
Close: v. to temporarily or permanently move a subset(s) in a set and/or to move a subset(s) to a set which makes movement impossible or almost impossible through samer set
There are two basic ways that you can close something and you can do it temporarily or relatively permanently. You use an attachment on the object such as a lid to close it or you move an external object to close an opening in a different object. In either case it makes movement through the opening almost impossible once the lid or opening is closed.
