Historically Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, John Fitzgerald Kennedy, Martin Luther King, and Reagan were charismatic leaders who were well educated, principled leaders with a gift for oratory and put America first. Sadly Lincoln, Kennedy, and Martin Luther King were assassinated and Reagan barely survived an assassination attempt. Today we have the flawed charisma of Trump and no one else in the Republican nor Democratic party with true leadership potential who puts America first.
Most politicians are just establishment hacks with no clear vision of where to lead America and are content with being financed by big money and fear being blacklisted by big tech firms and the dogmatic ideologically driven establishment media. Mob mayhem has currently engulfed America, especially in Democrat cities, and there is no clear leadership except rumors that Marxists are the root cause of the mayhem.
As I see it the mobs are largely young adults, probably unemployed and poorly educated, who are spreading their idiotic graffiti on statues, buildings, and streets. Statues seem to be the latest focus of their destructive tendencies. First demolish confederate figures and then extend this to all statues predating the sixties including the founding fathers. Any white historical figure must have had some racist tendencies so they are all now unworthy of glorification. If the mob had their way they would probably want to nuke Mount Rushmore.
Ask the mob what a Marxist is and they probably don’t know. Ask them what a communist is and they probably don’t know that either. Ask the mob what the constitution says and they probably don’t know anything about it. I personally don’t care what the mob is protesting because they have no clear ideology or leadership and the political deadlock in Washington just guarantees that nothing will be done in the long duration. Everyone in Washington is just waiting for the pandemic to pass and Trump to be defeated so that the establishment can return to business as usual with the big banks, big corporations, and corporate control of politics and the country.
Why is the stock market doing so well? Small business is being decimated and money is flowing into international big corporate pockets. The mob is powerless to stop this globalist international trend which will continue long after Trump is out of office. We have nothing to fear from mob mayhem which will eventually subside without any clear leadership to push it further. Organized globalists and their ideology are our true long duration enemy and not the leaderless mob.

How do you impeach a president for high crimes and misdemeanors if there is no legal precedent or an established judicial procedure? In the Constitution the Congress has the right to oversight of the Executive Branch. Does that mean that the whole Congressional body including the minority representatives of the House of Representatives have a right to participate in drawing up articles of impeachment with subpoena power to gather evidence which may just be a fishing expedition or does the judicial committee of the House of Representatives have a right to draw up articles of impeachment and subpoena power to gather evidence which may not only be a fishing expedition but may also constitute a harassment of the executive branch if it goes on for an indefinite period of time?
Not having procedural rules and no legal precedents it seems that impeaching a president is purely a political combative process without a judicial foundation. The media is at the forefront of the political battle with the aim of getting a public consensus on the politically motivated impeachment process. The rule of law does not realistically exist with an accused party without seemingly the ability to defend itself against unspecified articles of impeachment.
A morass of unproved allegations and assorted BS is what the media is presenting with no factual evidence. How many unproven allegations can you make before you become the laughing stock of the public for harassment of the executive branch? No audio or visual evidence of a crime and no testimony under oath by
“reputable” officials in public. Is impeachment even possible in private without full transparency where redactions are made in the interest of national security?
So we have a paradox or an unanswerable question. How do you impeach a president without legal procedure precedents and no audio or visual evidence of a crime or misdemeanor? If the evidence is sworn oaths by “reputable” government officials then how do you eliminate possible political bias, vengeful statements, or intentional lies?
Government is exercised by fallible humans trying to follow the law as it is written. Insert fallible, morally questionable humans following unwritten laws and you have utter chaos which is what we are witnessing in the current impeachment process.

