MORE AND MORE AMERICANS ARE ABANDONING THE POLITICAL CHAOS AND BS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT MEDIA!!!

Historically the establishment media had some clout when it published current events, political opinions, and tried to convince a mass audience to think a certain way. Today in an atmosphere of constant fake news, fake opinions, emotionally charged sound bytes, deceptions, and remorseless lying many Americans have had enough and are tuning out of the political BS and finding better things to do elsewhere with their time.

An obsession with poll taking and pontificating based on them is a perfect example of the ineffectiveness of the establishment media to sway public opinion in a major way. Opinion polls are basically the same as they were three years ago and the media has changed few opinions while their reputations have continued a downward spiral with fewer and fewer humans trusting the media for unbiased reportage.

Many have turned to cellphone apps, social media, search engines, and YouTube like videos and podcasts as sources for information and entertainment. Newspapers and traditional cable channels are rapidly losing viewership since reading lengthy articles and viewing lengthy programs is going out of style in an age of instant gratification demanded by almost everyone.

Yes, the tabloid press with its emotionally charged BS is in a chaotic state from which it will probably never escape since its reputation is in the toilet with just fringe group fanatics still genuinely interested in the crap. Will there ever be a national consensus on important national issues again? Probably not, but the new internet technology companies will probably try very hard to push their globalist political ideology and try to give it mass appeal.

I personally don’t mind the political chaos because out of it will emerge rule by the technological elite with a corresponding relatively rational ideology which may or may not trample individual social rights in favor of collectivist social dogma. Yes, a more tyrannical government may emerge but without a secular moral or ethical reawakening stressing individual rights and responsible behavior, the prospects for more legal intervention in our lives or more oppression is a more likely outcome.

In the near future, executive power may be wielded more often because frankly the establishment Republicans and Democrats are interested in maintaining the status quo which basically means doing nothing unless it seems to be a national emergency. Yes, the rich are in control of the government and included are the international rich. The future executive branch will probably have to act independent of a deadlocked congress to promote action in times of national crises. Unfortunately more tyranny will result and especially so and more quickly if the Democrats with their socialist globalist agenda emerge or come to power.

Conclusion: The establishment media sucks but better though perhaps more tyrannical times are ahead of us thanks to the technological elite.

HOW TO MAKE HUMANS LIKE YOU IN THE SHORT AND LONG DURATION!!!

Become genuinely interested in humans and keep improving your emotional intelligence with interactive human experience.

First impressions are important so smile when introducing yourself and remember a human’s name which are the first 2 signs of genuine friendly interest.

Be a good listener and only politely interrupt to change the subject if the human is getting too verbose or uninteresting.

Encourage others to talk about themselves and ask relevant follow up questions which show an interest in what they are saying and doing.

Talk in terms of the human’s interests or focus on the human’s loves and likes when interacting.

Make the human feel important by sincerely complimenting when a compliment is deserved and sincerely agreeing with an opinion if it seems to have merit or is plausible.

Share your views on a topic if there is a resemblance but rarely discuss highly controversial topics such as religion, politics, and sports unless you become close friends or are of similar persuasion.

In the long duration humans will like and maybe even admire you if you have integrity or are moral and honest, are trustworthy, are dependable, are competent, are friendly, or generally deserve to be respected.

THE TRUTH ABOUT SCURRILOUS

maxresdefault-21

Scurrilous: adj. making scandalous claims mixed with profanities and/or obscenities and designed to damage a reputation

In an evolving linguistic culture the line between the profane or obscene and acceptable public communication is being dulled and being vulgar in modern times is a little more difficult.

If you unjustly call someone a motherfucking adulterer or historically called someone a cock sucking liar you would be using scurrilous comments which could damage someone’s reputation, especially if published publicly in the media.

A pussy grabbing scumbag is a modern version of a scurrilous remark which implies female abuse and it is an unjust scurrilous remark if it is untrue.

THE TRUTH ABOUT EVIDENCE*

evidence-logo-trans-2016

Evidence: n. a subset(s) which can frequently be used to help make a conclusion and/or judgment and is frequently presented in court

Evidence gathered may be relevant or irrelevant and the conclusions or judgments which you make from it may be valid or invalid.

When evidence is presented in court the primary concern is usually whether it is truthful or factual evidence and secondarily whether it is relevant to the issue being considered which is an alleged crime.

