THE TRUTH ABOUT BIODIVERSITY

Biodiversity is speedily being destroyed in this world. Not only is wilderness real estate being destroyed leading to species extinction, especially the predators at the top of the food chain but food biodiversity is also being reduced drastically with monoculture agricultural techniques.

Wilderness biodiversity is the only safety net which we will have for a healthy food supply when domesticated plants and animals will become unhealthy with the overuse of pesticides, herbicides, artificial fertilizers, factory assembly line growing,  growth hormones, antibiotics, untested GMO’s, and artificial insemination.

Human selection for only a few traits such as beauty, fat content, size, and breeding productivity in cats and dogs has demonstrated that unhealthy animals and human dependent plants which can’t breed in the wild are the result in the long duration. Humans are just not as smart in selecting the healthiest and best animal and plant specimens to reproduce as nature is.

CONCLUSION:

Nature selects plants and animals based on thousands of desirable traits and humans select only based on a few desirable traits. The result is that many human designed species of plants and animals are not the healthiest or most disease resistant species in the long duration.

Our domesticated food supply is in the long duration in danger of succumbing to unforeseen catastrophic diseases and extinction and natural biodiversity is the only safety net which we will have to rely upon when human manipulation of domesticated species fails miserably.

Humans are polluting our genetic food supply with the help of technology which results in many unfavorable unhealthy species for the long duration.

Beware!!!!!! Destroy biodiversity and you destroy future human civilization as well!!!!!!

The fitness industry has a spur of growth these recent years, due in part to illnesses like diabetes and obesity. And of course, thanks to Hollywood we all want to be hot. And that’s the promise of the Fitness Industry, be it a club membership or DVD take-outs – you will be hot and sexy when you buy their products and services.

You decided to join a fitness club. On the facade you saw beachfront bodies, hot, sexy, and sizzling! Expectedly, models are the lean and muscular ones. It doesn’t mean that they got fit in that gym, but seeing them makes you believe. Admit it, most people are visual people. Seeing what you want to be is enough to persuade you.

You may or may not notice, but the trainers are marketing savvy. You signed the contract and gave them permission to bill your credit card. Often times, they still make you choose your personal trainer. And you’ll see, some are more expensive than the others. Paying them more doesn’t guarantee you better results. It’s still all you, you do the work for your own body, not the jam-packed trainers themselves.

The next step is to measure your current fitness or health status. How can you know if you are obese, overweight, fit, or underweight? They measure your BMI (body mass index). This scale, created by the US government is flawed! It’s purely based on height and weight but what about fats proportion? What if you just have huge bone density that adds to your weight? And all other considerations are not accounted. According to this scale, Brad Pitt, George Clooney, and Michael Jordan are all overweight. However, it’s the most popular and easiest measure. But if your BMI surprised you, you may just have the body of Brad Pitt.

They offer the services of in-house nutritionist. They will give you a tease, and make the nutritionist assess your diet for the first time and recommend some changes. Diet and nutrition is common sense. Eat what the caveman eats, all natural and avoid processes and you’re good. Paying extra for nutritionists or books is expendable.

You got started. The leeway to steadfast weight trimming and strength building is the equipment and machinery. But you and your trainer will spend less time in it. Instead, your trainer will drive you to “stability balls, resistance tubing or bands, and balance tools”, more on exercises you can’t do alone. These trainers are told to veer away from constant use of equipment, because when the person learned how to use them (and it’s damn easy to learn), they won’t need trainers and will stop the service.

It’s a psychological game! They get you psyched up in the start, then when it’s been months and you do the same exercises over again, they intervene and re-psych you up to keep you paying the membership. It’s an industry, meaning a business. It doesn’t care if you get healthier or leaner. What it cares about is your money.

Their programs may not work out for you, really. Our genetic makeup is part of the equation, but would they say it? No. They trick you to believe what the best looking body is, but each of us look at our best differently. And then they promise you that the best way to achieve it is through their gym.

If you noticed nothing’s changed, or at least on the timeline they promise you, it’s also planned out. They’ll say that despite the program, diets and supplements they served, it all falls down to individual differences. It didn’t work out for you because it isn’t right for your body, and you keep on finding what works for you. Yeah, you’ve gotta pay them more.

Their gym is a breeding ground for germs, thanks to the sweaty bodies all around. From athlete’s foot to flu, they have it. And these clubs, if not all of it, are not mandated by law to handle medical emergencies. Some trainers can’t even do CPR. Thing is, we are prone to injury when exercising. And heart attacks, due to improper exercise or overexercise, will need immediate help in matters of minutes.

Fitness industry doesn’t have a federal regulation to keep private data. Doctors, psychiatrists, lawyers, all these professionals are ruled by law to preserve nondisclosure of any private information you shared with them. But the fitness industry doesn’t have that, and unfortunately you have to share your medical history to them at the beginning of your program. Be prudent as these people are free to gossip about you.

It’s hell hard to terminate a membership. Even if you communicate that you want to quit, chances are you signed a contract in day one and they’ll keep earning from you credit card even after you stopped. You better read before you sign, because if you sue them, they just present your signature and they win.

Sure, there are people who got their magazine cover body, and fitness clubs helped them. But not all trainers are qualified to be one. Their management will employ many to meet the sky high demand, and see for themselves if they’re good with being a trainer. If not, oh well, drop him and get another.

Even the professional and ethical can’t escape the demands of business, and what kept their growing bank account are some tricks here and deceit there to get you excited and believe all the miracles they claim.

I’m not implying that we quit our membership. Our body will always clamor exercise, and their services shot straight to that humane need. But you deserve to know all their secrets; and you can be fit at home, at work, at school, at Disneyland park, wherever.

Take too much of a vitamin supplement, drink too much water, exercise too much, exclude too many foods from your diet, brush your teeth too much, shampoo your hair too much, get too much sunlight, and basically do too much of any “healthy” habit and you will probably cause long duration health problems.

No-one is ever poor who has the sight of his eyes, the use of his feet, and a healthy brain

This is an optimistic way of looking at poverty. No matter how poor you are, if you have good food and good health, you are fortunate.

You can fool humans some of the time, but you can’t fool them all of the time.

 

Another way of putting it is that you can try to lie to humans some of the time but if you lie to them too frequently then they will no longer believe you. There is an exception even to this general principle because you can lie to lottery players that they will get megabucks and no matter how many times they lose they still will be fooled into thinking that they can win the jackpot the next time around.

A promise is a debt

 

This is an interesting way of looking at a promise because promising means fulfilling an obligation at some point in the future and a debt is similar because it is also an obligation to be paid back at some point in the future.

Food is no more important than wisdom.

 

Without food you die so it is a higher priority or more important than wisdom.  You can live without much wisdom and still survive with food.

 

When in Rome do as the Romans do.

 

When living in a foreign culture try to behave like they expect you to behave.  You can also be yourself, but expect to be looked at in a suspicious way.

 

In politics we presume that everyone who knows how to get votes, based on looks and eloquence, knows how to administer a city or a state.  When we are ill.. we do not ask for the handsomest physician, or the most eloquent one.

 

It is a fact of modern political life that the best looking smooth talking politicians get the people’s votes and true qualifications for the job seldom enter the picture. This is the bad result of a social glorification of beauty and not smarts.

 

No one is truly free, they are a slave to wealth, fortune, the law, or other people restraining them from acting according to their will.

 

The truth is that we are only free to function within the limits set by our finances, laws, and acceptable social behavior.

Four snippets of good advice:

1.     If at first you don’t succeed, there is a reason why and until you figure out that reason, you will not succeed.

 2.     If you want to succeed at something that requires an excellent memory or an inborn talent, you will not succeed no matter how hard you try and you might burn yourself out in the fruitless effort.

 3.     If you struggle with a situation, but never learn the underlying lesson or never learn to avoid it, it will come back to you over and over again until you learn to deal with it or avoid it.

 4.     If you think your life is just okay, then you still have more to learn about how you really should be living and experiencing life.

Myth: Eating too many calories will make you fat

Your genetic makeup, the type of food which you eat, and how much food you eat are the most important factors in weight gain and how much you eat is only third on the list of priorities which determine how much you will weigh.

About 30% of the population can overeat on a regular basis and will only put on about 5 or 10 pounds of weight and no more. The rest of the population will overeat and put on many more pounds but will stabilize at some weight and gain no more.

If you are programmed genetically to gain more weight as you get older then you will gain weight no matter what you eat unless it is a starvation diet. The unfair fact of life is that most humans gain weight sooner or later on normal healthy diets and it is a fact of life which is not accepted by society at large which is brainwashing humans into thinking that they should conform to a normal weight or be considered bad gluttonous human pigs.

Eating highly processed or refined foods with much sugar content is the second leading cause of obesity because the foods no longer have a natural balance of nutrients and destabilize a healthy metabolism which results in excessive unnatural weight gain. Humans are getting more obese because they are no longer eating a healthy natural balance of food nutrients which comes from a varied diet of natural food intake.

Truth: Your genes and how natural is the food that you eat are much more important factors which determine how much you weigh and will weigh in the future.

Myth: Fatty food makes you fat

Then why are there skinny and “normal” weight humans, about 30% of the population, who eat fatty foods and stay thin? It is your genetic inheritance which programs how fat your body gets and not how much fat you consume. In fact eating fatty foods means that you will feel satiated sooner and not eat as much. Eating anything in excess will make humans gain weight if their metabolism is programmed to gain weight and skinny humans can eat incredible amounts of fat and not get fat at all.

Myth: Carbohydrates make you fat

Great quantities of greatly processed carbohydrates, especially sugar or high fructose corn syrup will mess up your natural metabolism and make you overeat. If you are genetically programmed to gain weight then you will gain more weight than usual because you will be taking in many more calories than what your body needs to maintain a constant weight. If you are of normal weight then the only drawback of eating too much sugar in your diet will be possible diabetes since your natural metabolism will be put out of balance.

Myth: MSG in moderation is harmful

Direct injections of MSG into mice brains can have bad effects but the quantities of MSG found in human food is not unhealthy unless you are allergic to it which is a rarity.

Myth: Gluten free foods are healthier

Unless you have celiacs disease or are allergic to gluten then you can process gluten in your diet without any adverse effects on your health.

Myth: You must poop daily

The frequency of pooping is not important as long as you are not constipated or have watery stool which means that you should change your diet to a more natural one higher in fiber.

Myth: Microwaving kills the nutrients in food

Any nutrient which is killed by an increase in water temperature to boiling or below boiling will occur but the nutrients affected are the same as those killed by boiling food.

Myth: Spot training will help to eliminate fat locally

Any fat which you lose is from the entire body. Trying to lose fat in only one area of the body such as the stomach with sit-ups will not succeed.