Traditional religion in the west is dying fast and is being replaced by a left wing, progressive, or socialist ideology which is really very much like the oppressive state religion or theocracy of the past with it’s own modern inquisitions and persecutions of heretics or disbelievers. The oppression is in the form of censorship, blacklisting, and financial ruin for all those dissenting from the orthodox beliefs of socialist ideology.
Collectivist rights are running roughshod over individual rights and the concept of private property, individual responsibility, individual secular morality, moral or ethical free speech, and the right of free association with humans that you trust and want to be with. Collectivist distribution of wealth is being forced without considering the morality, personal effort, ability, and health of the recipients. The clear line between a worthy moral individual and an immoral unworthy individual is being blurred and thus the numbers of immoral individuals is growing at an alarming rate with sick, drugged, promiscuous, mentally ill, and socially dysfunctional individuals becoming increasingly abundant. Wholesome family life, financial responsibility, and moral responsibility is rapidly declining and society is fast becoming a very depressing chaotic confiscatory ideological state.
Perhaps we need here an explanation of what I believe is the difference between free speech and moral or ethical free speech. True free speech is being able to print and state falsehoods about humans such as “he is an alcoholic, rapist, racist, pedophile, drug addict, liar, thief, adulterer, murderer, etc.” and say so publicly also. Obviously false lies, insults, name calling, put downs, humiliation, and ridicule can destroy a human’s public reputation and civility disappears from the political arena. Libel, slander, and violent threats should be unacceptable morally and speech can therefore be immoral or unethical. Moral or ethical free speech is limiting allowable public and printed speech such that a minimum of lies, deceit, and criminal promotion exist within society.
Morality or acceptable ethical principles are not explicitly stated in the U. S. constitution and it is time to include some ethical or moral principles in the constitution. A good beginning would be to change free speech to moral or ethical free speech. A secular moral or ethical code would also be advisable to explicitly state in the constitution and officially make the country a secular ethical theocracy or ideology to replace dying religious moralities.
A nation can’t exist without a commonly held secular morality or ethics unless it is a tyranny governed by laws and the use of coercive force such as in a communist tyranny. A democratic republic can’t long exist without a moral or ethical foundation which is more fundamental than a propagandized socialist ideology that is unjust in it’s realistic applications and runs roughshod over individual rights which permit responsible financially independent individuals and families to exist.
I end with my own recommendation for a secular moral or ethical code which is- in non emergency situations- don’t destroy biodiversity, don’t lie, don’t be inefficient, don’t steal, don’t commit adultery if married, and don’t murder. This secular code should be taught to all impressionable young minds in elementary school in detail so that by the age of about 13 most will know what behavior is morally or ethically acceptable and what behavior is morally or ethically unacceptable. Yes, there are some real life exceptions to any absolute moral or ethical code but mature adults will understand and accept the relatively few exceptions to what seems like an absolute secular moral or ethical code.

Trump is a maverick with an authoritarian, egotistical, overt or blatant, and impulsive leadership style badly suited to traditional politics with civil, consensus seeking, compromise oriented, openness to lobbying, and coordinating style of leadership.
He seems to prefer yes men and women and is not very good at selecting highly qualified political bureaucrats who also are willing to put into action his rather mercurial demands or orders. In effect, Trump seems to largely be a one man operation rather than a cohesive team effort in whatever he tries to do in the office of the presidency.
Trump is an unorthodox politician who is basically a one man operation being hated by most of academia, celebrities, Democrats, establishment media, and the leadership of the deep state.
One may even falsely conclude that he is hated by the globalists or the international banks and corporations but I disagree. Once Trump loses the presidency and the Democrats come back into power the left wing globalist ideology will continue to flourish with a vengeance and the authoritarian style started by Trump will assert itself with a vengeance only with the Democrats making all the power moves towards socialism and the further decline of the United States as a powerful economic global force.
The globalists want nothing better than weak national governments that they can control politically and force them to do their bidding as they centralize their money clout into fewer and fewer hands internationally.
If you think that Trump’s authoritarian style of leadership threatens the Democratic Republican constitutional government just wait until the Democrats start ruling in the same authoritarian style of leadership. It won’t be a pretty sight and the constitution will eventually be transformed beyond recognition or become highly impotent to stop the inevitable Democrat left wing ideological power grab.
While Trump is the president, the political chaos doesn’t bother me a bit. But once Trump’s presidency ends and the Democrats or ruling elite take over with their globalist left wing ideology, I fear that they will begin ruling with an iron fist and impose their socially disruptive laws on the nation which will then never recover from their stupidity.

