How you spend your weekend
Learning something new
How you vacation
Who you casually or infrequently communicate with
If you are unhappy with any of the above things then you can change them but it will take much courage, determination, persistence, and useful knowledge to change the hardest things to change.
If you have a financial or health crisis then you will be forced to radically change almost overnight. Hopefully you will make gradual changes to avoid a crisis situation.
You may have to do small changes or steps on your way to making big changes but it can be done if you know how and follow through long enough. Go for it!!!