Myth: Checking the scale is a good way to monitor your weight loss

After exercise you will lose much more water and almost no fat so a weight loss of one or two pounds is mostly water and not fat since your body uses up its stores of glycogen in the muscles before it starts breaking down fat cells in the body for energy. How you feel is much more important than what you weigh. You will not lose weight by exercising but you will feel much better after doing so.

MYTH:   THERE IS A NORMAL WEIGHT FOR HUMANS AND IF YOU ARE NOT NORMAL THEN YOU ARE TOO FAT OR TOO SKINNY AND YOU SHOULD AND CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

TRUTH: MOST HUMANS ARE NORMAL WEIGHT WISE. HUMANS INHERIT A FAT, AVERAGE WEIGHT, OR SKINNY METABOLISM SO THEY ARE FAT, AVERAGE WEIGHT, OR SKINNY AS OFFSPRING AND MANY BECOME FATTER AS THEY AGE. IF YOU TRY TO CHANGE YOUR NATURAL WEIGHT DRAMATICALLY THEN YOU WILL FAIL ABOUT 99% OF THE TIME.

Nature is smart. It stores energy in the form of fat cells for food emergencies when there is no food for a small duration and when there is no food for a long duration which we should call starvation.  In a hunter gatherer historical society those whose body made more fat cells had a greater chance of survival during food shortages and famines.

Also as humans get older their skills as a hunter gatherer start to decrease so many older humans put on more weight as they age. Many women with offspring in their thirties also put on more weight because it is nature’s way of compensating for the fact that offspring will consume some of the food supply and leave less for the mother to eat.

It seems like an unfair cruel joke but in a society with food abundance some humans get more overweight than others and the ideal human accepted by social norms is the human of average or below average weight. If you are overweight then you are automatically considered a gluttonous human pig who eats too much which is not true most of the time.

About 30% of the human population is born genetically lucky and no matter how much they eat or what they eat or drink they will not get overweight. The rest of the population gets overweight no matter how much they eat, excluding a starvation diet, or what they eat or drink.

If you are overweight then at least be a healthy overweight and that means eating healthy or staying away from overly processed or refined food with much sugar such as fructose added. Eat as much certified organic food as close to its natural state as possible and drink more water or milk instead of sweet drinks. Americans especially are addicted to sweet foods and drinks which create a craving for more food and drink all the time. Not only are they eating too much food but eating UNHEALTHY food which is also causing many illnesses such as diabetes, allergies, heart disease, and cancer.

CONCLUSION:

Be happy with the weight that you are at but at least try to make it a healthy overweight by eating a large variety of healthy food. Being a healthy overweight human means that you will not be blaming overweight with causing illnesses such as diabetes, allergies, heart disease, and cancer which are all truthfully caused by eating unhealthy overly processed nutrient deficient foods.

Yes, there are genetically born humans with a greater probability of becoming ill with certain diseases which run in the family but the TYPE of food which you eat also greatly impacts your overall health.

Don’t fear being overweight but do FEAR EATING UNHEALTHY!!!!!!

IT’S A STUPID GOAL TO TRY AND LEGALIZE MARIJUANA

Legalization means it will be OK to toke up and get into a mentally impaired state and get behind the wheel and drive. It will be OK to go to work and make many mistakes because you are mellow and don’t really care what happens at work. In either case the public loses from the legalization of marijuana and big business makes a killing profit on an addictive or habit forming drug for at least 10% of users who are very adversely affected.

Yes, smoking marijuana is a non violent crime and it should stay that way to avoid unnecessary violence on the road and lousy performance on the job. There are more potent forms of marijuana which can definitely adversely affect your mental and emotional health and mixed with alcohol it really messes up your mind.

Pleasant mind altering drugs are an escape from reality and an attempt to escape all the bad shit that goes on in personal life and in this world. Personal lives and the world will only get shittier and there will be armies of humans wanting to escape it, if just for a couple of hours a day.

If legalized, those on welfare will have a blast getting drunk and getting high on pot and they won’t care if they or their offspring don’t work a day in their lives. Add crack cocaine to the mix and it is almost a guarantee that most will remain stupid, poor, and drugged from generation to generation!!!!!!

WHAT EXERCISE DO YOU REALLY NEED?

It is a great myth that you have to exercise in a gym with artificial machines to get optimal health benefits and lose weight. Exercising using natural body movements to tone your body is all that you really need to stay healthy and no amount of exercise will make you lose weight permanently. 

 

Only a starvation diet will make you lose weight and who realistically wants to starve themselves on a permanent basis? All weight loss programs without starving don’t work permanently so why be disappointed every time and waste much of your time trying to do the impossible current weight loss fad.

 

For all the lazy exercisers walking fast about 20 minutes about three times a week is all that you need. This is a rather boring routine so you can make your exercise sessions more interesting by doing an assortment of natural body movements which stretch your body or even give you a cardiovascular workout.

 

For a cario workout try jumping jacks and make them more interesting by leaping high as you do them or by flexing your knees or body torso as you are doing them. Running in place or jumping as high as you can is an excellent workout which you can do in the house, especially when it is raining or terribly hot or cold outdoors.

 

Pushups, rotating arms, deep knee bends, stomach curls, squat thrusts, toe touching while standing,  standing on one leg, head nodding, and stepping up and down on a stool will exercise your arms, legs, stomach, and neck.

 

If you want to ritualize the exercise then try yoga positions and Pilate’s moves.

 

If you are a senior citizen, can barely stand, and have joint stiffness then repetitively flex your arms, legs, neck, and body from a sitting or lying down position.

 

CONCLUSION:

Save a boatload of time and money by not going to a gym but doing exercise in and around the home. Tone your body with natural body movements and you will be healthier for it. You will not lose any weight exercising but you will be healthier at the weight which you are currently at.

 

Remember, no exercise will make you lose weight but exercising will improve your mental and physical health and that is really the realistic benefit which you should be looking for in your life of good habits to do.

Most humans waste much time, energy, and money by talking too much or socializing too much, by doing trivial relatively unimportant things in their life, and by spending too much time on bad habits which can be improved. One of the most important things which you can do is to prioritize your life and schedule your time away from work so that you have enough time devoted to the things which you think are most important in your life.

Setting a specific time for doing activities is important so the scheduled routine becomes as automatic as possible or becomes a good habit. 8:30 PM put the young offspring to bed by making them put away toys, showering, and dressing for bedtime. 9:00 PM reeducating yourself by learning new knowledge and skills necessary for a better job. 10:00 PM discuss or do things with significant other. 10:30 relax with entertainment. 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM sleep.

Life is not always predictable and your schedule will be interfered with occasionally and you can adjust the times to fit your desired lifestyle but do try to maintain a regular schedule as frequently as possible and you will be establishing good habits to replace the bad ones.

 

Budget your money:

If you are impulsively spending and living from paycheck to paycheck and never have enough money for emergencies such as car repairs, appliance breakdowns, household repairs, or medical expenses then you should seriously consider budgeting your money. Budgeting your money means planning to spend money on things which you really NEED and not on things which you impulsively WANT. It also means setting up separate savings accounts for future education, retirement, and emergencies.

Learn to eat healthy:

Nothing is better for your health than eating healthy food. You should gradually switch to eating minimally processed unsweetened varied certified organic food as frequently as possible. No one can automatically switch from fast food and sweet deserts and treats but at least don’t eat them as frequently any more. Consider artificially sweetened or food with sugar added to be eaten as a treat only once or twice a week.

Snack on nuts and fruits and bring healthy sandwiches to work if you eat more than once a day which is not necessary for most sedentary jobs. Experiment with your food and don’t be afraid that you will poison yourself if you try to eat something new, especially if it is a new natural organic fruit, vegetable, nut, or grain.

Eating good healthy nutritious food instead of a habit of eating unhealthy overly processed food is going to be the hardest bad habit to break so do it gradually by scheduling to eat healthy once a week and gradually increase it to eating healthy at least 4 times a week.

 

Exercise occasionally:

You don’t have to exercise every day and 20 minutes about twice or three times a week is all that you need. You can even go for weeks and months not exercising at all because many of us get enough exercise doing housework and taking care of the offspring. If your job is very stressful then a regular daily exercise routine may help a little in reducing the stress.

 

Improve your relationship skills:

Learn to be more honest, sincere, and truthful with other humans and you will develop good trustworthy relationships with family, close friends, and acquaintances. Learn how to sincerely care for humans without becoming overly generous with your time, energy, and money.

Healthy food should be priority number 1 in human lives. If you eat healthy food you will be healthy unless you are genetically predisposed to be unhealthy. Citizens have a right to know what artificial chemicals are added to their food and also have a right to know if the food is a GMO or genetically modified food so that they can make smart choices about the foods which they eat. Humans are getting less healthy by the day eating unhealthy foods which are the leading cause for overweight, diabetes, allergies, birth defects, and other modern health problems. There should be no food secrets and knowing the truth is vital if we are to ever TRUST the food supply which we are consuming on a daily basis.

Here is an excerpt example of one of 13 lies about GMO food which is the most important one.

Lie: GE foods pose no health safety risks.

Truth: GMOs have never been proven safe. The FDA requires no pre-market health safety studies, and the only long term peer-reviewed animal study conducted involving GMO corn sprayed with Monsanto’s Round Up herbicide, found massive tumors, organ failure and premature death in rats. In addition, a growing body of peer-reviewed animal studies have linked these foods to allergies, organ toxicity, diabetes, cancer, autoimmune disorders, birth defects, high infant mortality rates, fertility problems, and sterility. Society is infested with bogus or untrue health claims and some even claim to have doctor testimonials or “proven” scientific backing.

If you read about one diet, one food, a nutrition supplement, a pill, or a drug which will help you to lose weight permanently, improve your mind, make you live longer, make you more attractive or beautiful, make you ripped, make your skin healthier, cure geriatric illnesses, and protect you against heart disease or cancer then don’t believe a word of it. It is a bogus untrue claim even if a doctor or scientist claims it is true.

There is no one magic thing that will make you healthier. Only eating a large variety of certified organic food as much as possible in moderation and getting in a little moderate exercise about three times a week will optimize your health unless you have a genetic predisposition to illness. Depart too much from eating moderately and healthily without any exercise and your health will suffer sooner if not later in your life. Stay away from modern sugary overly processed foods as much as possible and try to eat food as close to its natural state as possible.

All doctors, scientists, and nutritionists know much less about food and health than mother nature!!!!!! The latest food fad or miracle cure for weight loss or guaranteed healthy living is a myth and nothing more designed to part you with your hard earned money and common sense which you should conscientiously guard.