Justice: n. a moral distribution of (ingus and/or rewards) and/or punishments without reference to one’s own personal choice which may be different.
Ingus: n. information and/or goods and/or services and/or property
Justice is merely a subjective discussion without a definition to start with and no consensus about justice can be arrived at without a general enough definition. Historical philosophical discussions about justice are all outdated and a new reality should take hold.
My definition is broad enough to include the major considerations which must be made which is morality, the distribution of ingus as a reward and/or punishment, and recognizing that personal choices as to this morality and distribution may vary to some extent over the course of history. The laws which enforce the existing establishment of any nation may be slightly modified to fit the new circumstances or realities.
I think that we can all agree that a common morality must exist in a nation and it must be general enough to include many moral variations on an original theme. I would strongly suggest a secular moral code which should be taught to all impressionable young minds so that they don’t have to always ask themselves is what I am doing right or wrong or is it moral or immoral?
Any moral code has had religious meaning historically and it is one thing which is largely intuitive and not scientifically or mathematically provable yet civilization would be impossible without a moral sense of what is right and wrong. An immoral country can’t long endure in a state of chaos or anarchy. A belief in morality or a sense of morality gives each individual personal control over his or her personal actions and is of primary importance in the relatively peaceful interactions within a society among it’s members.
I strongly suggest a modern universal secular moral code which is- in nonemergency situations- don’t destroy biodiversity, don’t lie, don’t be inefficient, don’t steal, don’t commit adultery if married, and don’t murder.
Yes, in the real world absolutes have some exceptions and this moral code is an absolute approach to life but offspring need certainty in their lives and are not aware of all the exceptions to these absolute rules. Life becomes much more complex as adults but if the absolute foundation is basically sound then exceptions to these rules can be more reasonably digested and accepted later on in life.
Stealing is one example where a child basically understands that you can own ingus and if someone takes it from you without your consent then it is a form of stealing. There are at least 5 cases where stealing can be justified in the adult world and taxation is one major and very important exception.
If taxation is one exception to stealing then it becomes a question of how much taxation should exist to make it just taxation or what minimum percentage should the taxation be to ensure minimal theft. Even the bible taxes or tithes it’s flock of believers at 10% of earned income so this is an important ball park figure to start with in any discussion of just government taxation percentages.
Don’t lie is a very important primary moral principle because fundamentally it is stealing the truth. Lie in a marital situation, lie to friends, or lie to anyone and your relationship will disintegrate because trust is broken and without trust in humans no close peaceful interaction is possible. Lying destroys your good reputation. Even the reputation of businesses, the government, and other institutions suffers if humans can no longer trust them if they lie or deceive and their reputation is also in the toilet if they don’t act morally or lie and steal through fraudulent actions.
Slander and libel are laws against lying since it is very easy to destroy the good reputation of a moral individual with public libelous affirmations. The vital necessity for trusting relationships in society is why lying is fundamentally immoral in nonemergency situations where life or death is not involved.
Now distribution of ingus universally takes place with MONEY even though there are still situations where barter may be used or it could be considered an exchange of ingus. Any discussion of justice must consider WHO has the money in society and WHAT is that money given for?
In the real world money must be primarily earned with some kind of a job and if you can’t earn money such as when you are destitute and also unemployed then your survival must be guaranteed with some form of welfare or money gotten from the earning taxpayers in a nation.
Yes, next to morality money is of secondary importance in society so any discussion of justice must include a discussion of a just economic system under laws which optimizes the benefits for it’s moral citizens and penalizes the immoral citizens with economic loss and other punishments.
The economic historical choices are capitalism, socialism, and communism. Pure communism fails because of an attempt to eliminate private ingus and frankly communism is a colossal failure since no one gives a damn about communal ingus but usually take good care of their own ingus.
Communist China is an example of communist ideology mixed with capitalism with all the very rich members being members of the communist party. That China too will fail is inevitable because it doesn’t have a moral code upon which trust can be maintained among it’s citizens and between the party and it’s citizens. If China adopts a just secular moral code and puts it into practice then there is still hope for long duration Chinese dominance in the world.
Pure capitalism is also a failure because it devastates the environment with never ending growth, pollution, and wilderness destruction, puts money and power ahead of morality, and offers no realistic choices other than charity for the destitute and also unemployed. I therefore advocate Capsocialism which is capitalism for the working class and socialism or some form of welfare for the destitute and also unemployed.
Capitalism encourages financial responsibility in family, business, and organizations and tries to ensure that no organization operates in the red or in deficit mode for very long. Capitalism motivates profit making and some non profit organizations to grow in size, strength, or popularity. Yes, bigness is a danger in the form of monopolies which can charge an arm and a leg for their ingus so laws must be passed to minimize monopolistic corruption if that is even possible with international banks and corporations who have more wealth than most nations.
The reality is that Capitalism is a worldwide phenomenon which no one nation can police any longer. International monopoly laws will have to be passed and enforced if international corruption without morality can’t be tolerated in the long duration.
Since money primarily determines who is prosperous and who is not we must consider where that money from taxes can be wisely spent. Yes, there are private institutions for the rich and wealthy in education which gives them an advantage in society that the poor do not have so there is inequality of opportunity from the beginning of one’s life. If you are born into a wealthy family then your life has all the modern conveniences or perks and you can receive a first class education if you work or study smart and hard.
One fact which seems unfair is the fact that some are born with more natural abilities than others and often it is those from wealthier families. If you have a very good memory and efficient processing ability of inputted information then you have a considerable natural advantage over other members of society from the beginning. Yes, if you are lazy and don’t develop your natural born abilities then you can still fail in living a good life but that is just a testament to the fact that there are no guarantees in life even for the very rich.
So, a useful education is definitely something which a government should pay for out of taxpayers money to somewhat equalize the seemingly unfair educational advantage of the rich. Some try to live in financially well off neighborhoods and go to school there getting a superior education compared to someone in a poor neighborhood.
