THINGS YOU CAN CONTROL WITH SOME EFFORT!!!

Most of the following really are a reflection of the good and bad habits which you have. Even though you should theoretically be able to control these things it often takes great courage, determination, and effort to control and effectively change them.

Who you associate with:

What you eat:

How seriously you take life:

How personally you take things:

Your effort:

Your happiness:

How empathetic and kind you are:

Your priorities:

What you talk about:

What you think about:

What you believe:

How open minded you are:

Whom you associate with:

At work you may not have much of a choice whom you associate with. If you seriously can’t tolerate your boss or coworkers then it is time to look for a job elsewhere. Unpleasant relatives you may also have to deal with but you can minimize your contact with them by talking very little and meeting them only when absolutely necessary. Other relationships you can minimize or terminate at will. Hopefully you will opt for relationships which have integrity, trustworthiness, sincerity, dependability, competence, and friendliness.

What you eat and drink:

Most are addicted to fast food and processed food. It takes considerable effort to change bad eating habits to habits which include enough healthy organic food which sometimes can seem rather bland without the sometimes necessary added spices, sauces, or dressings. If you are addicted to alcohol or sweet soda drinks then changing to low alcohol beer or unsweetened fruit juices, milk, and water will require considerable courage, determination, and effort.

How seriously you take life:

Many are not smart hard workers, are not neat and orderly, don’t schedule their budget and life, and don’t try to do their best at almost everything. There are plenty who like to goof off, make messes which are seldom cleaned up, buy relatively useless stuff, live from paycheck to paycheck, don’t schedule their lives conscientiously, and just do enough to get by. Getting serious about life can sometimes be very hard to do but it is well worth the effort if you become more serious and thoughtful.

How personally you take things:

Some get offended by the slightest criticism, insult, put down, name calling, ridicule, and humiliation while others either ignore it, laugh it off, or get minimally affected by it. If you hold grudges, are vengeful, jealous, and get offended often then you are probably taking things too personally. You can rarely change other humans whom you have no control over so just try to accept humans as they are, especially if they have slightly offending personalities.

Your effort:

Doing things takes much more effort than just talking about them. It is fundamentally up to you to get your rear into gear and put in the effort needed to achieve your short and long range goals. Laziness is sometimes hard to overcome if it has become a deep rooted bad habit. It helps if you are energetic by nature and constantly like to do things which is historically a work ethic. Goal achievement takes effort and if you don’t put in any effort at trying to control or change things then don’t be surprised if no change happens.

Your happiness:

Happiness increases if your relationships are good, you enjoy your job, and you are achieving short and long duration goals successfully. Yes, you can have a happy attitude in times of stress, failure, and boredom but it is not that easy to do unless you are an indomitable optimist.

How empathetic and kind you are:

If you are terminally wrapped up in yourself or very selfish then caring about others may not be your strong point. If and when you start caring about other humans is when your empathy and kindness will increase.

Your priorities:

We all have our priorities but few consciously realize or analyze and make a list of the most important things or priorities which they spend the most time, effort, and money at in their lives. Until you become conscious of what is most important in your present and future life, you will probably not be in full control of your priorities and you will be unable to change the priorities in any significant way.

What you talk about:

Most of us react impulsively when we talk and there are subjects which we would rather not talk about because they may cause embarrassment or arguments. Controlling what you talk about is not hard but it takes considerable effort to talk about things which interest other humans rather than just about things which interest you.

What you think about:

Most humans react impulsively based on prior experiences and knowledge and think very little. Most briefly think about when to eat and drink, who to communicate with, and what to do on the weekends. If you schedule your life then you will briefly think about the schedule. Ultimately if you want to think differently then you will have to research and learn about new useful things. This will then become part of your impulsive repertoire.

Really thinking is a tedious process of asking the right questions and getting answers. If you truly want to learn how to think then read my book on Amazon, How to  Think by Uldis Sprogis.

What you believe:

Except for morality what you believe will change with time as you are exposed to other humans, experiences, activities, and ideas. You can try to control what you believe but unless you expose yourself to other beliefs and perhaps think of possible explanations for them, you will defend your old beliefs as long as possible or until a crisis or emergency changes those beliefs. What you believe expands in volume as you learn or research new useful information.