There is also the possibility that evidence may have been fraudulently placed in an attempt to frame an innocent party so trying to get to the truth of a matter is a very inexact procedure and far from being scientific.

The reputation of the plaintiffs and defendants is a critical consideration as well as the reputation of any common or professional witnesses. That a nicely staged emotional appeal to the jury is vital in most prosecutions is a fact and often a high priced lawyer is one who is not only very skilled in presenting evidence and is also skilled at making emotional appeals to the jury.

When convicting someone on circumstantial evidence it is often a question of how overwhelming it is and the more circumstantial evidence that can be presented the better or there is more certainty with much of it. 100% certainty is seldom possible so guilty beyond a reasonable doubt is the standard for judgment in court because some doubt in the minds of some jurors almost always exists.

THE TRUTH ABOUT IMPRESS*

impress-logo-hires

Impress: v. to make a human(s) sense admiration and respect

Impressing someone is closely associated with a good or excellent reputation which is seldom achieved overnight but results from a long history of being honest, sincere, dependable, competent, and trustworthy. Usually someone with integrity has a good reputation and if they have good communication skills and are good public speakers they can in fact become charismatic influential humans.

Someone with an excellent reputation demonstrated over a relatively long duration is usually the one who is admired and respected by other humans and can be considered to be a very impressive human.

It is inaccurate to say that you are trying to impress your date by looking good, radiating a good personality, and maybe giving a gift. Admiration and respect only comes once you prove that you deserve it and it usually takes much more than one date to establish that as a fact and become truly impressive.

On a first date you can create much admiration or attraction for you with an expensive car, great job, and nice personality but the respect only comes with time and even though you may be initially admired for your performance the respect only comes gradually once you prove yourself over duration.

THE TRUTH ABOUT SELFDESTRUCTIVE+

15797-That-Self-Destructive-Thing

Selfdestructive: adj. causing personal injury to one’s body and/or reputation

Getting involved in a stupid accident, doing drugs, or injuring oneself in a high risk activity is bodily selfdestruction. Injury to one’s personal reputation can be even more devastating for some who have reached the pinnacle of social success only to have it destroyed with one or more moral blunders.

There are also selfdestructive personalities which are so bad that most attempts at socialization meet with almost instantaneous rejection or ostracism. Lying, stealing, and adultery are the major blows to a potentially good reputation.

There are also personality flaws such as gossiping, back stabbing, ridicule, insults, put downs, name calling, nagging, harsh criticism, etc. which can make humans avoid you as much as possible and you will find that any relationships which you may have will be severely handicapped.

Bodily selfdestruction is obvious except perhaps for drug or chemical addictions but not so many humans are aware of their selfdestructive personality tendencies. Rarely will you be offered constructive honest criticism for being an asshole unless you have close caring friends who will honestly point out your selfdestructive flaws.

THE TRUTH ABOUT BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT+

images

Truth beyond a reasonable doubt or TBRD: n. is unaltered and/or unmodified audio visual dated and timed evidence in court from a reputable source proving something existed in the past with a certain amount of certainty even though audio visual evidence can be tampered with very skillfully and pose as reality when it isn’t reality

In an increasingly immoral society with untrustworthy witnesses it is becoming increasingly harder and harder to prove that something, especially a crime existed in the past.

Professionals, authorities, and humans in general can lie under testimony in court and make a seemingly highly probable event an actual fictional occurrence. This is why the reputation of testifiers is increasingly becoming important in court verdicts because traditional undated and untimed evidence in the form of pictures is highly suspect because it may have been taken two days, a few months, or even years ahead of time and presented in court as evidence for a recent occurrence theoretically matching the evidence in court.

Until we have a more moral secular society many court verdicts will unfortunately be shams and as highly unreliable and as irresponsible as the humans who testify in court.

WHAT TO SAY INSTEAD OF THESE 5 WHITE LIES!!!

white_lies_logo_5

Many humans are embarrassed at their bad memories for names and will sometimes lie and say “Oh, yea I remember you.” Instead say “You look very familiar but I’m afraid your name escapes me for the moment. What is it again?” This is a far more honest answer to an embarrassing situation.

If you are a respected leader in an important authoritarian position then you won’t last long with a bad memory for names and never stay in that important leadership position with this white lie approach.

