Here is a quote by the associated press stylebook tweet on 5/8/20:

“We now say not to use the archaic and sexist term “mistress” for a woman in a long-term sexual relationship with, and financially supported by, a man who is married to someone else. Instead, use an alternative like companion or lover on first reference. Provide details later.”

My reply:

The term mistress is an accurate and not a vague ethically non committal lover or companion. Immoral adultery is implied which society should not condone. Histress is a new word which should be used to describe a male being financially supported by a married woman and having sex.

Using mistress as a word is definitely not an archaic sexist term but an accurate statement of fact.

The ethical debauchery of the left wing media is legend. It started with the tabloids sensationalizing the breakup of celebrity marriages, the media promoting promiscuous behavior in the movies, some elites engaging in pedophilia, the government generously supporting unwed mothers on welfare, and finally the associated press trying to verbally condone adulterous behavior, the second major reason for divorce.

The economic and social health of an ongoing nation is a financially responsible heterosexual family unit. Destroy that and you have steep population decline and a hedonistic society descending into chaos and ultimate tyranny.

The left’s obsession with promoting gender equality or the idea that men and women should behave alike in every conceivable way is very destructive. The more women start to look like and behave as men the more repulsion there is between the sexes and enduring family life loses its cohesiveness. I am all for equal pay for equal jobs but I don’t think it is wise to force the average women to become more aggressive, less caring about offspring, and more promiscuous.

Soon the majority of Americans will no longer be able to financially afford a family. To make things worse, the left wing media is verbally promoting the destruction of married family life with “sexist” as their battle cry. Bad news for those who can potentially afford a happy enduring married life.