It seems just to give federal education support to poor neighborhood schools but unfortunately most of the money is wasted because poor neighborhoods have problems with dysfunctional families, drugs, alcoholism, crime, and a resulting discipline problem in schools which impairs the learning process for all students attending a school.
Money can help to some degree in helping to improve education in poor neighborhoods but if the moral setting in which a child grows up is bad then no amount of money will offset the bad effects of a bad environment in which the child grows up.
Perhaps there is some hope in audio visual interactive computer education for students in middle school and high school not only in the classroom but in a home environment more conducive to learning than bad peer classroom pressure in public schools. Yes, computer technology offers the possibility of a better useful education for poor neighborhoods so federal money could be used to create functional audio visual interactive courses for the poor and disadvantaged in general. Learn at your own pace and learn as much as you can should be the new motto and hopefully successful approach to future education for the poor.
Audio visual interactive computer education could be considered a form of educational justice for the poor and disadvantaged.
Theoretically and practically speaking if an individual is moral, has integrity, is dependable, trustworthy, competent, friendly, and with a useful education and good job then that person should do well in life and the individual would consider it a relatively just existence.
Now social justice in the long duration is only just if the laws are just and the system provides the opportunity for a redress of grievances which might arise in a competitive environment. This is where the constitution comes in with its Bill of Rights and a functional court system with a trial by jury.
Yes, here too if you have the money for a good lawyer or you are a wealthy corporation then you will probably win most of the time in court. That is a fact of life and one more disadvantage with which the poor and other individuals have to contend with. Of course, if you are a moral human with a good reputation then your chances with a jury are greatly increased compared to someone immoral who is on trial.
With robotization, international trade, and AI or artificial intelligence soon dominating, jobs in the future will be scarce for the technologically disadvantaged and there will be many who will frankly not be educated enough to participate in the job market at high levels of expertise. All this is resulting in more income inequality and an eventual need to expand welfare to cover those that are temporarily or permanently destitute and also unemployed.
The question then is how much money should be allocated to those on welfare? If it is too much money then the incentive to work at all will be gone and if it is too little money then you will have armies of disenchanted humans who may riot for more income. What is more likely to happen is a voting crisis where those on welfare will vote to make the working class slaves to their leisure lifestyle of no work. My recommendation is to reduce the voting power to a fraction of the working class vote power. Any nation which does not do so will rapidly bankrupt itself and cause much chaos and anarchy followed by a tyrannical rule to reestablish some sense of order and security.
Theoretical justice must give way to actual new laws to deal with the real consequences of international banking, international corporations, and a shrinking job market. Can any one nation pass just laws to deal with an international crisis? Probably not, and this will soon become the realm of international justice and laws to address the international problems. Each nation is struggling against globalism which threatens to impoverish most of humanity in the long duration with the possible exception of the wealthy or the rich and powerful.
One final consideration. In order for justice to survive there must be a freedom of moral speech. With newspapers severely dwindling in number and online internet censorship of websites such as Google, Facebook, Bing, Reddit, etc. our ability to spread dissenting views may be imperiled in the long duration. Academia, Celebrities, and the establishment media are all left wing leaning organizations promoting the Democratic Party and there is a danger that soon the whole nation may be a one party propaganda tyranny of information. Traditional justice will have a hard time surviving if one kind of ideology will be necessary for any citizen to thrive in the nation, especially those in the public domain.
Conclusion:
Any valid discussion of justice must consider morality, money, and who and what the money will be given for. For a young moral nation of mostly farmers and small businesses the United States Constitution was pretty good. In a worldwide globalist environment with much free trade and powerful international monopolies the US Constitution is inadequate to deal with the new reality. The first stage is the premoral stage or the stage that young offspring are at where they view every behavior in terms of reward or punishment. Since their inborn human nature is very selfish with a desire to take for personal benefit and to dominate or control others including siblings and parents, the premoral stage is where the wild human animal is being conditioned to behave according to acceptable social norms and the norms of the family.
The second stage which really exists throughout adult life also is the stage where you realize that there are exceptions to behavioral rules. For example, you may have to say please, thank you, and hold the door open for strangers in public but in the privacy of your home you can forgo these public behavioral norms and even curse once in a while. You come across different behavior rules in school, on the job, in a profession, and speaking in public so you realize that there are rules to fit the occasion or the circumstance.
As an adult you learn that stealing can be justified in emergency situations if you are starving with skin and bones and on the verge of dying in a big city, unless of course you have accessible garbage dumpsters.
Lying can be justified in emergency situations if a criminal with a visible gun asks if your offspring are at home.
If someone at the point of a gun orders you to commit adultery then you may have to obey him or her as long as you are in their presence and in imminent danger of death which is another emergency situation.
The third stage of moral development is an adult obeying the law as a duty to society at large and to personally avoid a penalty fee or possible prison.
The fourth stage of moral development is the constitutional stage where you consider questions of individual and minority versus majority rights. Here we have the concept of human welfare and how far society should go or pay to protect the rights of the individual or minority.
The reverse is also a consideration and the moral question is what percentage of individual income should go towards the general welfare or general good to avoid enslavement of the individual or a minority. Concepts such as gender equality, gay rights, religious rights, free or moral speech, and quality and/or quantity of human life are also constitutional moral and legal questions.
Conclusion:
There is the first premoral stage of development when you are learning the basic rules and morality as offspring with rewards and punishments,
the second stage at which you learn that there are not only exceptions to behavioral norms but emergency exceptions to basic moral norms too,
the third adult stage where you try to obey the law for personal and societal benefit,
and the fourth constitutional stage where you debate the concepts of individual and minority rights versus majority rights and try to strike an acceptable realistic balance between the three rights. The moral questions of just taxation, just government budgeting, minimizing environmental damage, and tolerance of minority values is of importance and appropriate changes in the constitution are made if necessary.

