Doctors today are plagued by very high medical malpractice insurance rates, many patients who want instant cures and sometimes ask for medications or pills for every ailment, and Obamacare will put more limits on what a doctor will be able to charge patients. That doctors are over stressed and soon will be underpaid is going to be a fact of life in the near future and the only content doctors are going to be those playing the system and spending about 5 minutes per patient and giving substandard care.

BEWARE OF TOXINS IN YOUR VITAMINS, SUPPLEMENTS, AND HEALTH FOODS

Mike Adams knows much about certified organic foods and reveals some of the potential hazards of buying from unscrupulous manufacturers of vitamins, supplements, and health foods. The message is fundamental, inform yourself about the product from unbiased sources if possible because most manufacturers are trying to cash in on the health conscious public and only care about the bottom line and not your health.

I personally think infowars.com is a fear promoting politically extreme website but I visit it almost daily for about one minute looking for rare gems like this article. They also rarely print useful information on the true state of the economy. It is an anti-establishment website so they sometimes print the truth which those with political and economic power would rather not have you know about.

PREGNANCY THREE WEEKS AT A TIME

3 WEEKS PREGNANT

A pregnancy test won’t confirm it yet but the fertilized egg or blastocyst attaches to the uterus lining and is the size of a pin. You probably won’t feel anything, though some women experience cramps and heavier vaginal discharge.

6 WEEKS PREGNANT

The heart has formed and the brain, lungs, arms, legs and nervous system are all beginning to form. In addition to morning sickness, you may feel weight gain and sense a darkened areola and breast soreness. Make sure you begin to eat as wide a variety of certified organic foods as you can because the baby needs good nutrition from the mother. You should also stop smoking, drinking alcohol, and eating many sweets which will greatly impact your baby negatively.

9 WEEKS PREGNANT

Your baby is the size of a grape and the ears, bones, fingers, toes, eyes, ears, lips and nose are all in the process of forming. Mom has about 50% more blood circulating in the body and the uterus is about the size of a grapefruit. The heart now has four chambers and you may feel sleepy with morning sickness.

12 WEEKS PREGNANT

You can probably see your baby in the first trimester with ultrasound and you can check your baby for risk of Down syndrome. Baby face looks more human and the kidneys may have started to secrete urine as the nerve cells multiply at a speedy rate. The baby may begin sucking and stimulating areas of the uterus may cause baby movement which you will not feel for several more weeks.

15 WEEKS PREGNANT

Ultra sound may detect twins at this point and the baby has fingerprints and a soft layer of hair covering the skin and the baby may be sucking its thumb. You may have your energy back and have better sleep. Trisomy 18 a genetic disorder of the brain or spinal cord which most babies don’t survive can be tested for.

18 WEEKS PREGNANT

 

The baby is about six inches long and has developed a sense of hearing. If you have lowered blood pressure you may feel dizzy when you stand up speedily.

21 WEEKS PREGNANT

The baby is producing his first poop and swollen ankles, hands and feet can be symptoms of preeclampsia, or dangerously high blood pressure. Some women successfully exercise during the entire pregnancy period almost up to birth and this is a healthy thing to be doing rather than remaining sedentary during most of the pregnancy. If you exercise during pregnancy chances are you won’t need a C section because your muscles will be in good condition to deliver a baby.

24 WEEKS PREGNANT

Baby is more than a foot long and the mother may start to feel some movement as the baby moves limbs. Lips, eyelids, and eyebrows are more defined but the iris lacks pigment. Mom’s hair is more lustrous and the nails may be growing at a more rapid speed. Boy’s testes are making their descent and girls have developed a uterus and ovaries. Pressure on the bladder may mean more frequent urination. It may be time to test for gestational diabetes which can cause breathing and other problems at birth.

27 WEEKS PREGNANT

Baby weighs about two pounds and the eyelids are working. If there is a premature birth there is approximately an 80% chance of survival.