How open minded you are:

Open mindedness is really a measure of how tolerant you are of other cultural norms, behavior norms, and new things in general. If you have dogmatic beliefs or ideologies and strong opinions about most things then chances are that you will not be very open minded and tolerant of other human’s ideas and activities.

THE TRUTH ABOUT CONDUCT*

award-certificate-good-conduct-18598475

Conduct: v. to control one’s behavior trying to achieve a goal(s)

How did you conduct yourself at the party basically means how did you control your behavior at the party. How good was the conductor? –questions how well he or she controlled the orchestra during the performance even though performance is very often a question of how much practice beforehand was done and how good the musicians are.

THE TRUTH ABOUT ATTAINMENT+

i_love_attainment_shirt-ra616e220692a49e5b0eb63bd82701ea8_va6lr_324

Attainment: n. achieving a goal(s) with which a human(s) frequently has little control because it is a natural biological process suchas growth and/or aging

Attaining a large height, great weight, old age, or great running speed are all basically biologically predetermined effects over which one has relatively little control.

Attainment is a subset of goal achievement.

THE TRUTH ABOUT DEITY*

images

Deity: n. a supernatural set theoretically controlling some subset of the world or some subset of life and/or one who is the cause of a force(s) which theoretically controls existence in the natural universe

Deities are really godlike concepts and you can have one dominant one and a series of subset gods or deities or you can have just one monotheistic god or deity supposedly in charge and controlling the entire natural universe and everything in it.

You can also have bad or evil deities and some humans prefer to view the world as a conflict or competition between the good and evil deities.

THE TRUTH ABOUT DEPENDENCY*

media-dependency-theory-presentation-1-638

Dependency: n. a lifeform(s) needing relatively much (financial help and/or help) and/or control by a human(s) and/or subset(s)

Welfare dependency or dependency on the government for support and offspring dependency or dependency on parents for support are the two predominant forms of dependency in society.

Pet and domesticated animal dependency on owners for food, care, and shelter is also a great area of animal dependency.

If given the choice most adult humans prefer to be independent rather than dependent on support from another human or organization but there is an increasingly large number of humans who are on welfare dependency and can’t seem to figure out a way out of it and are stuck in dependency from generation to generation.

Finally the most important area of dependency is the dependency of wildlife and wilderness on responsible governments for protection from exploitation and destruction. Ultimately wilderness areas are the safety net of a healthy food supply for future generations when irresponsible use of technology will make domesticated food and drink unhealthy to consume due to pollution from pesticides, herbicides, food GMOs, artificial chemical fertilizers, growth hormones, antibiotics, an assortment of other unnatural or artificial chemicals used on farm animals, monoculture agriculture, animal factory farming, and overly processed food with too much added sugar and unnatural artificial ingredients or chemical additives.

Organic food is the savior of human health on into the foreseeable distant future and technology can be used responsibly in promoting organic food growing efficiency.

We are all ultimately dependent on healthy nature and if we destroy that health and original biodiversity human civilization will be imperiled and the result will be much sickness and death for future generations!!!!!!

Future generations will become more and more dependent on robots who will be their slaves doing most of the thinking and working for them so human dependency will increase rather than decrease on into the foreseeable future. Independent lifestyles will become increasingly reduced in number as more and more will be living dependent on some form of welfare.

Read my evergreen truth book CHANGES IN WELFARE LAWS to see what a just welfare system may look like in the future.

THE TRUTH ABOUT DIRECT*

Direct: v. to control primarily by giving (commands and/or suggestions) with authority and/or to control with (commands and/or suggestions) and/or actions electronically

Movie directing, directing a play, and directing traffic are mostly done with voice and/or gesture commands and/or suggestions. It is not so obvious that traffic lights are directors of traffic electronically with lights. Electronic commands abound on the internet and can be considered directing of internet input. Directed by software or commanded by it are one and the same thing.

Disorganization: n. inadequately planning and controlling and frequently causing incomplete and/or inefficient goal(s) achievement

Disorganized humans frequently get things done but not in the most efficient way and sometimes the disorganization leads to many mistakes along the way or much tardiness and the goal(s) may be considered to be incomplete.

THE TRUTH ABOUT DOMINATE*

db570097e75269c80409dda7de32cef2

Dominate: v. to control the most and/or to have the largest effect(s) on a subset(s)

Dominant pack leaders in the animal kingdom exercise much control over the pack. The urge to dominate in family life and business is great for humans in leadership positions.

