Superimposition: n. placing a subset(s) on a different subset(s) which is partially or totally hidden by the samer subset(s)
Placing one image on another is used to totally replace a feature such as a face or to partially cover up most of a body with a different outfit. Superposition is usually total but partial covering is also possible.