STAY HAPPY AND HEALTHY BY EATING EVERYTHING IN MODERATION WITH A LITTLE EXERCISE

Most of us are not eating right. Most of us are stuck with bad eating habits where we eat too much high calorie nutrition deficient fast food, too much sweet overly processed food which includes sodas, energy drinks, and deserts such as donuts, cake, and cookies. We eat too little variety because we have been addicted to a predictable bad habit of eating the same limited foods over and over again because we like their taste and for no logical reason other than that.

 

False fad diets to reduce weight and lopsided vegan diets which leave about 97% of vegans deficient in vitamin B12 and other nutrients found in meat destroy the variety of foods necessary for a healthy varied omnivore diet. Unless you have a food allergy you should be eating a little of everything in moderation to stay healthy and add a little exercise such as walking fast for about 20 minutes about three times a week.

 

Most of us are not experimental eaters because nature has programmed us to be wary of new foods which had the potential of poisoning us in the wild historically. We are emotionally afraid of new foods!!! Once we develop eating food habits we tend to stick with them for life unless threatened with bad health and then we sometimes force ourselves to change our diets. To eat healthy again you have to overcome the emotional resistance your mind has to new and better foods.

 

What you have to overcome is personal food biases which are mental handicaps to better more varied eating. I never eat nuts and sour cream with a salad, I never drink milk after a hearty dinner, I would never add cheese, clams, eggs, and veggies to chicken noodle soup, I would never eat yogurt after eating meat or a burger, I would never add veggies to a hamburger patty, I would never add nuts or real fruit to my cereal, I would never add small chunks of blood sausage to beef stew, etc. This reluctance to mix foods or to try to add new ones to a recipe is the major handicap which all of us will have to overcome to eat more nutritiously.

 

The fact is that adding a good tasting food to a good tasting food very frequently results in an even better tasting more nutritious food. If there is a food which you don’t like the taste of independently then consider adding it in small quantities to a food which you like so that you barely taste it. Adding a little broccoli, sprouts, kale or spinach etc. to your favorite soup will make it more nutritious and healthy and you will barely notice the difference.

 

If you want the nutritional value of ten or more herbs then add them to your favorite soup in almost imperceptible amounts and you will have increased the nutritional value of your soup without sacrificing good taste.

 

Experiment with food. If it is a new food and it is certified organic then it is probably something which you should include in your diet. If you don’t like the taste of a food and it is not repulsive, then add a little of it to foods or recipes which you like. Force yourself to experiment with new varied foods and you won’t need the illusory lopsided vitamin and mineral supplements which humans consume thinking that they are compensating for not eating a healthy varied nutritious diet. Instead of artificial food supplements add a little bee pollen to some of your meals which is gotten from many natural flowers and is highly nutritious with a boatload of vitamins, minerals, and other vital nutrients.

 

If you have any favorite recipes then EXPERIMENT by adding small quantities of other good foods to it. Variety is the spice of life when it comes to food and your meals will not only be more interesting but more healthy and nutritious also.

 

Final note: Some of us are addicted to fast food because we feel that we don’t have the time to make food ourselves or we simply like the taste and have developed a habit of eating it exclusively. If you refuse to change then at least eat a variety of fast foods in moderation. Eat pizza, burgers, chicken, tacos, burritos, sandwiches, etc. from more than one fast food place and try to patronize an outfit like Chipotles which tries to serve some organic food. A large variety of fast food from many companies is better and more nutritious than just eating at one favorite fast food outlet and definitely healthier.

CONCLUSION: Don’t eat just one food or a handful of foods but eat hundreds of different foods in small quantities or in moderation. Try to eat more unsweetened, unprocessed, non GMO and certified organic foods as close to their natural state as possible.

MYTH: We need GMOs to feed the growing world population

GMOs (genetically modified organisms) are a short duration seeming solution to increasing crop yields but the long duration solution is population control and maintaining the biodiversity of the food supply.

Temporary increases in crop yields gained by monoculture crop yields or a handful of crop types poses a future danger because if there mutates a superbug or disease which decimates a single crop type which has become the dominant food source then starvation in the future will not be gradual but catastrophic in nature.

Imagine a corn crop which depends on one species and that species is the source for 90 percent or more of the corn supply. Disease susceptibility arises and destroys most of the crop worldwide. What corn crop will be used to replace the now dead species of corn? Catastrophic starvation worldwide for humans and livestock can be the result!!!

Maintaining biodiversity from a polyculture of crops which are not totally dependent on human care but can survive in the wilderness is insurance against catastrophic future starvation! A polyculture of GMOs is once again a temporary short duration solution to a needed increase in food supply and frankly the GMOs have not been all tested for long duration bad effects on the health of humans eating them.

Nature and not man knows best what is good for human health in the long duration. From a polyculture of GMOs we may not be starving but it could result in a disease ridden worldwide population sickened and dying before our natural lifespans are done. The potential for horrifying birth defects has not been studied nor will it be studied before it is too late to do anything about it.

We have tried to interfere with nature with custom bred breeds of dogs and cats merely selected for physical beauty many of which suffer from severe health abnormalities. Custom breed plants and animals with GMOs and the results are predictably unhealthy domestic plants and animals. Nature is smarter than man because man only selectively breeds for a handful of desirable traits and frequently winds up with one or more undesirable ones which become permanent genetic flaws which can’t be cured by human selection.

Nature selects for a million and one desirable genetic traits in plants and animals which are valuable against all the potential environmental threats and man can’t compete successfully with nature’s ability to select wisely for durable healthy plant and animal species.

Danger: There is a great probability that man will select unhealthy GMO plants and animals by considering only a handful of desirable plant and animal characteristics before multiplying the results in great quantity. We will have unhealthy quantity plants and animals and not healthy quality plants and animals which only nature can provide and test for.

MYTH: We need GMO rice, genetically modified with vitamin A to prevent blindness in poor countries.

There are thousands of varieties of nourishing rice and even poor people should not be stuck eating only one crop to survive which causes problems more severe than just blindness but also death. Many lab animals have been fed only one GMO food and have become diseased or have prematurely died because no one in nature eats just one food or crop and survives admirably. Yes, it seems that by eating only eucalyptus leaves or bamboo leaves a species can survive but it usually ingests the nutrients gotten by dirty and diseased leaves which have bacteria, insects, and dust particles on them. The probability that a one food dependent species will survive is very low and very poor humans should definitely never be dependent on a one plant food supply.

MYTH: GMOs can reduce the use of pesticides.

After a few years pests like corn rootworm develop resistance to GMO corn and super weeds develop resistance to chemicals or in other words nature starts to destroy the theoretically indestructible GMO crop. More use of pesticides and expensive purchase of GMO crop seed results in corn production even more expensive than before and there is no net reduction in pesticide use.

MYTH: GMOs can reduce the use of herbicides

There are weeds which have developed resistance to roundup herbicide and more of it is being used than before with few other options on such short notice.

The American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) doesn’t think so. The Academy reported that “Several animal studies indicate serious health risks associated with GM (genetically modified) food,” including infertility, immune problems, accelerated aging, faulty insulin regulation, and changes in major organs and the gastrointestinal system. The AAEM asked physicians to advise patients to avoid GM foods.

There is a growing body of scientific evidence which proves that genetically modified organisms (GMOs) are inherently different from natural organisms including the way the body processes them and also how the immune system responds to them. But Monsanto which is the largest seller of GMOs in the world believes that GMOs are no different than natural organisms and that GMO testing is both needless and valueless.

Genetically Engineered (GE) Food Changes Our Digestive Systems:

GE organisms actually become part of the bacteria in our digestive tracts and reproduce continuously inside us. But the USDA now wants to exclude controls from GE corn!

There are no human clinical trials of genetically engineered foods. The only published human feeding experiment showed that genetic material inserted into GE soy transfers into the DNA of bacteria living inside our intestines and continues to function. Even after we stop eating GE foods we may still have the GE proteins produced continuously inside us.

The Institute for Responsible Technology has communicated that the genetic engineering process creates massive parallel damage causing mutations in hundreds or thousands of locations throughout the plant’s DNA. Natural genes can be deleted or permanently turned on or off and hundreds may change their behavior. Even the inserted gene can be damaged and/or reordered and may create proteins that can trigger allergies or promote disease.

The idea of having genetically engineered genes permanently living inside our guts has serious implications:

If the antibiotic gene inserted into most GM crops were to transfer then it could create antibiotic resistant diseases.

Bt toxins or Bacillus thuringiensis which is inserted into GM food crops to kill pests are reaching the bloodstreams of 93% of women and 80% of unborn babies because of the consumption of meat and milk and eggs from livestock fed GE corn. This could turn bacteria in our intestines into pesticide factories.

Animal studies show that DNA in food can travel into organs throughout the body and even into the fetus.

Foreign DNA in GMOs is responsible for disease causing inflammation and autoimmune disorders

Considering the injection of foreign DNA into GM crops Physicians and Scientists for Responsible Application of Science and Technology (PSRAST) have taken a more scientific approach by actually investigating how the body processes foreign DNA which shows that things are not as safe as Monsanto claims they are. If you drink three or more cups of coffee before bedtime then you may have a little trouble falling asleep right away but in about 8 to 10 hours about 75% of the caffeine in your blood is gone so if you have coffee for breakfast and lunch it should not affect your sleep and insomnia is not caused by the caffeine if you do have insomnia. Even one cup of coffee before bedtime will minimally keep you from falling asleep and definitely not cause insomnia.

 

MYTH: Coffee helps to relieve stress

Coffee is not a depressant but a stimulant which increases brain activity and makes you more susceptible to anxiety and panic attacks and can cause more stress not less.

 

MYTH: Coffee makes women’s breasts smaller

This lie was probably invented by a husband or father who didn’t want his wife or daughter to drink so much coffee so he tried to play on the fear or inadequacy that women feel about having small breasts. Coffee does not affect the growth of body parts and if it did then you could make an untrue claim that coffee also stunts the growth or decreases the size of male penises.

 

MYTH: Coffee is addictive in normal doses

Coffee may be habit forming for many humans but unless you consume very large amounts of it on a daily basis and change your metabolism then you will not suffer from headaches, anxiety, and irritability which are withdrawal symptoms from excessive daily caffeine consumption. Coffee in large doses can be addictive but not as severe an addiction as there is to artificial and natural highly addictive drugs

MYTH: Eating or not eating breakfast badly affects your health or weight loss:

If you eat no breakfast at all or eat breakfast then it will not be bad for your health and you will not lose any weight. It is more likely that you will take in more calories during the day by eating more than one meal. More calories consumed at two or more meals means that it will become impossible to lose any weight since you are not severely reducing caloric intake which is the only sure fire way of losing weight .

