18 QUESTIONS YOU SHOULD ASK BEFORE MARRIAGE!!!

The two most important priorities in marriage are finances and offspring. It is very smart to make sure that you are on the same page on these two topics and have similar views on spending money or perhaps even saving some. Six questions you should ask are-

How much money should we both be making before having children?

Will we have enough money saved to take care of childcare when we have a newborn or will just one of us be working for a while?

About how many offspring would you like to raise or support?

If we won $10,000 how would you spend it?

How long do you think you will be working at your current job before you either get promoted or move on to a better job elsewhere?

What kind of work do you think you will be doing ten years from now?

4 important questions to ask relate to fidelity and promiscuity which is a very important subject to discuss because next to finances adultery is the second major cause for divorce in what is turning out to be a relatively hedonous western society with an overemphasis on sex and the pursuit of pleasure.

Beware, because old bad habits are hard to break or eliminate and if your future spouse has a history of great promiscuity then the chances are great that promiscuity will continue in the future too after marriage. Another important area to probe is a possible addiction to pornography and possible kinky sexual turn-ons which should be discussed prior to marriage to see whether they may handicap a consensual sexual relationship.

Are you monogamous?

What do you consider cheating in marriage?

About how many women or men have you slept with before you met me?

What turns you on sexually?

Housework can be a source for many arguments and you should determine whose responsibility it will be beforehand or whether you will be sharing the load and be assigned tasks to do such as cleaning, doing laundry, meal preparation, doing the dishes, taking out the garbage, yardwork, gardening, etc. Hopefully you won’t get into an argument about this is women’s work or this is man’s work because routine work is work no matter who does it.

Who will be responsible for the housework or will we be sharing it and how?

In-laws can be a major source for marital disagreement especially if some of them want to get involved in your marriage. Even worse is if they decide that they want to run it for you and are always critical of one spouse and take sides in marital disagreements. It is important to get a ball park idea on how important parents and in-laws will be in a marriage, especially if they are overly critical, combative, and don’t get along well with either spouse.

How involved will we get in supporting your parents in retirement years?

What role will your family play in our marriage?

What will you do if I get into a fight with your family?

What is also important is finding out how much of an introvert or extrovert your potential spouse is. You may find a very reclusive spouse unsettling and may start complaining about being ignored. On the other hand an extreme extrovert may spend too much time with other humans and once again you may begin to feel ignored. In either case, try to find out if you are going to have to deal with an extreme introvert or an extreme extrovert which may be disruptive to marital life.

How much space or time for yourself do you need?

What things do you enjoy doing by yourself?

Many of us just live from day to day without consciously planning or thinking about the future in any significant way. Some of us do have long duration goals so it is important to know how marriage will affect those goals.

What is your goal or purpose in life and how do you envision a partner fitting into it?

Finally, compatibility is often a function of similar likes and loves so it is important to find out in some detail what your potential spouse loves, hates, likes, and dislikes. If you find out that your morality is different or that you have radically different views on raising offspring then this can become a major source of arguments, disagreements, and unnecessary turmoil.

What do you love and hate the most and what do you like and dislike?

THE TRUTH ABOUT RELUCTANCE

Reluctant-Groom-Cake-Topper_11283-l

Reluctance: n. unwillingness to do a subset(s) opposite to your custom frequently because of (immorality and/or dislike) and/or (hatred and/or fear) and/or (habit and/or uncertainty)

Sometimes we are reluctant or don’t want to do something because we have never done it, because it is immoral, because we dislike doing it, because we hate it, because we fear it, or because we are uncertain of the outcome.

Your impulsive inner voice is frequently reluctance and you may have even become reluctant because you carefully thought something through and decided it was not in your best interest to do or say it.

Because of our big egos we are sometimes even reluctant to apologize for our mistakes or hurtful remarks and this is frequently misguided reluctance which decreases respect for us.

Frequently we are reluctant to change our bad habits because we enjoy them so much no matter how critical others seem to be about the bad habits. This kind of reluctance should be overcome with self-determination as soon as possible because staying with very bad habits will just hurt you in the long duration.

Reluctance frequently changes into procrastination and something which ought to be done never gets done because you keep putting it off forever.