How many times have you heard the expression “I love it!” especially coming from women and girls who exaggerate reality just to make someone feel good about themselves and their choices. I love that dress, jewelry, handbag, shoes, swimwear, etc. demonstrating a total lack of standards of quality. They also expect to hear those same words from the men in their lives who may not approve or have a dislike but are desperate just not to hurt the feelings of a significant other.

A dress is either OK, you like it, it’s sexy, like it much, and don’t like something about it. Almost no one falls in love with a dress, etc. for a long duration and it is just a momentary expression of extreme exaggerated lying approval.

What I like to say is something good about the dress or any other item which I am commenting on if it is not totally my favorite. I like the pattern, it has nice symmetry, the color combination is nice, the style is good, the cut of the dress is fine, it is sexy enough, or it has eye appeal.

But I never fail to point out what I may not like about it too by saying it is a little bit too busy, the color combination could be better, it is too asymmetric, it is not my favorite color, the style is too formal or informal, and the pattern is not one of my favorites, it is too sexy, the style is a little dated, the cut is too high or too low to be one of my favorites, I liked your previous dress better, it’s for an older or younger woman, etc.

Be honest but in a nice way and say in a discriminating fashion what you like about it the most and what you consider some of its flaws. It’s beautiful or ugly shows a lack of logical discriminating ability which is unfortunately rampant in this society so determined to be liked or so determined not to emotionally hurt someone.

“I am busy that day.” When your schedule is blank is another unnecessary white lie. Say instead “I have other plans that day.” Which is more honest because there is a high probability that if you like to do much and are busy on a moment’s notice sometimes then it is a totally believable more honest excuse and you may be making new plans for that time slot in a few hours or days.

“I totally forgot to do that thing you asked me to do.” If you didn’t forget then it is the sign of a liar who doesn’t fulfill promises and will not be liked for it and your reputation as a dependable person will begin to be destroyed. Instead if you honestly forgot to fulfill a promise then say “I am very sorry and apologize and promise that I will not let it happen another time.” If you don’t intend on fulfilling a promise then don’t make it in the first place and avoid having to make up some phony excuse for not fulfilling the promise.

Saying “I’m fine.” When you are not is another white lie not worth making. Humans can frequently sense by your tone of voice, body language, and facial expression that there is something troubling you and putting up a false front will create suspicions that you lie about your feelings and once again a suspicion of dishonesty will only hurt your reputation in the long duration. Say instead “I am not fine right now but I will get over it soon or by tomorrow.”

White lies are dishonesty in action and if you don’t get personally physically or emotionally scarred by lying then your reputation will definitely suffer in the long duration and almost no one will want to become a loyal respectful friend of yours in the long duration.

THE TRUTH ABOUT PREPONDERANCE OF EVIDENCE*

evidence

Preponderance of evidence or POE: n. a judgment by a jury and/or judge without trial on a dispute in favor of one(s) disputant(s) based on reputable persuasive probable cause evidence from a human(s) rather than from a relatively large quantity of disreputable and/or unpersuasive humans testifying in a (vague and/or confusing) and/or lying manner

Preponderance of evidence is frequently used in civil cases but there is no reason why a preponderance of the evidence could not also be used in an attempt to persuade a jury during a jury trial by claiming to have the preponderance of the evidence on your side. My side is reputable and persuasive with many facts on our side. The other side is filled with disreputable and unpersuasive humans with few facts who have testified in vague, confusing, and seemingly lying manners. Criminal or civil trials should have the same basic foundational principles for justice to prevail in most cases.

THE TRUTH ABOUT RESTITUTION+

images

Restitution: n. returning to a lifeform(s) what was stolen and/or lost

Restitution is desirable if you offend, hurt, or steal from someone.

If you steal someone’s dignity by offending them or stealing their dignity with undeserved harsh criticism, ridicule, name calling, and put downs then an apology or doing a small favor is usually the restitution needed.

If you break a borrowed tool then repairing it or replacing it with a new or used tool is appropriate restitution.

If you steal property form someone then returning it, paying for it, or going to jail are all forms of possible restitution.

If you steal real estate from wildlife then the proper form of restitution is to eventually return it to their rightful owners or wildlife.

Restitution for killing someone or restoring them to life is not possible so some believe in the death penalty or life imprisonment as a severe consequence.

If you intentionally lie or steal the truth then you may be forgiven a few times by humans who depend on you financially but if you are a habitual liar then you will be ostracized by humans and your reputation will be ruined. No restitution will be possible. You may start out fresh with a potentially good reputation in another part of the country or world but if your lies continue then it is just a matter of time before you become a social pariah where you move to.