Every time that you eat you are taking in more calories so if you are on a starvation diet to lose weight then skip as many meals as you can and even fast to some extent by not eating anything for a day or two once in a while during your weight loss routine.

STARVATION DIETS are the ONLY way to lose weight and you will lose weight temporarily but you will gain it all back when you resume normal eating habits and stop calorie counting.

MYTH: Eating many small meals a day instead of one big one will help you lose weight:

Only total caloric intake affects starvation diet weight loss and it doesn’t matter whether you eat six small meals a day or one meal a day with the same total amount of daily calories.

 

MYTH: Eat only carbohydrates, only proteins, or only fats to lose weight:

Eating an unnatural unbalanced diet with an emphasis on one lopsided food nutrient such as carbohydrates is very unhealthy and dangerous to a balanced metabolism. You will not lose any weight if you are eating more calories than those which a starvation diet requires. If you succeed in losing weight on a lopsided starvation diet of processed carbohydrates then you will be harming your health and metabolism because you also need nutrients which protein and fat foods provide.

MYTH:  Weight loss pills will help you to lose weight permanently:

Artificial hunger suppressing drugs will help to get you on a starvation diet and you will lose weight temporarily but you will gain it all back when you stop using the drug and resume normal eating habits. In fact the artificial drug will have serious metabolic bad side effects on your health if you use it too long or on a permanent basis.

Some people think that diet supplement pills with natural nutrients or ingredients such as vitamin D will help you lose weight. Untrue, because only a starvation caloric intake will cause you to lose weight and if you are eating a normal amount of calories then no magic supplement pill will burn off more calories than you want or need in your body.

MYTH: Eating saturated fat is unhealthy for you:

People who live in Tokelau (a territory of New Zealand) eat a diet that is about 50% saturated fats and they have superior cardiovascular health compared to other people. The key here is eating good natural food fat and not very unhealthy processed hydrogenated fat used in modern processed foods.

MYTH: Fasting is hazardous to your health:

Not eating for one or two days does not cleanse your body of toxins and improve the functioning of any internal organ. On a cellular level called autophagy it helps your body’s ability to regenerate and become better at reducing toxins in the cell.

If you go to extremes and fast for a week or a month then a little nutrition or drinking a little milk during fasting is helpful to prevent irreversible metabolic damage to your organism. Extreme fasting if done improperly for too long can lead to unhealthy consequences for the body metabolism.

MYTH: Going organic will help weight loss:

Eating natural organic food or processed food will not help you lose weight. Only a starvation diet will help you lose weight whether you are eating organic or processed and modified food.

MYTH: Exercise will help you lose weight:

Exercise will only make you feel hungry again and you will gain back all the calories which you lost exercising by eating again. You will even be exceeding the caloric intake which is needed to merely replenish the calories lost during exercise.

MYTH: Eliminating one food or an assortment of foods will help you lose weight:

If you eliminate one or more foods from your diet you will still get enough calories from other foods which you do eat and you will lose no weight. Switching to a vegetarian diet will not cause you to lose weight because you will eat enough vegies to make your daily body calorie requirements adequate for maintaining a stable weight without any weight loss at all.

MYTH: Everyone gains the same amount of weight by overeating:

By overeating by 1000 calories individuals varied in weight gain by 10 to 30 pounds so every individual is different in the amount of weight which they gain by overeating.

MYTH: Eating a big dinner meal is bad for your health and affects your weight.

Only if you compulsively overeat will it cause weight increase but will not badly affect your health in the long duration if you do not become severely obese. If you only eat one big dinner meal a day then you will not gain weight abnormally because the caloric intake is not that great.

The kind or type of food that you eat affects weight gain more than the amount of food that you eat. If you are eating large amounts of highly processed carbohydrates and sugar then you will be fatter than if you eat large amounts of balanced food with naturally balanced fats, protein, and carbohydrates from natural organic food.

CONCLUSION: If you want to truly lose weight for health or other reasons then counting calories and going on a starvation diet is the only temporary way of doing it with the help of a nutritionist or professional calorie counter.

It is important during that starvation diet that you eat a healthy variety of organic or natural foods balanced with carbohydrates, proteins, and fats which you get by eating everything in moderation or a wide variety of food which you should consume to assure that you are getting proper or balanced nutrition.

Once you reach your desired weight you will still have to painfully count calories and determine how many you will need to maintain a constant reduced weight.

Some people are born naturally skinny or plump and the easiest way to deal with it is to not diet at all but to eat healthily with a large variety of natural organic food. 

Let your weight stabilize at what your natural inherited weight is. You may not be happy with your overweight which nature gave you but at least you will be happy eating to your heart’s content as much as you want of the quality food which you should be eating on a daily basis.

CONCLUSION: A mood disorder is not a mental illness as long as it doesn’t persist indefinitely but has periods in between where the mood disappears for a few hours or days. If the mood disorder is not permanently experienced then radical behavior modification in lifestyle is the answer to the problem and not psychotic drugs or mediocre verbal therapy which doesn’t change the underlying cause of the depression. Leading a dysfunctional lifestyle causes the depressive moods.

Sending people to rehab centers where their lifestyle is radically changed such as to a farming lifestyle or a programmed set of new daily activities which teach new behavioral skills which can be used in society to improve your lifestyle is the answer to over 95% of depressive mood disorders.

Scheduling a new set of daily behaviors to correct or eliminate the mood disorder is what is required to cure the disorder and not medication which just masks the problem and makes it worse with severe side effects.

Yes, radical expensive behavior modification for a period of one or two months is necessary to start to cure an old depressive mood in an individual and there is no quick fix drug medication and verbal communication which will cure the underlying cause of the disorder as the psychiatric profession wrongly claims.

Reprogramming bad behavioral habits and replacing them with good behavioral habits is the only permanent cure and solution to bad behavioral mood disorders!!!!!!

Patients should be taught how to shop for, prepare, and eat healthy nutritious certified organic food, do housework on a regular basis, exercise regularly, care about personal hygiene, learn better parenting skills, learn better human relationship skills, and start to learn new useful knowledge and skills which will be useful in a new and better job.

EXOTIC FOODS WHICH SHOULD BE DOMESTICATED AND EATEN

As long as exotic food does not mean endangered species I think it has huge potential for domestication and consumption as healthy non GMO, no growth hormones, no antibiotics, organic food. Worms, crickets, rattlesnake meat, goat penis and testicles are just a few of the possibilities which should be promoted as nutrient rich healthy foods.

Google exotic foods and you will discover some exotic fruits and vegetables which can be eaten if you are not that much into protein rich foods. Eating exotic foods is an acquired taste and the best way to introduce them into the western diet would be to flavor existing foods such as organic yogurt, whole multigrain bread, burgers, salads, etc. with chunks or mashed exotic foods to enhance the nutritional value of the food. I know rattlesnake meat is delicious as is but some exotic whole fruits and vegetables may not be that tasty initially and will need to be added to good tasting food to promote greater acceptance by a fearful public which is always fearful of being poisoned by a new healthy taste sensation.

We need biodiversity or variety in the food which we eat to insure a nutrient dense diet without the need for artificial supplements or food additives. Exotic foods will increase the probability that you will get all the trace minerals, minerals, vitamins, protein, fat, and carbohydrates that your body craves and needs for optimum health.

Mike Adams knows much about certified organic foods and reveals some of the potential hazards of buying from unscrupulous manufacturers of vitamins, supplements, and health foods. The message is fundamental, inform yourself about the product from unbiased sources if possible because most manufacturers are trying to cash in on the health conscious public and only care about the bottom line and not your health.

They also rarely print useful information on the true state of the economy. 11 EXCUSES HUMANS MAKE FOR NOT EATING HEALTHY

Eating unhealthy is a bad, addictive, emotionally and sensually pleasant habit which humans impulsively don’t want to change even though they may logically want to in their minds. There are many excuses which are used to not change what they basically enjoy doing and are addicted to.

My busy job makes it impossible to eat right

My family likes fast food

I can’t fight the food industry

I’m too lazy to change

Heart disease and cancer runs in my family

You can’t fight bad genetics

There must be an easy trick or way to change my eating habits

There are so many fad and food experts giving different advice on what to eat

Destiny is in control of my life not me

There is no organic fast food

I don’t like to cook or prepare organic food

Going cold turkey or suddenly switching to eating certified organic food is going to fail because it is not that tasty to begin with and preparing it in a tasty way is a pain in the butt. Switching suddenly to eating organic will be an unpleasant experience and it won’t be very long before you revert back to your old enjoyable addictive eating habits.

Is there a solution to this seeming insurmountable roadblock? Yes, introduce certified organic foods gradually into your diet in small amounts and then more and more as time goes on.

If you can’t find certified organic food start off by buying organic food. Bring your favorite organic fruits, nuts, and yogurt to work for snacking. Make your own sugarless smoothies at home in a fast speed blender adding your favorite slightly sweet organic fruits and vegetables and refrigerate some so you can bring some to work also.

At home make some organic eggs by boiling or frying or raw with milk and eat it with multigrain bread like Ezekiel and seafood such as salmon which can even be from a can readymade to eat.

Find raw milk for pets or get some in a farmers market and add it to your smoothies or to organic beans and grains such as buckwheat and oatmeal mixed with your favorite fruits or berries. Have non organic blood sausage about once a week because it is so nutrient rich. I have been asked why blood sausage? Because vampire bats can survive on blood alone and the Mesai of Africa thrive on a raw milk, blood, and meat diet.

Find organic food recipes on the internet and test them out. The key here is don’t be afraid to experiment, the new organic food will not poison you or kill you and if you discover a tasty recipe that you like then start preparing it and eating it more frequently.

You only have to eat one varied meal a day if you lead a basically sedentary life and that means that you can get by with one certified varied organic meal prepared at home by you or your significant other or spouse.

Go certified organic but do so gradually and eventually turn it into an avalanche. In the meantime don’t feel guilty if you have a medium rare steak, chocolate, donuts, or fast food once in a while for taste satisfaction. Organic need not mean going meatless although organic meat with the exception of buffalo and wild meat is not currently available in organic form. Eat meat in moderation also. We are omnivores and that means that we can eat any food which we are not allergic to in moderation.

Variety is the spice of life and if you include some unhealthy overly processed sugary foods along the way in moderation or once a week then don’t stress about it and it won’t kill you or damage your long duration health in any significant way.

Healthy does not mean losing weight and being skinny because over 50% of the population is genetically programmed to be on the plump side sooner or later in life and will not lose any weight eating healthy.

Ignoring bodily health

Ignoring body health in youth may not lead to immediate bad consequences but sooner or later it will start impacting your life and you will be sicker and not functioning at your full potential. Make sure you eat healthy by staying away from over processed overly sugary foods as much as possible and start switching to a variety of certified organic food.

