. Consciousness should really include this exception to the general rule. Unconscious dreaming or sensing goes on also which you don’t remember when awake so this in no way can be considered to be a form of consciousness.
