A GUARANTEED NATIONAL INCOME PEGGED TO YOUR USEFUL EDUCATIONAL LEVEL!!!

It is a sad fact that college educated students are working in fast food outlets as their first and perhaps last job. The reason is lack of a useful education. The solution is obvious that they need to learn more useful skills in science, math, technology, and computer science to be gainfully employed in the robotized workplace and beyond.

So, graduates in science subjects such as biology, chemistry, physics, and math will be guaranteed a slightly higher basic income even though they are out of work for the time being. The incentivized welfare state will be based on useful educational achievement level which one can get by free audio visual computer internet useful education.

This way there will be an incentive to increase your educational level while on welfare through personally invested time, effort, and achievement.

Problem solved! This is an incentivized welfare system proportional to your useful knowledge achievement. Yes, there may be PHD’s on welfare with perhaps three times the guaranteed annual basic income and unemployed by smart computer software. Their standard of living on welfare will be higher than those without the education achievement or let’s say just high school graduates with the lowest basic guaranteed annual income.

No matter what your age on welfare, you will be able to increase your welfare benefits with further useful education!

Professions with good language skills may also be included such as psychology and business management skills but definitely not philosophy, languages, sociology, music, arts, acting, etc. or basically liberal arts skills. These relatively useless subjective professions may be learned in private institutions of learning but the basic national income for these skills should be the lowest minimum basic guaranteed income.

USEFUL EDUCATION AND MONEY: THE TWO MOST IMPORTANT PRIORITIES FOR A NATION AND THE WORLD!!!

Big money rules the world but the success of a nation is determined by how the money is distributed to promote a useful education and good work ethic for the majority of its citizens.

Not too often discussed is the most important education and that is a moral education which is vital to the peaceful trusting cooperation between citizens and between citizens and their leadership.

Religion has traditionally filled this moral void but in increasingly secular societies young impressionable minds must be indoctrinated with a secular moral code so that they can impulsively make moral decisions without always having to stop and ask when interacting with other humans- Is what I am doing right or wrong?

Realistically, all offspring by the age of about 13 should be able to discriminate between what is morally right and what is morally wrong. In a nutshell that secular moral code should be- in nonemergency situations- don’t destroy biodiversity, don’t lie, don’t be inefficient, don’t steal, don’t commit adultery if married, and don’t murder.

Next in importance is an education which encourages competence in basic skills such as reading, basic math, and budgeting your money or paying attention to the price of products and their relative quality. Price per pound calculations and awareness of food ingredients and all additives is vital to a healthy organic diet and a healthy society in general.

Not often mentioned is the importance of efficiency in everyday life. To maintain an industrious, smart, hard, work ethic, vocational skills should be taught in high school. Real life work experiences should begin at about the age of 14 and definitely by the age of 16 for all those not academically inclined.

In a fast changing technological age your education should really be life long or never cease. Selfeducation is very important and all citizens should be taught how to maintain childhood curiosity and learn and relearn throughout a lifetime to keep pace with rapid societal change. For all those falling through the cracks who become unemployed and also destitute, online free internet useful education should be provided. This is so that there is always the hope of making it back into the workforce with personally devoted time, energy, effort, and ability.

Yes, soon technology, robotization, and artificial intelligence will make many repetitive menial tasks obsolete and it is entirely possible that many citizens will have to be put on permanent welfare. When the permanent welfare class exceeds 30% then it will become desirable to limit their voting power to a fraction of 1 vote or the working class will become slaves working for a luxurious permanent welfare class which doesn’t work but just consumes valuable national resources.

Working for a lifetime for a company will probably not be a viable alternative for the average worker in the future modern world. That is why the opportunity to reeducate oneself throughout a lifetime will become very important and need some monetary educational government assistance.

Government workers seldom get fired but a huge inefficient government bureaucracy is also not an acceptable answer or solution.

A dystopian society is an unhealthy, ignorant, drugged, lazy, criminal, majority on permanent welfare or in jail. If given a choice, I don’t think anyone would really want to live in such a society.

A realistic good functioning society is healthy, educated, moral, drug free, industrious, and employed for a large percentage of a human’s lifespan.  How do you incentivize a society to reward these kinds of humans? I have spent a lifetime trying to answer this question in detail in my writings.

ECONOMIC FUNDAMENTALS FOR THE 21ST CENTURY!!!

Spend

There are fundamentally three classes of humans in society.