THE TRUTH ABOUT CONTEMPT

nl-620-contempt-sign-201103

Contempt: n. believing a subset(s)’s (appearance and/or behavior(s)) and/or action(s) are (bad and/or wrong) and/or inferior to a relatively large degree and not to be respected and also frequently hating the subset(s) for (bad and/or wrong) and/or (inferior and/or immoral)(behavior(s) and/or action(s))

A contemptuous feeling frequently originates from a feeling of superiority, disrespect, and even hate for a human(s) and/or their actions.

The feeling of superiority may originate from a feeling that the human is genetically inferior, educationally inferior, or has a menial job and is financially very poor.

Disrespect may originate from a feeling that the human is immoral or is incompetent in doing things.

Hate may originate from a desire or wish that a human did not exist at all and be a part of your life experience.

In India the untouchable class was frequently held in contempt by other Indians because they were considered one step higher than pond scum.

THE TRUTH ABOUT EMOTION

????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Emotion: n. a very intense mental and/or brain sensation and/or the behaviors which exist with samer sensation

We are a human species very susceptible to emotional flare ups which come and go with various degrees of intensity of primarily fear, love, and hate. We fear that we will not survive physically and mentally with all our beliefs, opinions, and habitual behaviors and we are constantly trying to defend them largely impulsively and rarely rationally.

The language biases us in favor of a highly emotional existence rather than a logical one and until we change the way that we use language we will wallow in our emotional irrational biases. We intuitively feel that the conservation of our emotionally biased personal world view is vital to our physical and mental survival.

Intuition and impulsive behavior primarily guides most of our lives which is based on prior experiences with the environment and especially other humans with which we have interacted with in our past. Many of us are handicapped with less than perfect looks, mediocre memories, bad role models, mediocre education, and financially relatively poor resources.

Many of us are trapped with many bad habits and relatively bad relationships with other humans and we are emotionally conditioned to stay in our traps because our emotions frequently don’t sense a logical way out of our limiting predicament. Human competition is everywhere and we are constantly reminded by society that we are much less than ideal role models physically, educationally, mentally, and financially.

There are the relatively few in leadership positions and most of us are the gullible irrational brainwashed followers in an increasingly immoral human world which is rapidly destroying biodiversity and in the process threatening the long duration survival of humans on the face of this precious endangered planet.

A primary reason why humanity is so shitty is that an emotional language and emotional indoctrination is used to condition humans who then mostly behave irrationally in their lives almost randomly experimenting with life without seeing much purpose and not logically planning successful courses of action for their lives and setting good goals in life.

An emotional overdose of free expression is largely a western predicament because other parts of the world are still largely regimented with minimal freedom to let their emotions run wild in society but the emotions still trap them to live the limiting lives which they live.

The language needs a logical updating and young humans need to be indoctrinated with a secular moral code worldwide if this world has any hope of surviving into the distant future in a healthy, sane, peaceful, and environmentally sustainable way.

THE TRUTH ABOUT PREJUDICE

43C-Prejudice

Prejudice: n. a wrong and/or unjust judgment and/or opinion which is frequently based on little or no evidence and is frequently an unfavorable opinion with (suspicion and/or fear) and/or hatred frequently added on

Humans who are very different from us can cause suspicion and sometimes fear. Usually the reason is a different physical appearance, sometimes it is a difference in language or even in dialect, and definitely a difference in beliefs.

We frequently make impulsive decisions and make judgments about humans with stereotypic names such as he or she is Asian, Hispanic, Black, red neck, hillbilly, or Indian and our mind is frequently flooded with impressions of what we feel about them based on our past limited experiences or what humans have said about them.

One word descriptions of humans frequently lead us into making overgeneralized statements such as Indians are drunks, Hispanics are stupid, and Blacks are lazy. Logically all Indians are not drunks, all Hispanics are not stupid, and all Blacks are not lazy and in fact a minority of them are and not a majority are drunks, stupid, and lazy.

Language also is to blame for prejudice because words or symbols are not statistical or probabilistic in nature but are absolutes. Unfortunately most uneducated humans think in terms of absolutes such as yes or no, love or hate, beautiful or ugly instead of degrees of love or hate, or degrees of beauty and ugliness. We use absolutes or generalities to inaccuarately describe humans and then wonder why prejudice is so hard to overcome.

The only cure for prejudice is an improved language, a constant exposure to all the cultures of the world, or getting everyone to eat all the varieties of food in this world and dressing alike so that prejudicial terms such as Italian and Mexican food and Muslim dress are out of fashion as acceptable descriptions of reality.