You don’t have to be religious about it because you can go without exercise for years if you lead an active life doing household chores and taking care of your offspring.  If you are leading a sedentary life with little movement start thinking about getting in about 20 minutes of walking or varied body movement about three times a week.

Being lazy or inactive

There is a current popular saying that a body at rest tends to stay at rest and one in motion tends to stay in motion. Get off your butt and start living life by doing something useful. Don’t be fearful of acquiring new knowledge on the internet and searching for goals which you would like to accomplish next in life. Do a little research by asking questions and getting answers. Start working towards a better job in small steps. If you waste your time looking for fun things to do it will cost you more money and stress you out financially and maybe even emotionally so start improving your knowledge on a subject with potential future application like a new and better job.

Avoid bad humans and bad experiences as much as possible

It may not be obvious but if you spend time with unhappy or miserable humans much of that will influence you and you will also be more unhappy with your life. Try to associate with optimistic happy humans and you will add happiness to your life. If you have a lousy job that is making you unhappy then start learning and planning for a better one. Associate with happy humans and a happy work environment and you will be happier for it.

Eliminate disorganization in small steps

Organize your workspace and make it neat and tidy. Replace your disorganized random work behavior and even personal life with one that operates on a schedule which uses your time wisely. Impulsively going through work or life is very inefficient and you can get much more done if you have an orderly environment and plan ahead for all the events in your work and life by the clock.

Don’t envy others lifestyles and material successes

Other humans will always seem to be doing better than you either with relationships or materially or exciting experiences. Don’t be envious because all that activity and material wealth is costing money and they are probably maxed out on their credit cards and in a financial hole which will make their great lifestyle come crashing down sooner or later. Live a simpler more efficient and thrifty life and you will avoid stressing out financially and emotionally.

Don’t try to please everyone

Don’t waste time and energy thinking whether you are wearing the right clothes, saying the right thing, or reacting properly to situations in your life. Try to please the most important humans in your life to some extent and that includes family and close friends but ignore what everyone else may think of you and stop trying to please them.

Plan for a new job before it chronically stresses you out

If your work load is getting almost unbearable or if you hate your job, you have terrible coworkers, and your job security is starting to be questionable then start looking for a new job or start educating yourself for a better next job before you become chronically stressed out.

Only robots are perfect

Don’t worry about not being perfect because no one can realistically be perfect or do everything right all the time. If you achieve most of your job goals and do so punctually and within acceptable standards then be satisfied with it because it probably won’t get any more perfect.

Don’t be financially illiterate

If you are not spending money with a budget and are spending money impulsively from paycheck to paycheck then learn to budget your money. What that basically means is that you should be saving up about 10% of it for a rainy day an/or your retirement and putting it into a savings account but not the stock market. Also don’t spend more than your monthly budget allows and if you do it for emergencies then take it out of your savings account but don’t develop a bad habit and constantly use savings to bail you out of overspending. Use a debit card if you can’t budget properly with a tempting credit card.

If you eat LESS over processed over refined carbohydrates and sugars your body is getting less bad nutrition and your body will continue CRAVING for BETTER quality nutrition. You will continue to feel hungry and unsatisfied. You need more quality nutrition and less of a quantity of bad nutrition.

We are omnivores and that means that unless we have an allergy we can eat anything which is classified as a natural food. Eat VARIED nutrient dense foods such as raw milk (pasturized milk is second best), blood sausage, eggs, nuts, meat, fish, grains, seeds, fruits and vegetables. You will feel satiated or full much sooner and WILL wind up eating a smaller quantity of food. Natural certified organic food is all good for you and that includes all natural fats, proteins, and carbohydrates which exist in whole foods.

Less than 40% of the population can eat anything including fast food and not gain weight. The rest of us were genetically programed to be on the plump side sooner or later in life and if you try to fight biology you will fail and be miserable trying unsuccessfully to reduce weight by large amounts.

Don’t be afraid to EXPERIMENT with new better foods. Try new natural organic foods and don’t be afraid that they will poison you or cause illness. They won’t. They are not weird and dangerous foods but foods which are good for you in moderation. VARIETY is the spice of life and will keep your meals healthy, interesting, and satisfying. Approach problems with a “can do” rather than a “can’t do” attitude.

Make the best of what you have

The happiest people don’t have the best of everything but they try to make the best of everything which they have. Being thankful for what you have instead of longing unhappily for what you don’t have. This will increase happiness in your life.

Plan for major goals in your life

Working towards major goals in your life such as a better job or more necessary education will pay off more with happiness when they are reached. Living day to day with unimportant trivial goals in life and not making progress will not create as much happiness in your life.

Emphasize the good qualities in others

Gossiping or dwelling on the bad characteristics of others makes you spend time on unpleasant things and makes you very judgmental. Say nice things about humans unless they are immoral (lie and cheat) and deserve social ostracism. No one is perfect so focus on the good characteristics and not bad ones.

Focus on the present most of the time

Energetically living in the moment will cause more happiness than living in the past or worrying about the future. The greatest happiness comes from actively doing something now rather than thinking or dreaming about the past or future.

Try to wake up at about the same time every day

Not disrupting a circadian rhythm will lead to a happier more predictive and productive life. Being irregular in your sleep habits will make you feel tired and unhappy.

Choose friends wisely

Misery loves company and if most of your friends are also miserable and unhappy you will be trapped in a miserable existence. Try to mostly interact with happy friends who are accomplishing or achieving good things in life and have a generally happy attitude. Avoid deadbeat unhappy humans as much as possible.

Talk less and listen more

Make your communications as short and sweet and to the point as possible. Talk too much and you will bore others and waste your time learning nothing new. Listen more, ask more questions, and learn from other human experiences and knowledge. You will not only be more prized as a friend but you will become socially and mentally smarter.

Nurture close human relationships

Spend more time and energy and money with your closest friends, significant other, and family. You can develop and keep close trusting relationships and get more happiness from them then from just an army of casual friends and acquaintances.

Spend some time thinking or meditating

Taking a few minutes off during the day thinking or meditating will relieve job or family stress and make you better at doing what has to be done.

Eat healthy and exercise

Keeping your body healthy with good food and some exercise about three times a week for 20 minutes will provide the basics of what a healthy mind needs to function properly.

Live simply and efficiently

The less clutter you have around the house and in your life the happier you will be. Fewer material possessions, simpler houses, and smaller cars means less debt in most cases and more money to spend on truly important experiences in your life which will bring more happiness. Bigger is very frequently not better when it comes to happiness because bigger frequently means bigger inefficiency, bigger money, a bigger responsibility, and less happiness for the dollar spent.

Tell the truth

Telling the truth means that you will have more trusting and happier relationships with close friends, significant other, family, and others. Trust is the bond which holds relationships together and without it you will have much more unhappiness enter the relationships.

Become selfmotivated

Being selfmotivated to do things will increase your selfworth and you will feel more in control of your life. You won’t be wasting your time and energy waiting for motivation from others which may never come or come very infrequently.

Recognize that change is not possible for everything

You will be much happier if you can discriminate between what can be changed and what can’t. You can spend much time trying to change things which are not changeable and feel very frustrated and disappointed doing so which can become the source of much unhappiness. Trying to change humans who don’t want to change can lead to great unhappiness. Life isn’t always fair and learning to roll with the punches will lead to a happier life than wasting much time plotting revenge or feeling ripped off.

Holding a grudge against someone can lead to depression, anxiety, and unnecessary stress. Being offended for too long will take away time for happier moments. Forgive and try to forget behavior which makes you unhappy but is not important enough to waste time and effort trying to correct.

Focusing too much on relatively small and trivial events in your life will take away time which you can use focusing on important things in your life. Stressing out excessively about unimportant things will cause more unhappiness than it is worth.

Comparing yourself with other seemingly more successful social and professional people and feeling inadequate and jealous can cause great unhappiness. Focus on improving yourself and giving others some praise for their achievements and try to learn useful skills from them which you can try to apply to your own life.

Seeking approval from everyone will frequently lead to frustration and disappointment when no approval is forthcoming and cause unhappiness. Do the best that you can but don’t waste mental effort worrying if someone will approve or disapprove of what you did. You will never be able to please everyone that you interact with so why try pleasing everyone.

Making excuses for your mistakes, bad behavior, or failures and not acknowledging your faults will create more unhappiness in the future. If you don’t learn from your mistakes, bad behavior, and failures and don’t try to improve or eliminate them in the future then this is continuing behavior which will lead to more unhappiness.

Refusing to change when it becomes obvious that change is necessary for progress to be made can make you very unhappy. Stubbornness and inability to admit that you can be wrong some of the time will make you unhappy and make you continue to exist in a delusional world of impossible perfection.

CONCLUSION: Humans are omnivores who can eat natural proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. Eat a great variety of all kinds of certified organic foods which can include fast food once in a while and eat only when you are hungry. Stop eating when you feel full and eat only about once a day. If you are not hungry don’t eat at all. You can not eat anything all day long and you will not starve or die!

EXPERIMENT with new foods and eat them if they taste good, are not artificially sweetened with added sugar, and are not overly processed. Don’t be afraid that new foods will poison you or make you sick in some way. Natural unprocessed food is not bad for you so don’t get paranoid about eating something new. If you burn about 200 calories working out for about half an hour you are losing 200 calories of fat.

You lose almost no fat at all because your body first uses up its glycogen calorie reserves in the muscles and liver. You may lose very little weight because of water dehydration but you quickly gain back the water weight lost when you drink something. If you are using an exercise machine and it says that you have used up 200 calories that does not mean that you have lost 200 calories of fat.

Exercising turns fat into muscle

Fat cells and muscle cells are located in different parts of the body and a fat cell does not change into a muscle cell when you exercise.

Working on your abs muscles will reduce belly fat.

You will not lose belly fat because any loss in fat is distributed throughout the whole body and just exercising your abs will not only not reduce belly fat but will not reduce fat in your body during exercise. Only much less caloric intake or eating much less will reduce some weight if any and if you are eating more than 500 calories a day you will probably not lose any weight at all.

Stretching is best before a workout

Cardio is best before a workout because it starts blood flow and warms up the muscles preparing them for a strenuous workout and preventing injury. You really don’t need a strenuous workout so cardio and stretching is a waste of time. Stretching after a workout is fine but there is no scientific evidence that it does anything beneficial to your body.

Weight lifting will bulk up women

Women do not have testosterone levels which are needed to build muscle mass so lifting heavy weights will not bulk you up during a regular exercise session.

You need 8 glasses of water daily

You are too old to get in shape.