There is usually a dominant leader of the family who has most influence in making important decisions although cooperation and compromise should play a major role in other decisions made in the family.

Business leaders also have dominant relationships where the dominant leader makes many of the important decisions and delegates much responsibility to others in the business but closely monitors their behavior too if necessary.

In school there are dominant or popular students who play a major role in leading school clubs, sports, and social activities.

The urge to dominate whenever possible is inborn in young offspring and the urge to make most of the decisions during play interactions is great. Offspring soon learn what their status is in social interactions is and make appropriate adjustments realizing that they won’t be making most of the important decisions and submit willingly to dominant personalities.

Some personality types are just more dominant than others and usually more knowledgeable and skilled. There is a pecking order so to speak in many animal groups with two being the minimum for a pecking order.

Pecking order: n. the basic pattern of social organization within a flock of poultry in which each bird pecks another lower in the scale without fear of retaliation and submits to pecking by one of higher or dominant rank.

A more appropriate question to ask is what am I dominant in compared to another human? or What am I more knowledgeable and skilled at? If you have more expertise in an area which requires knowledge and skill then you should play a dominant role in making decisions about that area of expertise.

Two or more humans interacting can have many areas of dominance unique to each. The truly successful interaction is one where there is mutual dominance but not necessarily in the same areas of expertise so that the dominance is temporary and fluctuates from one human to the next depending on the area of importance which is being shared or participated in. I don’t like using analogies but it is like passing the ball of dominance back and forth between participants depending on who is best at doing and/or directing something.

THE TRUTH ABOUT PASSION+

Passion

Passion: n. mentally sensing very intensely with some difficulty maintaining control and the behaviors which exist with it

You have probably not met many passionate humans unless you have interactions with humans who really love the work that they do or are intensely devoted to some pastime such as a sport which they enjoy tremendously.

Passionate teachers are rare but passionate humans can frequently motivate you to investigate what they are being so passionate about and passion is sometimes very contagious.

There is a saying that if you love your work then it really isn’t work at all.  Being passionate about your work or some hobby is a desirable position to be in and the chances that you feel that your life is a happy one are greatly increased.

3ad0474

Prevail: v. to win and/or dominate by being larger in power and/or control and frequently against an opposing force(s)

You can prevail over an aggressor physically or your emotions may prevail over a logical approach to a problem. At times you may prevail over your wife in an argument or win an argument.

Logic and reason should prevail over impulsive emotion but it seldom does at first try. Truth should also prevail against lies and deceptions but truth mostly lies hidden under comforting lies and deceptions which are preferred by delusional egos in the real world.

THE TRUTH ABOUT TERRITORY+

stay-out-of-my-territory

Territory: n. a volume subset(s) of the universe (eg. earth and/or a planet and/or a galaxy) controlled by an authority

Most of us understand territory to be some piece of land and/or water and/or air which belongs to one or more humans unless of course it is wilderness or a planet other than earth and it is galaxies owned by no inhabitant(s).

The history of humankind is in reality the pursuit of territory by inhabiting it or conquering it from other humans and in the worst case scenario by taking territory from wilderness plants and animals.

Restriction: n. controlling within certain limits by (law and/or rule) and/or with a barrier(s)

Passing laws and putting up barriers is the most common way of trying to restrict human behavior but you can also restrict nonhuman lifeforms by putting up barriers.

Restricted access to an area for offspring may be simply under parental supervision or with the wearing of appropriate safety gear.

There are restroom restrictions for males and females and any law or rule can be considered a restriction on your behavior.

THE TRUTH ABOUT MICROMANAGING+

29dce23

Micromanagement: n. controlling a subset(s) to the smallest degree and/or level

Micromanaging is frequently undesirable because it consumes too much supervisory time and feels like the boss is overly commanding you to do things in your job which you probably feel that you can do without supervision.

Micromanaging may be useful in training a new employee with little prior knowledge of what the job consists of but once the routine is learned there should be no need for further micromanagement.

Computer software by nature is micromanagement or a program thought out in the most minute of details which the job consists of. Computer software does the micromanagement and permits its user to input relevant data or instructions which are vital to the task but the main processing of the data is done automatically by the computer.