30 WEEKS PREGNANT

Fetus may begin to mimic breathing and weighs about three pounds. Mom may be fighting off leg cramps, constipation, hemorrhoids, sleeplessness, mood swings, and bouts of depression.

33 WEEKS PREGNANT

Baby is about 16 inches long and mom may be having a little heartburn so the meals should be frequenter and smaller. Slight contractions may be happening but this is nothing to worry about.

36 WEEKS PREGNANT

Moms may get some relief from breathing problems as the baby drops into the pelvis but adds more pressure on the bladder. About 31 percent of births are C sections so talk to your doctor about not having one unless it is a severe emergency. Over 95% of births can be natural without complications if you are not given artificial epidural drugs which reduce pain and make C sections almost necessary.

39 WEEKS PREGNANT

The baby may be anywhere between about 6 and 9 pounds with baby fat to make survival outside the womb possible. The cervix may be dilating in preparation for birth. The skeleton bone has hardened but the skull bone has not hardened so that birth can occur relatively easily without a hard skull blocking exit from the vagina. The baby should be in head down or breech position ready for birth and your mucous plug may have ruptured. If your water breaks at any point during pregnancy you should go to the hospital immediately.

If you have had a successful first pregnancy without an epidural or a frequently unnecessary C section then strongly consider a home birth with the help of a midwife the second time around. You will save a boatload of money and your family can share in the birthing experience to see how babies are born naturally!!!!!!

Redness reducing eye drops used on a regular basis can hide problems such as dry eye and allergies or contact lens irritation and will cause persistent eye redness if your eyes get used to the drops.  Your doctor should diagnose the problem and treat it effectively with more than only saline eye drops for dry eyes.

Antibacterial hand soap is a waste of money because you have both bad and good bacteria on your skin and your body does a good job of taking care of the skin naturally with the help of only plain water and soap. You don’t have to wash your hands after every piss or shit or after every meal.  In fact rinsing with plain water is more beneficial because it leaves the natural healthy skin oils on your skin and excludes the need for moisturizers and skin lotions and unnecessary hand lotions.

Toothbrush sanitizers are unnecessary because a healthy body can protect itself from germs.  Just rinse your toothbrush with water and dry it.

Breath freshening mouthwash is unnecessary unless you are doing it for therapeutic reasons as prescribed by your dentist. Facial toner or astringent is used to remove makeup and reduce pore size but you can definitely do without it.  If you don’t wash your face every day with soap you will not be removing the natural skin oils and minerals that keep your skin healthy.  Irritation and dryness of the skin is caused by too much washing which removes the moisturizing effect of natural skin oils and minerals. Rinse your face with pure water without soap as much as possible to keep your skin naturally healthy and moist. Use makeup only rarely and if necessary only for special occasions. Keep your skin naturally oiled with the right body minerals from your body as much as possible.  Kiss unnecessary cosmetics goodbye in your life and get the best and healthiest skin that nature can provide free of charge.

Expensive moisturizers which contain exotic ingredients flushes money down a toilet. They have absolutely no benefit to your skin except perhaps for a nice smell.  Keep your natural skin oils which are the healthiest for your skin by only rinsing with water as frequently as is necessary and this will keep your skin clean and naturally moisturized with the proper proportion of good and bad bacteria on your skin. If you work in dirty or dusty jobs you will have to use soap and water to get clean and then a skin lotion is ok to replace the natural oils which are washed away.

Eat a variety of healthy foods and you will not have a vitamin deficiency and will not create the risk of consuming them in excessive amounts thus causing liver damage from too much vitamin A and kidney stones and diarrhea from too much vitamin C.  Don’t worry about having to become a vegetarian eating only vegetables and fruits because that is not healthy.  Humans are omnivores which can eat many plants and animals.  Eat a little of everything including fatty foods and bee pollen once in a while and you won’t need any supplements.