If Muslims are willing to obey our laws and operate within the framework of our Constitution then they can be accepted as immigrants and eventual citizens of the United States. An oath of allegiance to the Constitution and its laws is mandatory for any true citizenship acceptance.
True, our Constitution protects the right to freedom of religion but the reality is that if communities practicing Sharia law are permitted then it will be essentially planting a Muslim seed which will seek to expand it’s territory with foreign money and have a Muslim police force which will ensure Sharia law is put into practice.
Do we really want this kind of a cancerous growth to be permitted within the confines of this nation? If we acquiesce to a dogmatic religion ruling over more and more United States territory then we are in effect nullifying the power of our immigration policy with it’s policy of equal opportunity for all law abiding citizens from whatever nation they come from!!!

Society: n. a collection of interacting and interdependent humans with important common goals but possessing much variety of personally important and many objectively unimportant goals
Moral behavior generally keeps a society functioning relatively peacefully and common goals are eating, drinking, living in shelter, working, having sex, reproducing, having friends, transportation, and being entertained.
The only area threatened with great change is the area of work. Robots, computer software, and technology is creating an almost jobless society for the average human.
Society will just have to change and begin to accept the fact that eventually a majority of its citizens will be destitute and unemployed or on welfare. The question to seriously confront is what will be the standard of living of those on welfare?
If the standard of living is too high then there won’t be an incentive to work at all because living on the government dole will be a pleasure. It is obvious that there must be an incentive for humans to work who can become greatly skilled so the real question is what DIFFERENT rights should those on welfare have than the working class?
I recommend that mobility should be restricted for all those on welfare and that they should be denied motor vehicle transportation and that their basic standardized needs should be delivered door to door by an efficient private company. If you want to travel the world and use non standard goods then you will have to become a member of the working class.
Online personalized interactive audio visual computer education will be provided for free so that you can train yourself or your offspring through the investment of personal time, effort, and achievement and perhaps land a useful job in society. Only if you are working will you have the opportunity of mobility and buying any goods or services which your brain desires.
The concept of EQUAL rights for all will have to be changed to the concept of JUST rights for all and this will have to be reflected in a revised constitution with new unalienable rights.
My evergreen truth books CHANGES IN WELFARE LAWS, EDUCATION REFORM, and JUSTICE detail the just changes which will have to be made so that citizens will not feel that they are being screwed by society but in fact being justly treated.