You are never too old to get in shape as long as you can move your feet or arms. If you have never exercised then start off with five to ten minute walks and gradually increase it to about 20 minutes. You don’t have to exercise every day and two to three times a week is usually all the exercise that you need.

You need a long workout

As mentioned in the first myth you don’t lose fat during regular exercise and if you do go and exercise for very long periods of time you will probably only burn about 200 calories per hour or lose about half an ounce of fat per hour beyond the first hour of exercise.

You will get back the fat by only eating about two slices of bread after exercising so there is no point in exercising a long time to reduce weight because you won’t lose weight unless you starve yourself by taking in less than the minimum amount of calories which you need on a daily basis.

You need a gym membership to get results

Weight lifting for 30 minutes will not lose any fat because your glycogen will be burned up first. Any exercise done at home is just as beneficial to your health.

No pain no gain

The truth is that if you are experiencing pain your body is telling you to stop or at least slow down what you are doing until the pain goes away.

Exercising at night interferes with sleep

Exercising before going to sleep makes you more tired and more likely to fall asleep but you do need a few minutes to relax from strenuous exercise just before sleeping. Moderate exercise will not interfere with sleep but strenuous exercise is not recommended immediately before bedtime.

More hard exercise is always better

The truth is that too much exercise of the same kind will burn you out. Your muscles need relaxation and quality varied exercise is better than quantity single type exercise.

In wild nature you are programmed to live only so long by your genes and the only major other influence is injuries and disease which result in starvation or death.  If wild animals are fed their natural diet and protected from lethal diseases they will live out their natural lifespan and die a natural death.

Humans are also programmed to live only so long by their genes and if they ate certified organic food all their lives and moderately moved around and were accident free they would live out their maximum lifespans.

Personality, culture, religion, education, employment, income, marriage, living single, weight, happiness, stress, and many more environmental factors have no one to one correspondence with longevity.

If you or other humans were fed properly throughout your life and had adequate shelter and basic protection from deadly infectious diseases it would not matter one bit whether you had a bad personality, lived in a lousy culture, had poor education, were not religious but had a moral code to guide you, were unemployed with no income, were not happy, and were not married. You would still live out your optimal lifespan.

There is no scientific proof and there never will be that factors such as personality, culture, etc. affect lifespan with a one to one correspondence.

Statistical analyses are just probabilities which don’t prove anything with certainty in human behavior. It just provides behavioral pseudo scientists in the behavioral field with a nice income for their families and nothing more. It is bullshit science!

Fat is a secondary source of energy and very little of it gets used during exercise. You will definitely not lose weight due to fat burning but more so due to a depletion of water from your body.

MYTH: Exercise or movement is the best remedy for sore muscles

Sore muscles is your body telling you that you have exceeded your exercise limit and should reduce movement and give time for the temporary inflammation to die down and let the muscle repair itself before embarking on more strenuous exercise.

MYTH: Music helps in training

Energetic music can motivate you to exercise more but you won’t be as sensitive to body cues which are telling you to slow down or rest because you are exceeding the body pain threshold and the music is masking it to some extent.

MYTH: Eat carbohydrates before exercise

Carbohydrates should be eaten much before the exercise and preferably the night before so that the body has plenty of time to digest and store the energy from the carbohydrates as glycogen. For exercise lasting less than 90 minutes loading up with carbohydrates will not affect performance at all so eat a varied balanced meal instead.

MYTH: Take magnesium for muscle spasms

You can’t absorb more than the usual amount of water into the body during exercise to compensate for the greater amount of water lost due to sweating. Only drink when you become thirsty and at no other time.  Most exercise except for marathon running does not severely dehydrate you and frequently you can even get by without drinking anything at all.

MYTH: Supplements are necessary for peak performance

Most high performing athletes do not use supplements which are lopsided nutrient doses which are unnatural and should really not be a replacement for varied balanced meals of as much certified organic food as possible which should be rich in micronutrients also.

PREGNANCY THREE WEEKS AT A TIME

3 WEEKS PREGNANT

A pregnancy test won’t confirm it yet but the fertilized egg or blastocyst attaches to the uterus lining and is the size of a pin. You probably won’t feel anything, though some women experience cramps and heavier vaginal discharge.

6 WEEKS PREGNANT

The heart has formed and the brain, lungs, arms, legs and nervous system are all beginning to form. In addition to morning sickness, you may feel weight gain and sense a darkened areola and breast soreness. Make sure you begin to eat as wide a variety of certified organic foods as you can because the baby needs good nutrition from the mother. 9 WEEKS PREGNANT

The baby is about six inches long and has developed a sense of hearing. If you have lowered blood pressure you may feel dizzy when you stand up speedily.

21 WEEKS PREGNANT

The baby is producing his first poop and swollen ankles, hands and feet can be symptoms of preeclampsia, or dangerously high blood pressure. Some women successfully exercise during the entire pregnancy period almost up to birth and this is a healthy thing to be doing rather than remaining sedentary during most of the pregnancy. 27 WEEKS PREGNANT

Not all jobs permit you to take about 5 minute breaks every hour from the stressful activity which you are doing but taking breaks is how you can refresh your mind and then successfully continue on with the stressful activity.

During a strenuous exercise routine, resting or taking a break to recharge your body’s energy supply is the smart thing to do.

During strenuous or stressful mental exercise, taking a break to get the mind out of it’s over excited state is the smart thing to do.

In an office setting where you are sedentary most of the time take a break and

walk around,

do in place exercises suchas deep knee bends, jumping jacks, running in place, pushups, and stretching,

meditate,

daydream,

call home and chat briefly,

sip on a unsweet beverage,

eat an unsweet snack of fruits and nuts,

puff on a cigarette but don’t inhale,

talk to a coworker who isn’t busy doing something important,

or do more than one of the above suggested activities.

In some jobs it may be possible to take a break every two or three or four hours for more than 5 minutes so do it whenever possible and do one or more of the above suggested activities.

If they don’t want to eat dinner or lunch don’t force them to do so since they can skip three to four or more meals without starving and you will cure them of a lifelong habit of overeating! Soft drinks and energy drinks don’t quench your thirst but keep you thirsty so you will drink more sweet drinks. Chose water or seltzer water or beer or coffee or unsweetened tea or naturally sweet fruit juices without added sugar instead. You can also make your own flavored water by cutting pieces of fruit or herbs and adding them to water or letting them flavor your water naturally.

You are eating too many sugary overly processed foods rich in carbohydrates which are notorious for putting on extra weight. The artificially added fructose in sugar is shutting off you satiation chemical and the brain is responding by asking for more food. The solution is to eat as much and as great a variety of certified organic food as possible with natural fat content which will satiate you sooner and naturally make you eat less food. Don’t try to lose weight exercising because you only burn about 120 calories walking fast for 30 minutes. Most humans eat much over 500 calories every day so you will not lose any weight just by exercising. It is a myth that exercise alone will make you lose some weight!!!!!!

Exercise moderately to keep your body toned but you don’t need to do it more than about two or three times a week for 20 minutes and you don’t need exercise equipment to do it. If you are a lazy exerciser then just walk fast outdoors or on a treadmill for about  20 minutes.

One room in the house or a six by six foot free space in a room can be an exercise room where natural human exercise movements can be done without the aid of most artificial devices which build up the body in unnatural ways.  Such movements as pushups and/or squat thrusts and/or sit ups and/or deep knee bends and/or running in place and/or spinning in place and/or jumping jacks and/or jumping up and down instead of jumping rope which limits the degrees of freedom that your hands can exercise during the jumping and/or chin ups and/or an assortment of aerobic moves and/or weaponless martial arts moves should be popular forever.

When doing jumping jacks or jumping up and down don’t stay in one place but move around the room even spinning around while doing them and flex your knees a little and move in many patterns over the floor. Feel free to jump to different heights while doing jumping jacks and make it a nonboring real blast of a cardio workout. Also during the jumping jacks feel free to bend at the waist and twist the torso too and flail the hands around at the joints and bend the elbows. Be a wild and crazy gal or guy and enjoy yourself. That is true utilitarian personal creativity which is so rare in society!!!

WEIGHT LOSS MYTHS AND REALITIES!!!!!!

130022495846103515_glenn_family Myth: Most humans can lose weight with exercise or consuming less calories or eating low carbohydrate foods or eating a vegan diet or eating mostly protein or taking appetite suppressing pills or taking hormones.

Truth: Severely obese humans will lose some weight by limiting their caloric intake only. For the majority of us, without a starvation diet, we will basically remain at the same weight which we were genetically programmed to be at.  As we grow older many of us are programmed genetically to put on more weight as a natural reaction which anticipates less food in old age. Many store more calories in the form of fat for food emergencies or famines which modern society no longer has so most of us get fatter as we age because our caloric intake remains relatively constant. Less than 50% of the population does not gain weight even if they overeat because they have been genetically programmed to stay thin for an entire lifetime thanks to an efficient regulating natural metabolism. If you were born natuarally overweight be proud of your weight because if we do have a famine in the distant future you will be prepared with a fat reserve which will increase your odds of surviving it.

Many women in their thirties have a second or third offspring and suddenly start to gain weight without changing their lifestyles. This is only a genetically programmed natural reaction because more offspring in nature means that the same quantity of food will have to be shared because it historically meant less food for the wife, especially older females. That is why many women start putting on more weight after pregnancies so that they will have more energy stored up in their bodies in anticipation of having to share food with the offspring and having to eat less because of a historical constant supply of food.

In modern society more offspring does not mean less food for mothers yet they still put on more weight and put on more weight than usual since their caloric intake or the amount of food they eat remains the same and they don’t have to share their food with offspring.

For men this truth translates into not making nasty comments about the plumpness of your spouse and constant reminders that she should lose weight which is impossible without a starvation diet and constant hunger pangs. Live with your overweight spouse and respect the fact that she has no power to control her weight because this is how nature intended it to be. It will only result in yo yo diets and scientifically unproven methods to lose weight. In the short run your wife may lose some weight but in the long run she will gain it all back and maybe even add a few more pounds.

My father constantly complained about my mother’s overweight after I was born, the second offspring, and I seldom saw her eat more than a buttered piece of bread in old age and I know she was suffering from bad nutrition without enough variety of nutritious foods in her life. She got kidney cancer at about age 65 and lived five more years after the operation but I basically blame my father who lived to be 99 for sending my mother to an early grave with his lose weight terror tactics encouraged by mythological social brainwashing which caused her to eat badly and caused terminal illness in the long duration.

There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat. You lose about 100 calories by walking a mile and about 120 by running at about 6 miles per hour for thirty minutes. You would theoretically have to run 29 times for thirty minutes to lose one pound of fat or run for 15 hours to burn off one pound of fat. If you didn’t eat a daily caloric intake of about 1000 to 1500 calories eating three times a day this means that you should be losing about half a pound of fat a day. The truth is that no one automatically loses or burns half a pound of fat a day by exercising or not eating at all for a day.