Douching the vagina with water and other fluids changes the natural balance in your vagina and makes it more likely to experience infection and irritation. The fact is that the vagina cleans itself unless it is infected and then the odor is very bad and worse than the natural odor.  If you enjoy licking pussy and need it to smell good you should stop the kinky practice and switch back to using your penis and fingers instead to stimulate the clitoris and labia. MOSTLY WRONG ADVICE GIVEN BY AN AMATEUR MARRIAGE COUNSELOR

MOST marriage counseling is unprofessional and given by people with book learning only and it is even worse when given by young inexperienced women suchas Shelley Emling who blogged 9 Things You Should Never Say To Your Longtime Spouse.

Her basic assumption is wrong that there are things which you should not say to a longtime spouse especially if they are the truth and not just biased personal opinions.

If the spouse is truly a longtime one you should be as honest as you can and even give opinions which may hurt your spouse’s feelings and cause potential arguments as long as you believe they are the truth.

If you are making a truthful factual comment and not just a biased opinion which hurts feelings it is better to let your spouse know the truth or the biased opinion which she or he will have to live with the rest of their lives anyway.

Holding on to a secret feeling of fact between the two of you will be uncovered sooner or later in a long duration marriage so it is better to get hurtful facts and opinions out into the open as soon as possible so it doesn’t fester in your mind for a lifetime.

I will list the 9 taboo sayings and comment on each of them based on personal experience and the truthful knowledge which I have learned over the years of a very happy marriage relationship which has resulted in three smart grandchildren so far.

      “You always…” or “You never…”

My wife is a type A perfectionist emotional controlling artistic personality with little scientific reasoning ability and I have heard those words frequently during the beginning of the relationship but get those words infrequently now that we have grown offspring and they are no longer priority number one in her life.

If I made a mistake once and even apologized I would frequently get back you always make that mistake.

If I would forget her birthday I would get back you never remember my birthday.

To this day I infrequently struggle with her yes or no and black or white and always or never view of the world.

Early on I would comment that she burnt her food for a meal and she would jump to the conclusion that I was accusing her of always burning the food.

One critical comment and she would assume that I had accused her of doing the bad thing always.

I came to realize that any form of criticism of her was read as an absolute accusation or stereotyping of her personality.

To this day I have to instruct her that one factual revelation does not make for a general rule or generality which is true all the time.

Apparently gathering enough evidence before jumping to instant conclusions was not the way she viewed the world.

If she reads somewhere that a banana is good for cramps because it has potassium she almost insists that bananas are a cure for cramps and does not realize that bananas are not the only food which is rich in potassium and that probably there are many more foods which can also be eaten with just as great a success in curing cramps as long as you also include moderate exercise to solve the problem.

With good nutrition and exercise you can eventually cure almost any ailment which surfaces.

   

 “Don’t you think so-and-so is attractive?”

 If I thought another woman was attractive and was asked that question I would unhesitatingly give her my honest opinion and say yes but I would also add a criticism if I didn’t like her style of clothing or thought she wore too much makeup.

 I have no fear of honestly commenting about my thoughts on the beauty or its absense in other women if asked.

       “My ex-boyfriend/ex-husband/ex-girlfriend/ex-wife would never have done what you just did…” or “…would have done a better job than you…”

My wife had an exhusband who had a better memory than me but was a bad family man so if I were compared to him I would not be offended in the least.

If the exhusband was better than me I would probably answer back that she should have stayed married to him and leave it at that.

      “I’m just trying to hang in there until our last leaves for college…”

 In a long duration marriage the spouse would already know that you are hanging in there for the kids and it would not shock and awe him if the statement was made late into the marriage.

 

    “I was on the fence about marrying you in the first place, and my worst fears were realized…”

 In a long duration marriage the spouse in a bad relationship would not be concerned about your worst fears because he would have seen you expressing them one at a time during the relationship.

 This is just another example of a dreamt up or created comment which would not start an argument in real life.