CONCLUSION:

Even when the whole world speaks the same language, has the same morality, eats the same varied food, and dresses alike there will still be prejudice because there will still be rich and poor and cliquish groups holding on desperately to their group identity.

THE TRUTH ABOUT HATE

hate

Hate: v. to sense very intense disapproval which one feels when one wants to destroy a bad and/or wrong subset(s) which may be morally (bad and/or wrong) and/or may be (bad and/or wrong) because it is the primary reason why one can’t achieve a desired goal(s) and/ or (bad and/or wrong) because it is a source of mental displeasure and/or bodily pain

Most humans hate more than one thing and rarely even hate themselves so much that they harm themselves or even commit suicide.

If you hate something bad enough then you may decide to do something about it. If you hate how you are living then you may take steps to change that. If you hate someone then chances are you will not be able to change them and the best thing to do is to avoid or ignore them as much as possible.

Love, hate, and fear are all great motivators which make you behave in certain ways and having healthy control over those strong emotions is a key to potential happiness and not having control over them can lead to great misery.

If you hate lying, stealing, cheating, and murdering then you are morally justified if someone does those things.  You should be less judgmental and not hate it if humans look different, behave differently, and have different opinions and beliefs than your own which are not immoral.

Trying to change an adult is almost as difficult as trying to change the world and the sooner that you realize this then the more realistic will be your interactions with them.

Hate disease, physical pain, the destruction of biodiversity, immorality, and hard core criminals which are all things which sometimes can and should be changed or eliminated from your life.

Participate or believe in causes and organizations which try to make the world a better place but don’t wallow miserably in the hatred of someone or something which you can do nothing about now or in the future.

Many organizations use hatred to mobilize humans to their cause and it frequently works because humans are mostly motivated by their strong emotions and hatred is definitely one of the more powerful ones.

Politicians are notorious emotion manipulators who stereotype a group and motivate you to HATE the opposing party, liberals, conservatives, socialists, right to lifers, right to choosers, illegal aliens, unions, right to workers, homophobes, gays, believers, atheists, rich, poor, corporations, banks, and politicians with differing views than your own.

We frequently hate it when something interferes with our goals and either delays their achievement or makes it impossible to achieve them. Life is not always fair or just and someone may be in a position of power to prevent you from achieving your goal or goals or you yourself may be unqualified to achieve the goals which you have in mind.

Consuming yourself with hatred for the powerful or feeling miserable about the constant failure in your life can make you very unhappy. Learn what you realistically can optimistically look forward to and don’t be defeated by the seeming insurmountable obstacles in your life.

Just caring less about things which you can’t change and being content with what little that you may have can make your life much happier in the long duration.

LOVE DOES NOT HAVE AN OPPOSITE EMOTION!!!!!!

images (1)

Love: v. to sense a very intense pleasure for a subset(s) one cares about and the behaviors which exist with it and frequently desiring to (possess and/or interact with) and/or experience samer subset(s) for a short and/or long duration

Subset: n. a thing

Historically and currently hate is erroneously assumed to be the opposite of love which it is not. Many people love to hate and use it to control other people by getting them to hate humans such as politicians, tyrants, unions, and bad bosses. They want you to love to hate animals such as spiders and snakes and love to hate things such as pollution, hurricanes, tornadoes, and diseases such as cancer and sexually transmitted diseases. Face it, we love to hate the subjectively bad things in life and love the good things in life.

Hate: v. to sense very intense disapproval which one feels when one wants to destroy a bad and/or wrong subset(s) which may be morally (bad and/or wrong) and/or may be (bad and/or wrong) because it is the primary reason why one can’t achieve a desired goal(s) and/ or (bad and/or wrong) because it is a source of mental displeasure and/or bodily pain

We care about the bad and good things in life so not caring is not the opposite of love either. If you don’t care about something then that is indifference or avoidance and those two are obviously not the opposite of love but is frequently an absence of emotion for something which we don’t consider as important in our lives.

The opposite of love is not a very intense unpleasant feeling because that would mean that pain, humiliation, cruelty, great dissatisfaction, and any very unpleasant feeling would be the opposite of love which we all know that it is not. A masochist actually loves pain so pain is definitely not the opposite of love.

CONCLUSION:

Once you define love accurately you realize that there is no opposite emotion for love or that love has no antonym. It is time to update the thesaurus and all literary works which claim that hate is the opposite of love.

Some of you may feel that love is not always a very intense pleasure but it is because if it is not very intense then it is called affection and not love.