Restitution is possible for many things in life but death and a ruined reputation are usually not subject to restitution.

THE TRUTH ABOUT INFLUENCE+

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Influence: v. to control and/or affect a subset(s) intentionally and sometimes unintentionally with a lasting effect(s) and not always with a commanding action(s) only and frequently by being an authority and/or by being respected for ((achievement and/or competence) and/or expertise) and/or by merely existing in our lives and/or by being desired

We are influenced by humans and lifeforms, objects, and events and the influence sometimes continues for a lifetime or any duration in between.

We have all tried to influence our offspring, significant other, spouse, friends, and other humans with our opinions, beliefs, expertise, demands, and material possessions to feel good about ourselves or to try and derive some benefit from the interaction.

Despite our best attempts at persuasion an offspring or other human just does not obey us or take our advice and maybe even does the opposite of what we would like them to do.

In order to influence someone you need to be in an authoritative position or respected for your expertise in some field to have maximum impact on the one whom you are trying to influence. The more humans trust, respect, and maybe even admire you, the more influence you will have on their lives.

Similarly the humans who influence us the most are the ones who are in positions of authority over us or are humans closest to us whom we respect and maybe even admire. Politicians, bosses, celebrities, offspring, significant other, spouse, and close friends can also influence our lives and make us do things and think thoughts which can change our lives for better or worse.

Sometimes we have no power over who influences our lives but the smartest thing to do is to try and surround ourselves with as many good humans as possible so that most of the influence is good and not bad.

Influencing is not always a conscious activity which we are aware of. The media, advertising, and humans whom we would not like to be influenced by may actually influence us by their mere dominant existence in our lives. There is good and bad in the world and unfortunately the bad can also subconsciously influence our lives and make it worse than we would like it to be or given enough time can even change our opinions and sometimes beliefs.

Sometimes we make a mistake trying to influence someone a certain way and the influence may actually be unintentional which can have unintended good or bad consequences. We may ask our offspring to obey us but our personal behavior may be much different and influence them in an unwanted way. Do as I say and not do as I do leads to much unintentional influencing because actions speak louder than words.

You can also influence humans transiently with deceptions, untruths, and ego inflation but once your deceptions, untruths, and insincere praise becomes known your power to influence will wane and even come to an end and more importantly you will lose your good trusted reputation.

Influenceun: n. unintentional influence

THE TRUTH ABOUT LIBEL***

libel

Libel: n. willfully and fraudulently stealing the good reputation of a human(s) and/or organization with an untrue recorded public communication(s)

If someone untruthfully writes that you are a liar, a thief, an adulterer, a fraud, or a drug addict and publishes this then they have committed a fraud and can be punished for it in a court of law with a fine. Organizations are sometimes also falsely accused of being liars or frauds and the cases have been brought to court and adjudicated.

Scandal publications can print untruths, lies, or hearsay about public figures and politicians and sometimes get away with it because libel laws sometimes exclude untrue publications about celebrities. Some lies are so outrageous that no one takes them seriously. One scandal sheet published that Dick Cheney is a robot on the front page. The lie is so outrageous and maybe even entertaining that no one takes it seriously and it does not constitute libel.

Defamation or slander can also be verbal lying but frequently a public apology, retraction, or an admission to making a mistake frequently gets the offender pardoned and they are not prosecuted in a court of law for lying.

Businesses, organizations, and corporations are also interested in maintaining a good reputation and if a major publication libels them and it severely affects their reputation then they are frequently sued in a court of law.

THE TRUTH ABOUT REPUTATION

quote-it-takes-20-years-to-build-a-reputation-and-five-minutes-to-ruin-it-if-you-think-about-that-warren-buffett-26787

Reputation: n. the degree of respect and/or disrespect possessed which is an appraisal of the degree of respect and/or disrespect made by a subset(s) of humans

Not many of us have an excellent reputation because frankly few know that you need to be honest, sincere, dependable, trustworthy, caring, and competent to have an excellent reputation. If you sometimes lie, are not dependable, and are not competent in your job or as a parent then you may get by but you will definitely not have an excellent reputation.

If you are in a leadership position then reputation is very important. If you live a rather isolated life and don’t interact with humans that frequently then your reputation may not seem that important and you will get by as long as you show up for work and don’t screw up on the job.