My wife after her second pregnancy started gaining weight. We both can survive and not lose weight on about 500 calories a day each eating only one nutritious varied meal. I weigh about 175 pounds and she weighs about 212 pounds but was born to be overweight based on inaccurate social and medical norms which wrongly assume that every human should be at a perfect normal average weight for their age.

Eating 3500 calories less does not mean that you will lose a pound of fat. There is no one to one correspondence and it is a large myth maintained by the propaganda of the weight loss industry. Less food eaten does not automatically mean less weight for most of us.

Old calorie tables which recommend daily calorie intake are outdated and humans leading sedentary lives can eat less than 500 calories a day and not lose weight!!!!!! That means that most humans in developed countries are eating about three to four times more food than they need to survive at a constant weight. This means that Americans could feed about a billion more people with the food they should not be eating and if you take into consideration the fact that about 50% of grown food is thrown away by growers which doesn’t meet appearance perfection standards, America could support a billion and a half more humans with the food which is grown on a yearly basis. Believe it or Not!!!!!!

The biggest danger is taking an appetite suppression drug or taking one hormone pill to reduce weight. Taking an excess of one hormone to equalize the level of your hormone at an older age to be at a level it was during youth is unnatural and the hormone will not only not cause you to lose weight but it will start to ruin your natural metabolism and affect tens of other body chemicals. This puts your metabolism out of balance and causes long duration bad health problems and even susceptibility to cancer.

Appetite suppression pills frequently give you a sense of an unnatural emotional high and cause you to eat very little. Not only is the quantity of the food eaten reduced but so is the quality of the food eaten reduced with less nutritious variety included in what you do proceed to eat. The chemically induced delusion that you are losing weight causes long duration side effects and a damaged body metabolism if taken for a long time. As soon as you stop taking the appetite suppressant you gain whatever weight you lost back again and sometimes even gain more weight since your body tries to compensate for the period of time that you were living on fewer calories or less food eaten.

Read the side effects of most appetite suppression pills which are used for a very long time and at relatively large doses and it will frighten you. Using any drug pill to reduce weight permanently with daily doses will unbalance your metabolism given enough time and your good health will suffer.

Eating low fat processed foods with much carbohydrates and unnatural sugar quantities added will suppress your body satiation chemical and cause you to eat more of the low fat processed foods and you will wind up eating more calories which readily will be converted to fat, especially the sugar. Eat artificially sweetened poisonous food without calories and your long duration health will suffer from an unbalanced metabolism.

A vegan diet is frequently not successful because you eat too many calories with too much pasta, bread, french fries, dairy-free chocolate, and nuts and you end up gaining weight, not losing it. If you ate just fruits and vegetables in their natural state you may lose some weight but be deficient in vitamin B12 and other vital nutrients which you get from protein and fat foods. We are omnivores and that means that we should be eating a balanced diet of plant and animal carbohydrates and fats and proteins.

A lopsided artificial protein diet is not advisable because it can result in keytosis and liver damage and many other health problems because your body is not getting enough fats and carbohydrates to stay healthy.

Partial conclusions: Exercising for half an hour a day will not reduce your weight but may in fact cause you to be hungrier and overeat because you have lost body calories and your body will ask you to eat more and refill your body calorie storage space. It is a guarantee that you will eat more calories after exercising than you lost exercising.

Some humans are born with a tendency to gain weight and others are not. If you are gaining weight you are also probably eating too many processed foods with lopsided sugar amounts in them which will make your natural weight more if you were born to be naturally fatter.

Less than 50% of the population is gifted with good genes which can let you eat anything and any amount and not get overweight. Envying those humans and going on fad diets and not succeeding in weight reduction will only lead to greater depression and a sense of less selfworth.

Each generation of Americans is getting more overweight and the primary cause of it is eating too much processed highly refined sugary food which plagues grocery shelves. Once you gain weight it is not easy to decrease it but you can help the next generation of offspring to be thinner by making them eat a varied nutritious certified organic diet only when they are hungry and not force them to eat three times a day. If they are not hungry don’t force them to eat breakfast or lunch or even dinner. Keep them away from sugary foods and high carbohydrate unnatural foods such as sodas, sweets, desert, and processed snack foods. All of these unhealthy nutritionally bad foods can be treats once in a while or once a week but not every day of the week.

With age your metabolism naturally adjusts and makes many gain weight. Eating about one very varied meal once a day, especially unprocessed, varied, certified organic food will keep you healthily at your natural weight which may still be greater than you want it to be in your hopes and dreams. Learn to live with the new added weight because that is the fate of old age. You will be overweight but as healthy as you were naturally programmed to be!!!!!!

MOSTLY WRONG ADVICE GIVEN BY AN AMATEUR MARRIAGE COUNSELOR

MOST marriage counseling is unprofessional and given by people with book learning only and it is even worse when given by young inexperienced women suchas Shelley Emling who blogged 9 Things You Should Never Say To Your Longtime Spouse.

Her basic assumption is wrong that there are things which you should not say to a longtime spouse especially if they are the truth and not just biased personal opinions.

If the spouse is truly a longtime one you should be as honest as you can and even give opinions which may hurt your spouse’s feelings and cause potential arguments as long as you believe they are the truth.

If you are making a truthful factual comment and not just a biased opinion which hurts feelings it is better to let your spouse know the truth or the biased opinion which she or he will have to live with the rest of their lives anyway.

Holding on to a secret feeling of fact between the two of you will be uncovered sooner or later in a long duration marriage so it is better to get hurtful facts and opinions out into the open as soon as possible so it doesn’t fester in your mind for a lifetime.

I will list the 9 taboo sayings and comment on each of them based on personal experience and the truthful knowledge which I have learned over the years of a very happy marriage relationship which has resulted in three smart grandchildren so far.

      “You always…” or “You never…”

My wife is a type A perfectionist emotional controlling artistic personality with little scientific reasoning ability and I have heard those words frequently during the beginning of the relationship but get those words infrequently now that we have grown offspring and they are no longer priority number one in her life.

If I made a mistake once and even apologized I would frequently get back you always make that mistake.

If I would forget her birthday I would get back you never remember my birthday.

To this day I infrequently struggle with her yes or no and black or white and always or never view of the world.

Early on I would comment that she burnt her food for a meal and she would jump to the conclusion that I was accusing her of always burning the food.

One critical comment and she would assume that I had accused her of doing the bad thing always.

I came to realize that any form of criticism of her was read as an absolute accusation or stereotyping of her personality.

To this day I have to instruct her that one factual revelation does not make for a general rule or generality which is true all the time.

Apparently gathering enough evidence before jumping to instant conclusions was not the way she viewed the world.

If she reads somewhere that a banana is good for cramps because it has potassium she almost insists that bananas are a cure for cramps and does not realize that bananas are not the only food which is rich in potassium and that probably there are many more foods which can also be eaten with just as great a success in curing cramps as long as you also include moderate exercise to solve the problem.

With good nutrition and exercise you can eventually cure almost any ailment which surfaces.

   

 “Don’t you think so-and-so is attractive?”

 If I thought another woman was attractive and was asked that question I would unhesitatingly give her my honest opinion and say yes but I would also add a criticism if I didn’t like her style of clothing or thought she wore too much makeup.

 I have no fear of honestly commenting about my thoughts on the beauty or its absense in other women if asked.

       “My ex-boyfriend/ex-husband/ex-girlfriend/ex-wife would never have done what you just did…” or “…would have done a better job than you…”

My wife had an exhusband who had a better memory than me but was a bad family man so if I were compared to him I would not be offended in the least.

If the exhusband was better than me I would probably answer back that she should have stayed married to him and leave it at that.

      “I’m just trying to hang in there until our last leaves for college…”

 In a long duration marriage the spouse would already know that you are hanging in there for the kids and it would not shock and awe him if the statement was made late into the marriage.

 

    “I was on the fence about marrying you in the first place, and my worst fears were realized…”

 In a long duration marriage the spouse in a bad relationship would not be concerned about your worst fears because he would have seen you expressing them one at a time during the relationship.

 This is just another example of a dreamt up or created comment which would not start an argument in real life.

 

     “I guess our (academically or behaviorally challenged/drug- or alcohol-ensnared) kid got YOUR genes…”

 Saying this to a long duration spouse would not cause arguments or emotional turmoil but merely remind the spouse what a bad father or mother they are or what a bad role model they are.

 There may be a little guilt in realizing that you are not a perfect role model but in a long duration marriage one saying would not destroy or improve the relationship by any stretch of the imagination.

 

     “You’re just like your father or mother…”

 I have gotten this communication tens of times for being a penny pincher and wanting my way just like my father.

 Every time I would give her many examples of my generosity and my willingness to discuss any issue and compromise or give in as a solution to the problem even if it was only temporary.

 I always reminded her that though there were many similarities with my father I was an independent thinker and lived life in a more moderate fashion than he did because he like her was an always or never flawed personality too.

 

     “You know it’s always been your problem that…”

This is a repetition of the first saying which includes the word always and that can cause some emotional discomfort especially if it is not true all the time.

   

 “Surely you could tell I’ve been faking it all along…”

 This is another dreamt up creative saying which would cause no emotional or anger joust in a long duration marriage because faking it surfaces early on in the relationship and admitting that you are faking it five or ten years into the relationship will come as no surprise to your perceptive spouse.

Conclusion: Early in a marriage relationship some of the sayings can be a cause of intense marital arguments especially the always and never sayings which is symptomatic of a severely emotionally biased society and archaic language usage and indoctrination.

When society learns to use my logical language as shown in SCIENTIFIC THESAURUS and eliminates most of the unnecessary emphasis on the importance of emotion in society and begins to talk more logically then most human problems will be solved. Arguments and emotional outbursts and bad relationship advice will be mostly a thing of the past.

We have wallowed too long in a yes or no and black or white and for or against and love or hate and never or always and antonym or synonym and yin or yang and good or bad society approach to life when the real answer to questions should be almost all the time and not all the time and some of the time and infrequently!

I think that I have cured my wife of her somewhat obsessive devotion to caring too much and giving too much to her offspring but her intense emotions and biased unscientific opinions about the real world are still her major handicap. She asks for my advice on many more things which means that she doubts that her opinions are always right and that she has all the answers to life’s problems which wasn’t the case during most of our long duration relationship.

MANY REASONS TO STOP EATING PROCESSED FOODS!!!

Processed foods stimulate too much production of dopamine which makes them highly addictive and leads to overeating and frequently weight gain.