 

     “I guess our (academically or behaviorally challenged/drug- or alcohol-ensnared) kid got YOUR genes…”

 Saying this to a long duration spouse would not cause arguments or emotional turmoil but merely remind the spouse what a bad father or mother they are or what a bad role model they are.

 There may be a little guilt in realizing that you are not a perfect role model but in a long duration marriage one saying would not destroy or improve the relationship by any stretch of the imagination.

 

     “You’re just like your father or mother…”

 I have gotten this communication tens of times for being a penny pincher and wanting my way just like my father.

 Every time I would give her many examples of my generosity and my willingness to discuss any issue and compromise or give in as a solution to the problem even if it was only temporary.

 I always reminded her that though there were many similarities with my father I was an independent thinker and lived life in a more moderate fashion than he did because he like her was an always or never flawed personality too.

 

     “You know it’s always been your problem that…”

This is a repetition of the first saying which includes the word always and that can cause some emotional discomfort especially if it is not true all the time.

   

 “Surely you could tell I’ve been faking it all along…”

 This is another dreamt up creative saying which would cause no emotional or anger joust in a long duration marriage because faking it surfaces early on in the relationship and admitting that you are faking it five or ten years into the relationship will come as no surprise to your perceptive spouse.

Conclusion: Early in a marriage relationship some of the sayings can be a cause of intense marital arguments especially the always and never sayings which is symptomatic of a severely emotionally biased society and archaic language usage and indoctrination.

When society learns to use my logical language as shown in SCIENTIFIC THESAURUS and eliminates most of the unnecessary emphasis on the importance of emotion in society and begins to talk more logically then most human problems will be solved. Arguments and emotional outbursts and bad relationship advice will be mostly a thing of the past.

We have wallowed too long in a yes or no and black or white and for or against and love or hate and never or always and antonym or synonym and yin or yang and good or bad society approach to life when the real answer to questions should be almost all the time and not all the time and some of the time and infrequently!

I think that I have cured my wife of her somewhat obsessive devotion to caring too much and giving too much to her offspring but her intense emotions and biased unscientific opinions about the real world are still her major handicap. She asks for my advice on many more things which means that she doubts that her opinions are always right and that she has all the answers to life’s problems which wasn’t the case during most of our long duration relationship.

MANY REASONS TO STOP EATING PROCESSED FOODS!!!

Processed foods stimulate too much production of dopamine which makes them highly addictive and leads to overeating and frequently weight gain.

Processed foods frequently contain much added sugar and artificial sweeteners which turn off the satiation sensor in your brain and make you overeat many empty calories without much natural nutritional value.

Processed food frequently contains many artificial additives such as phosphates which change the taste and texture and shelf life but are unhealthy for your metabolism in the long duration.

Processed foods with many refined sugars and processed flour and vegetable oil and other bad ingredients can cause chronic inflammation in many which can lead to heart disease and dementia and neurological problems and respiratory illness and even cancer.

Processed foods usually have no natural fiber and enzymes and vitamins and other balanced natural nutrients which can ruin the healthy balance of gut bacteria and cause digestive disorders.

There is some evidence that too much processed food can make you angrier and more irritable and can even reduce concentration ability in the brain which makes it more difficult to deal with stress successfully.

Processed food is loaded with processed genetically modified organisms GMO’s and pesticides and herbicides which are made artificially in the laboratory and are not natural substances or chemicals and will damage your immune system and metabolism and body organs in the long duration and your health gets progressively worse as more time passes.

Much processed food is not actually real food which mold and bacteria and fungi will readily grow on but very synthetic in nature which tastes like food but really isn’t a complete food with the proper balance of nutrients needed to sustain a natural organism.

Finally processed food is a very lopsided nutritionally unbalanced food which will inevitably cause imbalances in your body chemistry which means bad health into the predictive future if you eat too much of it.

Conclusion: Eat much more food as close to its natural state as possible and eat as much certified organic food as you can afford. Eating quality natural food will actually be less costly because you will need less of it to feel full and satiated and you will not be eating so much costly processed junk food!!!!!!