Here is an updated New Declaration of Independence for the 21st century!!!
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all humans are created different, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, the pursuit of a job which is rewarded based on merit, and a right to be supported with free basic needs such as food, clothing, shelter, basic medical care, especially in emergencies, a computer, toiletries, and limited budget cellphone use, but no motorized vehicle and no spending money, when unemployed and destitute and the right of free access to technological, science based job related education when unemployed and destitute .
To secure these rights, governments are instituted among humans, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to change it, and to institute new government representatives who will change the law, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their security and potential happiness.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that humans are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under physical and mental despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to transform such government, and to provide new guards for their future security. –Such has been the patient sufferance of the people of the United States and the world; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to change their former systems of government.
The secondary purpose of our government will be to unify the world politically, socially, and economically with one world currency so that biodiversity shall survive and prosper.
We are a moral people and we believe that no one under non emergency situations should murder, steal, lie, commit adultery if married, and that biodiversity should not be destroyed but expanded.
As a free and independent country the government has full power to levy war in self defense, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent countries may of right do. And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the pursuit and implementation of truthful and just political, social, and economic principles, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

The American constitution was written at a time when most of the country was agrarian with many independent farmers and rich landowners. Today independence is a luxury and most will soon be working at minimum wage or slightly more for big business not even being able to afford their own homes in many circumstances.
The need for a government safety net when you are destitute and also unemployed is a factual necessity and is not part of the constitution as a guaranteed right but should be.
There are in fact three classes of humans. There are the unemployed with financial reserves who are frequently rich, working citizens, and unemployed and also destitute citizens on or off of welfare. The first two classes of citizens can usually make it on their own but the last class needs assistance of some kind and the question really is what kind of assistance should be provided in the constitution?
Unemployed and destitute adult student graduates and unemployed and destitute welfare mothers need assistance but it should not be so great that they can afford cars to cruise the shopping malls spending taxpayer’s money at will.
If you are on welfare then you should have no motorized vehicle and your basic standardized needs should be delivered door to door to some shelter by efficient private companies. At home you should be provided with a computer so that you can go on the internet to get reeducated in a technological field for a real useful job if you are willing to put in the time, energy, effort, ability, and achievement. This way, no matter what your age, you will have the hope and opportunity to rejoin the workforce if you quality yourself through personal effort.
The constitution should guarantee free basic standardized needs and free useful reeducation at any age for the destitute and also unemployed.
Some radical but efficient changes in the constitution would be to eliminate state governments and give their powers to local districts with the House of Representatives being the only representative of the people. Giving most of the taxing authority and rights to local communities will encourage small businesses to thrive and create havens for humans with common interests and beliefs and free up the citizens from oppressive centralized government rules.
Having elections only every 10 years for the national and local level would also be a welcome change to save much campaign money and also decrease too much boring political discussion between election years on who the next political candidates will be.