We have micromanagers which are computers but it should be minimally done by human managers or supervisory personnel.

THE TRUTH ABOUT INFLUENCE+

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Influence: v. to control and/or affect a subset(s) intentionally and sometimes unintentionally with a lasting effect(s) and not always with a commanding action(s) only and frequently by being an authority and/or by being respected for ((achievement and/or competence) and/or expertise) and/or by merely existing in our lives and/or by being desired

We are influenced by humans and lifeforms, objects, and events and the influence sometimes continues for a lifetime or any duration in between.

We have all tried to influence our offspring, significant other, spouse, friends, and other humans with our opinions, beliefs, expertise, demands, and material possessions to feel good about ourselves or to try and derive some benefit from the interaction.

Despite our best attempts at persuasion an offspring or other human just does not obey us or take our advice and maybe even does the opposite of what we would like them to do.

In order to influence someone you need to be in an authoritative position or respected for your expertise in some field to have maximum impact on the one whom you are trying to influence. The more humans trust, respect, and maybe even admire you, the more influence you will have on their lives.

Similarly the humans who influence us the most are the ones who are in positions of authority over us or are humans closest to us whom we respect and maybe even admire. Politicians, bosses, celebrities, offspring, significant other, spouse, and close friends can also influence our lives and make us do things and think thoughts which can change our lives for better or worse.

Sometimes we have no power over who influences our lives but the smartest thing to do is to try and surround ourselves with as many good humans as possible so that most of the influence is good and not bad.

Influencing is not always a conscious activity which we are aware of. The media, advertising, and humans whom we would not like to be influenced by may actually influence us by their mere dominant existence in our lives. There is good and bad in the world and unfortunately the bad can also subconsciously influence our lives and make it worse than we would like it to be or given enough time can even change our opinions and sometimes beliefs.

Sometimes we make a mistake trying to influence someone a certain way and the influence may actually be unintentional which can have unintended good or bad consequences. We may ask our offspring to obey us but our personal behavior may be much different and influence them in an unwanted way. Do as I say and not do as I do leads to much unintentional influencing because actions speak louder than words.

You can also influence humans transiently with deceptions, untruths, and ego inflation but once your deceptions, untruths, and insincere praise becomes known your power to influence will wane and even come to an end and more importantly you will lose your good trusted reputation.

Influenceun: n. unintentional influence

THE TRUTH ABOUT SEIZING***

images (1)

Seize: v. to get control of and/or possession of suddenly and forcibly

Yank a toy from an offspring, quickly pick up a young toddler dangerously headed for a pool, and reposes a car with a driver behind the wheel are all examples of seizing something suddenly and forcibly.

Search and seizure is a phrase used in police work where some possession such as illegal drugs or a weapon or a criminal is suddenly taken or arrested or seized.

A machine with moving parts can also seize and stop working because a moving part becomes immobilized or frozen.

The phrases “seize the moment” and “seize the day” are also used to convey the message that you are taking control of the moment or day or trying to intensely control the activities of the moment or day. You can suddenly seize the moment but it is questionable whether you can seize an entire day so that phrase is not really very accurate in describing what you are doing during the whole day.

7 MAJOR CHARACTERISTICS OF GREAT LEADERS AND WHAT THEY MEAN!!!

up up away

Charismatic (the ideal leader is charismatic and that means that they have as many of the 7 following characteristics in abundance as possible)

COMPETENT (the ideal leader is competent or has a history of success in leadership positions, is experienced, skillful, and knowledgeable enough to know with feedback what to do and radiates confidence and determination and has an exceptional memory for names and events.)

INTEGRITY (the ideal leader is honest and moral which creates a trusting bond, respect, and sometimes admiration and loyalty from the led.)

STRATEGIC (the ideal leader has vision and can keep a focus on long duration goals and communicate this to others and has the courage, ambition, boldness, commitment, and stamina to keep pursuing the long duration goals.)

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE (the ideal leader can interact and communicate well, has an intuitive sense, is aware of or has empathy and frequently senses how another feels and what they basically have to do, has composure and rarely loses emotional control, is optimistic, encouraging, and inspirational or is a good motivator.)