Processed foods frequently contain much added sugar and artificial sweeteners which turn off the satiation sensor in your brain and make you overeat many empty calories without much natural nutritional value.

Processed food frequently contains many artificial additives such as phosphates which change the taste and texture and shelf life but are unhealthy for your metabolism in the long duration.

Processed foods with many refined sugars and processed flour and vegetable oil and other bad ingredients can cause chronic inflammation in many which can lead to heart disease and dementia and neurological problems and respiratory illness and even cancer.

Processed foods usually have no natural fiber and enzymes and vitamins and other balanced natural nutrients which can ruin the healthy balance of gut bacteria and cause digestive disorders.

There is some evidence that too much processed food can make you angrier and more irritable and can even reduce concentration ability in the brain which makes it more difficult to deal with stress successfully.

Processed food is loaded with processed genetically modified organisms GMO’s and pesticides and herbicides which are made artificially in the laboratory and are not natural substances or chemicals and will damage your immune system and metabolism and body organs in the long duration and your health gets progressively worse as more time passes.

Much processed food is not actually real food which mold and bacteria and fungi will readily grow on but very synthetic in nature which tastes like food but really isn’t a complete food with the proper balance of nutrients needed to sustain a natural organism.

Finally processed food is a very lopsided nutritionally unbalanced food which will inevitably cause imbalances in your body chemistry which means bad health into the predictive future if you eat too much of it.

Conclusion: Eat much more food as close to its natural state as possible and eat as much certified organic food as you can afford. Eating quality natural food will actually be less costly because you will need less of it to feel full and satiated and you will not be eating so much costly processed junk food!!!!!!

MANY REASONS TO DRINK BEER IN MODERATION!!!!!!

Truth: Drinking beer in moderation is not only healthy but it can be a constant source for refreshing new pleasurable taste sensations which can take some of the boredom out of your life.

Briefly summarized the silicone content in beer can maintain or even boost your bone density and

beer can reduce the blood sugar level by replacing sweet and artificially sweetened drinks and

beer can decrease the probability that you will suffer from diabetes and

beers with much protein in them will make your skin and hair healthier and

THE TRUTH ABOUT WHAT HAPPINESS IS

Happy people

Happiness is sensing pleasure. If you sense pleasure you are happy though the intensity of the pleasure of course varies depending on what you are doing.

It may seem that happiness and money are joined and the more money you have the happier you are.

It has been shown that above the poverty line humans with more money have about the same amount of happiness.

What is certain is that not having money decreases our happiness and decreases our ability to function independently in society and this causes an increase in unpleasant stress.

It is true that there is a large difference in what we think will give us happiness and actually feeling happy when we get it.

Whatever you think will make you happy gives temporary short duration pleasure which usually remains not more than a few seconds a few days or a time between the two.

Then we get back to our average daily habits of being happy.

The reason that it is difficult to judge how happy humans are in life is because thinking about whether one is happy or not and communicating it is frequently much different than the factual real amount of happiness in a human’s life.

Extreme or very intense happiness or ecstasy is usually transient in average humans and is frequently present with orgasm and drug highs.

No one should plan to live their lives in ecstasy 100% of the time because it is very unhealthy and can frequently lead to terrible health and even death.

There is also the happiness of creative work which is experienced by skilled creative professionals who are in a circumstance of mostly impulsive creativity that is almost like an outer body experience.

Skilled composers of music and artists and impromptu speakers and inventors are examples of humans who find largely impulsive happiness in their creative effort.

It also seems to be a fact that the more choices which you have in life the more stressful it becomes and your happiness in choosing some action decreases.

It also seems that people purchasing or getting an object produces more happiness than being in a position of being able to exchange that object for a different one if not satisfied with the original choice.

It is also a fact that remembering an intense moment of happiness will remain with you longer in memory than a series of low intensity happy moments.

Based on all this objective knowledge about happiness it is wrong to think that humans should have an absolute right to the pursuit of happiness and that this wrong concept should be codified in a written constitution.

Pursuing the greatest pleasure or happiness would be the hedonistic pursuit of sexual orgasm and an unrestricted use of legal and illegal mind changing drugs.

The unalienable right to the pursuit of happiness should be changed to more realistic goals as those outlined in my book NEW CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES.

Over 50 percent of those leading happy lives are genetically born to be happier than others.

You inherited the happy genes from your parents and you also learned many happy tricks from their happy lifestyles and the happy lifestyles of role models.

You can help to exclude sources of unhappiness but you can’t easily create happiness in humans by only communicating with them and making suggestions.

If you are born unhealthy and with a poor memory and unhappy parents and an unattractive body such as being overly fat then your battle to be happy and maintain happiness will be more difficult.

It is much easier to create happiness in humans by asking them to imitate happy role models and it must be highly volitional.

It should be obvious that teaching young offspring to be happier is much easier than teaching grown adults living in their difficult to change bad unhappy habits which don’t cause much happiness.

Matt Killingsworth has done a study on happiness and has found that if you want to be happy you should function in the present activity.

This basically means that if you are pursuing a purposeful activity you are happier than if you are doing nothing or nothing of importance.

He has uncovered that no matter what you are doing your mind wanders and that it wanders about 30% of the time no matter what you are doing.

Mind wandering is a cause of unhappiness but unhappiness is not the cause of mind wandering. When you are unhappy your mind may be wondering but wondering does not cause unhappiness.

There is no paradox in thinking about happiness if you are not brainwashed by the mythological concepts of happiness in literature.

The old concepts about happiness are illogical constructs which should die a fast death.

Biological reality has no paradoxes!

Dreaming or thinking about making much money or having a great job or being very successful is not a source of happiness.

It is working purposefully at your job that causes moments of happiness and correspondingly moments of unhappiness.

The truth shall set you free of all historical paradoxes!!!

Throw that literary historical crap into the garbage and recycle it into truly useful logical knowledge about the world on the internet.

Throw out  that crappy emotional mythological literature in the book stores and that literary crap coming out in future publications!!!

It is all making almost everyone terribly unhappy.

Start trashing that emotional irrational literary crap in our public schools too.

The new generation does not want to be made very unhappy by reading it!!!

The verbosity with which it is done and the few useful facts which are presented should be called criminal behavior and many should be thrown in jail so they no longer have the right to brainwash the gullible public.

Dreaming or thinking about how great your future will be if only you get lucky and worshiping celebrities and their products which are consumed by the gullible star struck public will not make you happier or more successful in life!!!!!!

Living a germ free lifestyle is not the healthiest environment for offspring and they should get dirty and grimy in their youth growing organic plants in the house  or yard or in city farming environments.

If offspring do live dirty lives and don’t wash their hands unless they are covered with grease or grime and visit nature once in a while and drink breast milk when newborn they will have much fewer allergies and especially predispositions to allergies.

Offspring should stay away from modern medical drugs and vaccines as much as possible and only use them for life threatening circumstances and especially not use drugs for frequent colds and mild bacterial infections which the immune system can take care of given enough time of about a week or two.

Fact:  About 43% of offspring suffer from about 20 bad illnesses and when obesity is included it is over 50% of offspring.

The illnesses include developmental delays, allergies, learning disabilities, asthma, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), ear infections, migraine headaches, speech problems, digestive disorders, depression, autism, and diabetes.

VACINATION THEORY THREATENED BY DISCOVERY THAT VACCINE ANTIBODIES ARE NOT NECESSARY TO COMBAT VIRUSES 

While the medical and pharmaceutical and vaccine industries are busy pushing new vaccines for prevention of many unhealths a new study published in the journal Immunity completely destroys the vaccination theory.

It turns out that the body’s natural immune systems includes both genetic and adaptive subsets which work together to stop disease without the need for antibody producing vaccines.

The theory behind vaccines is that they imitate infection by spurring B cells which are one of the two primary subsets of white blood cells in the immune system to produce antibodies as part of the adaptive immune system.

It is generally believed that these vaccine caused antibodies which are part of the more specific adaptive immune system teach the immune system how to respond to an infection before the body becomes exposed to it.

But the new research shows the fact that genetic immunity is very important in fighting infections and is probably more important than adaptive immunity at preventing or fighting infections.

In tests adaptive immune system antibodies were shown unable to fight infection by themselves which destroys the theory that vaccine caused antibodies have an important function in preventing or fighting infection.

“Our findings contradict the current view that antibodies are absolutely required to survive infection with viruses like VSV (vesicular stomatitis virus) and establish an unexpected function for B cells as custodians of macrophages in antiviral immunity,” said Dr. Uldrich H. von Andrian from Harvard Medical School.

“It will be important to further dissect the role of antibodies and interferons in immunity against similar viruses that attack the nervous system, such as rabies, West Nile virus, and Encephalitis.”

As explained by Dr. Russell Blaylock in a recent interview with Mike Adams the Health Ranger vaccines not only do not work as advertised but they in reality damage the body’s genetic immunity.

Instead of teaching the body how to respond to infections the vaccines really inhibit the immune system’s ability to produce TH2-type cytokines and suppress cellular immunity which is how the body protects itself against deadly viruses and bacteria.

The myth that vaccinations are efficacious in medicine has been disproved by science. Whether or not the normal medical community wants to admit it the pro vaccine beliefs should die.

One footnote is necessary because the greatly contagious polio virus has a vaccine which seems to have worked but it is uncertain whether improved hygiene was the cause or a little of both techniques were responsible for eliminating polio.

I personally feel that if the viral disease is not fatal in over 5% of cases or if it is not severely debilitating it should not be mandatory to have a vaccination for it.

We should have free choice to deny vaccination if we don’t want it and take the rather minimal risk of catching the virus and letting our immune system deal with it naturally.

FOOD ADDITIVES YOU SHOULD TRY TO AVOID IN PROCESSED FOODS!

When food is processed many chemicals are sometimes added which are not natural but which help to preserve shelf life and make the food taste better (usually sweeter) and make it look better with food coloring and bleaches to make the food look whiter.

Don’t panic from fear and completely eliminate processed foods from your meals since most of the scientific studies on animals were done with overdoses of these food additives which produced results such as cancer and kidney problems and liver problems and dizziness and nausea and allergies etc. but be moderate in the amount of processed food that you eat and include as much certified organic food as you can afford or get with your meals.

You will not immediately suffer from all the bad side effects from processed foods but your long duration health will be affected and your metabolism will gradually change with time and cause unsuspected illnesses which overdoses of bad food additives don’t even begin to document.

Be a smart consumer and if you eat processed food every other day or once every three days then you are probably being moderate in you intake of foods bad for your health in the long duration.

I have included an published article which may scare you and if it does create fear in you then it is good fear because you will begin to understand that natural unprocessed food is the best for you in the long duration.
