Inspirational speakers can sometimes greatly motivate one to pursue and ultimately achieve a goal(s). Inspirational leaders frequently lead by example and are not just talk and no action.

Most humans who succeed extraordinarily in this world can usually point to one or more inspirational humans and/or events in their lives which inspired them to try and ultimately achieve their successful goal(s).