It is time to phase out state governments and give the state taxing powers to local governments and more power to the people to determine their own destiny. Yes, it means a radical change in the constitution but it is for the benefit of all in the long duration.
There is so much uniformity in the United States that state governments are just an inefficient extra layer of inefficient government taxation and bureaucracy.
All the powers not specifically mentioned in the constitution which apply to the federal government should reside in local governments closer to the PEOPLE and their localities so that they can better solve their local problems.
The states basically control the utilities, state roads, and state workmen’s comp insurance which can all be done more efficiently under federal laws which govern interstate commerce. Right to work laws should originate in the localities and not states so the federal government would not have the right to impose union laws on localities who chose not to have them.
American citizens would be able to move anywhere in the country and have the same health coverage and have a choice of living in the local community of their choice. It would give more power to the cities and densely populated areas of the country who really need the extra taxes to solve city blight problems and give more power back to the people of the United States to determine their own destinies.
Yes, rural communities would not have as much tax money as the cities but it is time to concentrate the wealth in big cities to encourage environmental protections in rural areas and reverse the need for urban sprawl into the suburbs.
The most efficient cities with the lowest taxes would benefit from this shift from state to local power and it is a just transfer of power to the people who need more of it to determine their individual destinies. The House of Representatives would be the only Congress needed and it would stop governmental deadlock in its tracks and make for efficient adjustments to the rapidly changing economic scene in the United States and world.

We do need CHANGE in this country, and I am showing you all the concrete steps which should be taken and as fast as possible!
A few of the highlights of the new updated constitution are-

Obviously all the above changes can’t be made overnight nor should they but it is an indication of what can be done to make government more efficient and just in the near future. You can come up with your own personal favorite changes to the constitution and discuss them with others or suggest them to me.
I can give justifications for all these changes to the constitution in future blogs based on the feedback which I get on this blog.
The largest change is eliminating the Senate which has political power and is effectively 50 nations operating within a nation. It is 50 very inefficient bureaucracies within an inefficient national bureaucracy. Right to work laws could still exist within the districts who chose to have them. Workman’s compensation should be a national law which is part of medicare and social security. Most of the legal rights now held by states which are different could become part of district laws making those districts unique and with competing political local laws. The power to make unique political laws would be closer to the people and temporary regional biases could be accommodated.

The constitution communicates that everyone should have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Let’s review each one of these rights and point out the necessary exceptions.
Everyone should have the right to life except fetuses with severe debilitating diseases or health problems and those which will cause severe financial hardship on the family which can lead to excessive debt, financial ruin, and divorce. Abortion should be a personal decision by primarily the female and hopefully and optionally with the consent of the responsible male.
The right to life or no death sentence for anyone should be extended to all convicted criminals because in this technological age with most not having trustworthy reputations anymore a clever human(s) can easily plant evidence which will convict an innocent human and murder him or her unjustly.
Liberty is frequently confused with freedom which in its purest form is anarchy. Liberty is freedom to function within the law and in a moral way and not freedom which as an ultimate definition is doing whatever you feel like doing whether or not it is moral or within the law.
Liberty: n. (political and/or social) and/or economic freedom to pursue a goal(s) but limited by just laws
Pursuit of happiness is a very stupid right to have because some humans love to murder, to steal, to lie, to commit adultery, to destroy biodiversity, to do drugs, to gamble, and to live a life of trivial pursuits and even hedonism. One human’s happiness can very easily cause another human’s misery.
Religion used to keep human behavior relatively moral but what is now needed is a secular moral code for everyone to live under including government officials. In nonemergency situations- don’t destroy biodiversity, don’t lie, don’t be inefficient, don’t steal, don’t commit adultery if married, and don’t murder. This should be the secular morality taught to all impressionable young minds in elementary school so that they grow up to be moral citizens and leaders and it is something this world needs so desperately in the presently corrupt political and social world.
It is a big political lie that all humans are created equal but it is the truth that all humans should be given an equal free right to technological and/or science education which will primarily determine who justly succeeds in moving up the social scale of responsibility and success.
Liberal arts education is too subjectively biased and job deficient to realistically promote humans on the basis of objective merit and not on political or group affiliation, personal friendship, and some nepotism which is dominant today and into the foreseeable future if just changes are not made.

In the near future due to robotization, the internet, monopoly businesses, and standardization of parts there will be basically two classes of humans which will have to be treated differently. Most will become the unemployed and destitute without possessions to pawn, income, or necessary job skills and the rest of us will be trying not to become unemployed and destitute. Appropriate FREE REEDUCATION will become a necessity for those wishing to escape poverty through their time, effort, energy, and achievement NO MATTER WHAT THEIR AGE.
