MOLECULAR IMMUNOLOGY SOCIETY!!!

The immune system is a very complex interplay of chemical reactions in the body. If you want to have an optimal immune system then you should probably eat healthy organic food and drink if possible, get enough exercise or movement in your life, get plenty of rest or sleep, and get some social interaction with family and close friends if possible. If you are living this healthy lifestyle then your immune system will probably be functioning well unless you have some genetic defects or are living in a toxic environment.

But to understand immunology you really have to research the molecular level and find out which molecules are most important in your immune defense system. Whether you are talking about immunity to cancer, allergies, or some other diseases the molecular level is ultimately where specific cures may be found assuming that you are also living a healthy lifestyle. So the most progress in immunology will come when we understand how the body works in detail at the molecular level to maintain a healthy homeostasis.

This is why the main and only function of the MOLECULAR IMMUNOLOGY SOCIETY will be to fund basic research in molecular immunology.  Only about 10% of the donated money will be administrative costs and about 90% in grants to research scientists in the field who hopefully will use most of that money for research equipment and about 10% for their personal effort such as communicating with other research scientists which may be relevant to their field of interest in molecular immunology.

So the purpose of the MOLECULAR IMMUNOLOGY SOCIETY is not how to maintain or improve your immune system but its purpose is to find out how the immune system functions on the molecular level by giving scientists grants to pursue this vital knowledge with better equipment and networking.

If you think the above society is a good idea and have the time and money then steal my idea or at least give me some credit. I will be spending some of my free time researching this idea further and trying to eventually incorporate MOLECULAR  IMMUNOLOGY SOCIETY as a non profit.

Cure: v. to make healthy again after having (a disease and/or most injuries) and/or bad health

Restoring to health after an illness, injury, or bad health is what being cured usually means. Can you really say that your injury is cured after you lose a leg and have it restored with a prosthetic device which functions relatively well but of course does not regrow the leg? This kind of a cure is debatable but I think it should be included because so many other injuries like cuts, burns, and wounds usually are healed and you recover from the traumatic effects and are effectively cured given enough time.

No one likes to be unhealthy but not very many understand the importance of healthy meals for a healthy body which needs as much organic food as possible and not the overly processed, chemically laced, unnaturally sweetened, lopsided nutrient lacking food consumed by so many.

You are what you eat health wise and the worse your food choices are the more you will be suffering from unhealth in the long duration.

Accidents can also ruin good health if the bodily injury is severe enough so you should use caution when working under or participating in potentially dangerous circumstances.

Being diseased or ill can last a long time but if it is something relatively minor and something that you get over relatively quickly and are in good health again then it is generally called a sickness.

You can also say that your complaining is making me sick but all that you are suffering from is mental anguish and you are not really sick healthwise.

MICROBIOME HOLDS THE KEY TO GOOD HEALTH!!!

The old expression “you are what you eat” is beginning to take on new significance and it is becoming more apparent that your gut bacteria and viruses are influencing most of the diseases or illnesses which you are battling with in your life. Auto immune disease, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, allergies, autism, mental illness, crohn’s disease, heartburn, etc. largely exist because you are not eating natural organic food in a great enough variety as part of your diet.

But more important start eating healthier as soon as possible because conclusive evidence is probably many years away and it is very hard to prove with so much of a variety of food that everyone is ingesting. No one magic food or medicinal pill will be found to cure your problem instead of only masking it so for the time being, eat as large a variety of organic food as possible. If you eat fast food then at least try to eat all the different kinds of it that you can. Variety is the spice of life and it will also keep you healthier than if you eat and drink the same thing over and over again or too frequently!

Wilderness animals and plants eat healthy natural organic food and seldom come down with diseases which debilitate them. Learn from nature, the best teacher and doctor in the whole world!

This is an excellent informative article on the mechanism of Ebola infections and the mortality rates are also relatively accurate. It is tedious reading but well worth the effort and you will probably have to look up some of the words in the dictionary.

MANY REASONS TO STOP EATING PROCESSED FOODS!!!

Processed foods stimulate too much production of dopamine which makes them highly addictive and leads to overeating and frequently weight gain.

Processed foods frequently contain much added sugar and artificial sweeteners which turn off the satiation sensor in your brain and make you overeat many empty calories without much natural nutritional value.

Processed food frequently contains many artificial additives such as phosphates which change the taste and texture and shelf life but are unhealthy for your metabolism in the long duration.

Processed foods with many refined sugars and processed flour and vegetable oil and other bad ingredients can cause chronic inflammation in many which can lead to heart disease and dementia and neurological problems and respiratory illness and even cancer.

Processed foods usually have no natural fiber and enzymes and vitamins and other balanced natural nutrients which can ruin the healthy balance of gut bacteria and cause digestive disorders.

There is some evidence that too much processed food can make you angrier and more irritable and can even reduce concentration ability in the brain which makes it more difficult to deal with stress successfully.

Processed food is loaded with processed genetically modified organisms GMO’s and pesticides and herbicides which are made artificially in the laboratory and are not natural substances or chemicals and will damage your immune system and metabolism and body organs in the long duration and your health gets progressively worse as more time passes.

Much processed food is not actually real food which mold and bacteria and fungi will readily grow on but very synthetic in nature which tastes like food but really isn’t a complete food with the proper balance of nutrients needed to sustain a natural organism.

Finally processed food is a very lopsided nutritionally unbalanced food which will inevitably cause imbalances in your body chemistry which means bad health into the predictive future if you eat too much of it.

Conclusion: Eat much more food as close to its natural state as possible and eat as much certified organic food as you can afford. Eating quality natural food will actually be less costly because you will need less of it to feel full and satiated and you will not be eating so much costly processed junk food!!!!!!