ACCOUNTABILITY (the ideal leader is responsible and expects responsible behavior from employees who are expected to follow contractual, legal, and moral behavioral rules. The leader knows how to delegate some authority, especially  to those with leadership potential, and how to keep humans accountable for their work with appropriate rewards and punishments which frequently are verbal praise, helpful criticism, promises, an occasional threat, and not necessarily always physical consequences in the short duration but physical consequences are important in the long duration.)

CONTROLLING (the ideal leader is decisive and judgmental or is not afraid to take control and make decisions when they have to be made, is flexible or resilient and can adjust goals to unexpected circumstances, can be creative or is open to new tactics to achieve goals, is selfefficatious or confident that goals can be achieved, and has a sense of humor when shit happens.)

HUMILITY (Finally a great leader is not a braggart and has the humility to understand that success at reaching important goals is the result of team effort and not just personal effort. Understands that much of the success is due to the efforts of all the team members of an organization and gives earned praise to successful team effort. A great leader also has the humility to know that the customer of his information, service, and products needs to be satisfied with quality output  and good customer service or the business or organization will not survive in the long duration even with a monopoly.)

CONCLUSION:

A competent leader must have competent employees and if  the employee does not meet the necessary criteria for excellence then the leader must have the courage to replace, fire, and hire the employee at will.

Finally a wealthy pinnacle leader who has stopped promoting and effectively leading must pass the baton to younger and more capable competent leaders or in effect delegate most of the authority which they have accumulated over the years.

THE TRUTH ABOUT MANAGING***

formation-management-equipe

Manage: v. to control the action(s) of a human(s)  (with a command(s) and/or by showing what is to be done) and/or (by interacting and trying to solve a problem(s) and/or by trying to use emotional intelligence) and achieve a desired goal(s)

You can manage someone by commanding them and/or by showing them what is to be done. “Do your job” may be an authoritarian style of management where there is relatively minimal interaction between the manager and the managed.

The more interaction there is between the manager and managed the more it becomes a teamwork effort where both interchange ideas on how to do the job. In teamwork the manager frequently interacts with the managed and tries to solve a problem(s) together for optimal effect.

Management styles vary depending on how well defined the job is. If the job has clear rules and operates with little management then an authoritarian form of leadership can work relatively well.

If on the other hand the job is dynamic with many variations and no clear rules of operation then more interaction between the leader and led may be necessary to reach desired goals. Teamwork is frequently more effective in situations where the goals change from job to job or where different skills may be necessary with different personnel changes to achieve a goal(s).

Effective management means much emotional intelligence or the ability to make the managed feel good about their job and feel that they are a vital contributing factor in a job or project. Maintaining a sense of selfworth in the managed is important. Harsh or mean criticism, put downs, name calling, unnecessary threats, and ridicule should not be used in management managed interactions which can all create a dysfunctional,  inefficient working atmosphere.

Management is a leadership skill which can vary and be different depending on the nature of the job but emotional intelligence is necessary in leading any job and the humans in it.

THE TRUTH ABOUT SUPERVISION***

images (2)

Supervision: n. mostly observing and sometimes controlling the activities of a human(s) frequently with minimum teaching

Supervision is observing and sometimes controlling human behavior but usually not teaching them anything new. Parents sometimes supervise their offspring minimally and just make sure that they do not play dangerously. At other times there is almost complete supervision or teaching mode when they are teaching a new skill to offspring which may be very hazardous if done improperly.

Some supervisors are teachers too so maybe a new word must be invented to cover supervision with much teaching going on. Managing your offspring may be an appropriate word which includes teaching functions. Parenting is also acceptable but not a very accurate description.

Supervision can be thought of as telling humans what to do but usually not telling them how to do it.

THE TRUTH ABOUT REPRESSION***

repressing-emotions

Repression: n. using force and/or the threat of force to control a subset(s)

A repressive government uses force and/or the threat of force to rule it’s citizens in many areas of life. Most do not prefer repression but when trust between citizens and the government breaks down then tyrannical repression is the only realistic way of ruling humans through fear of disobedience.

Everyone fears the use of force or the threat of force being used on them and this keeps primitive tyrannies in power where rule through fear and not reason or good habits is used.

Repressing sexual or violent thoughts is an example of consciously forcing your mind not to think about them. Conscious emotional control is an example of emotion repression and it is something which we all do from time to time to avoid intense emotional outbursts or displays.