  1. The “unemployed” who have large financial reserves and invest their money in the hopes of making more money.
  2. The working class who have income from paying jobs.
  3. The unemployed or those without jobs who are also destitute and have no financial reserves.

The right to private property is essential.

The working class must have an incentive to learn useful skills and must be rewarded with adequate income when they do productive work. Private property is essential because communal property is not respected and poorly taken care of. Propertyless humans on total welfare have no incentive to work and can’t improve their skills without free reeducation opportunities.

There must be a standardized minimum safety net for the jobless and destitute with realistic possibilities for some to join or rejoin the working class.

Advancing technology, smart computer software, and robotization makes unemployment inevitable for what will be a majority of the citizens of a nation. The safety net must have a low enough standard of living so that the working class is not incentivized to land in the safety net and live there for a lifetime.

There must be an incentive to reeducate yourself out of the safety net no matter what your age. Internet interactive audio visual computer technological education must be part of the safety net so that all those willing to put in the time, effort, and achievement can have a hope of rejoining the working class status and be performing productive useful work and not make work which is an unacceptable social and economic blight.

It is the responsibility of the monied class and government to stabilize the currency or its value with minimal or no inflation so that the value of the currency does not lose value in the long duration.

Predatory financing with inflation steals the property accumulated by the working class and encourages profligate spending and no saving for emergencies and retirement. A healthy vital thrifty self-sustaining working class is essential for the long duration if the economy is to remain healthy, productive, and not always on the verge of bankruptcy.

A secular moral code must be taught to all impressionable young minds in elementary school so that the peaceful interaction of its citizens is possible and family units become successful relationships and raise productive offspring who are not socially dysfunctional for future generations.

The voting power of the jobless and destitute will have to be reduced by a percentage when their numbers reach about 30% of the population. If this is not done then the working class will become the slaves of those not working who will demand a luxurious standard of living which will bankrupt the system. Equal political rights for all citizens is the big lie which will no longer be sustainable in the 21st century technological economy.

Special collective rights for the jobless and destitute and realistic incentives to join or rejoin a productive working class at any age is vital for social justice in the 21st century.

Promoting healthy organic nutrient rich food and drink without taxation of the industry is vital to the long duration health of the nation or the medical bills for bad health will help to bankrupt the economy in the long duration.

THE TRUTH ABOUT INCENTIVES***

logo

Incentive: n. creating a motivating subset(s)

Pleasure, fear, pride, role models, money, status, and helping others are the primary incentives or motivating factors in human behavior(s). We generally do what gives us pleasure and do or don’t do something to avoid what we fear. We also generally want to be proud of the things which we do or achieve. We also are frequently incentivized to imitate successful role models even though the role models in our lives are not that successful.

We all like to feel important about ourselves and would like others to think highly of us so that motivates many to try and make enough money, have some status, and help others in our daily lives.

Much personal failure and social failure can be the result of addictive bad behaviors acquired in childhood from bad role models but acquiring bad addictive behaviors in adulthood can also lead to much personal and social failure. Crises in life are sometimes the incentives which are needed to change some of our bad addictive behaviors, especially if we are getting considerable satisfaction from them.

We should all be incentivized to be good and do good in society. Unfortunately moral decay is continuing and many don’t know what being moral really means any more.  Many are floundering in a moral vacuum which results in failed human relationships and dysfunctional lifestyles. Failing personal lives are reflected in failed leadership lives. The society is in decay and corruption is becoming rampant.

Humans need just purpose in their lives to give it meaning and only an updated secular morality can give it to them. Young impressionable lives should be indoctrinated in elementary school with a just morality which is- except in emergency situations- don’t destroy biodiversity, don’t lie, don’t be inefficient, don’t steal, don’t commit adultery if married, and don’t murder.

If you know what be good and do good in society means then you are probably morally sound and are leading a relatively successful life.

MONEY IS FREQUENTLY NOT THE BEST MOTIVATOR IN COMPLEX WORK!!!

motivation2jh1

For physical work more money as a reward frequently translates into better or more work. For complicated mental work a sense of self-worth, some autonomy to improve or develop a skill set, and having a purpose to the job beyond mere profit is frequently more important.

Having goals beyond mere money and having the creative freedom to pursue those goals autonomously to some extent can produce superior on the job performance.

This link provides some scientific evidence to support these findings in a very interesting informative format.
