GO TO AN INSPIRATIONAL NEARBY PLACE
Go for a walk in a city park, woods, gardens, nursery, or walk through a wealthy part of town. Visit a zoo if there is one or visit a historical museum. Visit and walk along the ocean, lake, or river if there is one close by.
VIEW NATURE SCENES
Nature can inspire you and if you can’t visit a national park then frequently go on Youtube and view wildlife hunting prey, magnificent landscapes, and underwater scenes. If human constructions combined with great landscapes inspire you then go to Google Earth and visit inspiring human locations around the globe and view them on Youtube too. Visit and view the ten or more natural and manmade wonders of the world.
COMMUNICATE WITH SMALL OFFSPRING
A young offspring will give you an honest opinion on any subject which they are aware of and appreciate the beauty of everything unhampered by the subjective biases of adults. Many adults are plagued with bad thoughts and problems about money, the economy, diseases, poverty, crime, and death. Get inspired by a young offspring which need not be your own offspring.
SPEND SOME TIME JUST THINKING OR MEDITATING
Spend some time away from other humans and spend some time with yourself thinking about what comes to your mind impulsively. If you start thinking about problems with other humans or your family then that is fine because you may find a solution to the problem or problems.
If you would like to free yourself of daily thoughts for a small duration then try deep breathing exercises and try to switch the topics which enter your mind by taking an imaginary walk through the wilderness or some other calming location.