THE TRUTH ABOUT CONTROL***

control

Control: v. to lead with (an action(s) and/or an authoritative word(s)) and/or to have power over a (personal action(s) and/or event(s))

You can personally be out of control or have a classroom or group of humans under your leadership who are out of control. Not being able to control your emotions is a problem for many. Leaders fear a loss of control over the led and can sometimes exhibit rather tyrannical approaches at getting control back when it seems things are getting out of control.

Control is vital to society and it tries to control you by making you form socially acceptable habits or behaviors which impulsively guide your everyday existence to a large degree.

Few realize that with constant education for 18 or more years most of us think that we control our behavior to a great degree but are not aware that role models, friends, the media, advertising, and sometimes even celebrities have had a large influence on the way that we behave and try to control our lives.

Some of us have been taken care of with most of our needs provided for as offspring and are sometimes shocked to realize that you need to work hard to survive and make money to control your life.

When parental control no longer is a fact of life we venture out on our own and either feel that we are in control of our lives or feel helpless that we can’t seem to gain control over our lives and spending habits. Those who can’t successfully take control of their lives frequently continue to depend on parental financial support and frequently wind up back home living with their parent’s help.

Control over self, offspring, family, job, workers, bad habits, and money is a never ending struggle and those who have learned to control much of their everyday environment as needed are at a powerful advantage to those who feel lost and out of control of their lives or environment.

Control over one’s emotions is one of the most important areas where control pays off and if you can help others control their emotions too then you are truly skilled and your relationships with others will probably be good.

What we must realize in life is that we can’t control everything and that other important humans control most of what goes on around us and in the world. Knowing what you can control which is largely yourself and knowing what you can’t control can save you much worrying and misery about things which you can’t change but may not like.

The most difficult to control is military events, organizations, and movements of many humans.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PROACTIVE AND REACTIVE BEHAVIOR?

circle of control example

Proactive adj. trying to logically control the probability of a future event(s) by making a goal(s) and planning to achieve samer goal(s) and doing an action(s) to achieve samer goal(s)

Reactive: adj. causing an action(s) by a subset(s) after impacting samer subset(s)

Proactive behavior is not the opposite or antonym of reactive behavior because frequently proactive behavior has large reactive subsets. No one is totally logical using much reason to plan ahead but makes many reactive decisions based on past experience, knowledge, skills, beliefs, and opinions to try and project into the future and optimize the probability of desired results with personal and directed group action(s).

Few humans have the luxury of time to logically and rationally think about and gather appropriate information on how future events could be controlled to get desired results. The smarter you are and the more logical your work and responsibilities are the more proactive a percentage you exhibit in your behavior(s) and you gradually decrease the amount of reactively abundant personal largely impulsive behavior.

Finally trying to accurately detect and then control the emotions of humans is largely an impulsive reactive skill learned from an abundance of experiences with humans in similar situations. Emotional IQ is largely reactive with little need for logical thinking and is vital to leading most human motivational effort. Being proactive emotionally is largely an absurdity unless you are dealing with motivational public or private proactive plans or skills to get desirable emotional reactions at a future time from your captive audience.

Proactivity is basically an attempt at responsibly setting goals, planning to achieve them, and doing your best to achieve those goals in an active way with or without the help of other humans.

THE TRUTH ABOUT APPEASEMENT

appeasement

Appeasement: n. excluding dissatisfaction by fulfilling a demand(s) which we frequently don’t want to fulfill but reluctantly do

Cut back on your TV watching and spend more time with the offspring! This is a demand which is sometimes made by spouses and the demand is frequently appeased with less TV watching but reluctantly.

You invade the Crimea and demand that it become part of Russia. If this happens then you are appeasing the Russian tyrant and aggression if you don’t take any counter measures or enforce punishing economic penalties.

There is political appeasement, spouse appeasement, and business appeasement such as giving in to demands for wage increases by a union or individual worker. In business a demand for a wage increase is frequently appeased reluctantly by the boss or owner if it is a good necessary worker.

Demands in real life are frequent no matter what the human source and we frequently have no choice but to appease those demands to avoid future confrontations and arguments about the same subject matter. Instead of appeasement you can try to formulate a compromise which satisfies both parties.

There is nothing like success to create more demands and if you appease too much then you will have a very controlling demanding tyrannical human in your life.