Reputation may not seem important to you until you develop a bad reputation and then you realize how hard it is to get it back since almost no one trusts you anymore and generally does not want to have anything to do with you.

If your reputation is very bad then your only recourse is to move to another location in the country. You can begin with a fresh new start trying to develop a good reputation which will unfortunately take some time because a good reputation is earned over a relatively long time of demonstrating trustworthiness. A good reputation is not something which you automatically get by just asking for it.

Getting a good reputation back after losing it is almost impossible so the best advice is don’t lose it in the first place and behave appropriately.

THE TRUTH ABOUT COURTS

courts-pic

If I was rich and could afford the best lawyer(s) then I would conclude that the courts are indeed just and even biased in my favor.

If I was poor and couldn’t afford an excellent lawyer then my only hope would be to maybe plea bargain to a lesser criminal count and be found guilty for a lesser crime. In fact about 90% of all convictions are plea bargains partly due to the extremely large number of caseloads and it is an attempt to reduce court costs by not having to appear in court and use up precious time and money.

If you do wind up in court then good witnesses, professional opinions, and lawyers who can present facts and events in an emotionally compelling way give you the edge you may need to escape a guilty verdict.

If you are suing someone then make sure that they have deep pockets or much money because if they are poor you won’t get a dime from them and you will have to pay your lawyer for the time and money spent prosecuting.

Suing very wealthy individuals or corporations is almost impossible to do successfully and even class action suits will probably net you no more than a thousand dollars because at least a third of the money will be spent on lawyer fees and you will almost be waiting forever for a guilty verdict.

Next to money the next important factor in court cases is the reputation of the prosecution and defendant witnesses and the jury. In a modern age with so many with bad reputations for adultery, promiscuity, drug use, and lying it is getting increasingly hard to get someone to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth and the net result is many sham convictions.

Testimony can be fabricated, evidence can be fabricated, professional testimony may be faulty, witnesses may have bad reputations, and you can easily become the victim of a fraudulent prosecution.

In a largely moral society justice will prevail most of the time but in a modern increasingly immoral society the court system can’t be trusted to give just verdicts in many cases.

A return to an updated secular moral code which is taught impressionable young minds in elementary school is a must if the court system is not to further disintegrate into an unjust scam for talented liars and the powerful with much money. If humans are not conditioned from an early age not to lie, not steal, not commit adultery if married, and not deceive then I only predict the court system will become more unjust with each passing year.

THE TRUTH ABOUT CRITICISM

dealing-with-criticism

Criticism: n. a communication with disapproval for too much deviation from normative standards of perfection and/or complete standards of perfection for a subset(s)

Almost all of us have been criticized for not looking good, not doing the right thing, or having an opinion or belief which is unacceptable or wrong. Our first reaction is usually very defensive and we frequently decide to defend ourselves or get very upset at the criticism.  When you criticize another human keep in mind that they may become very defensive and upset no matter how diplomatically you present that criticism.

There are certain things which you should keep in mind when offering criticism.

Don’t name call such as calling someone stupid, crazy, or incompetent for doing a stupid, crazy, or incompetent thing.

Instead ask a probing question and find out what made the human do the stupid, crazy, or incompetent thing. They may surprise you by giving a reasonable answer from their point of view and what they did may not seem so stupid, crazy, and incompetent as you initially thought. After getting a subjective personal answer you may still decide that objectively what they did was stupid, crazy, or incompetent so then offer a suggestion of what you would have done instead and find out if they agree with you.

If you are a boss then you can insist that they do what is right the next time but if it is a friend then you should accept their point of view and not try to force them to change their behavior the next time around.

If you are criticizing an opinion which is not a firmly held belief which you probably will never change then ask them to give reasons for the opinion if it is one that you disagree with.

What are the reasons why you feel that way? or What facts are you using to back up your opinion? are questions which will give you a better idea of why the opinion is being held. There may not be any facts to back up the opinion and it may simply be an impulsive feeling of being right. If this is the case then you can present facts or reasons why a differing opinion is in fact right and should be held.

There are other techniques which you can use to persuade a human that your opinion is the right one to have but you should realize that you may still fail to convince another that you are right and they are in fact wrong. If the opinion is not going to affect your life in any major way then let the opinion live and don’t try to destroy it by taking a very aggressive attitude towards it and starting unnecessary confrontations or arguments.

An attitude that I am right and you are wrong is frequently the wrong approach because as in most things in life neither you nor they are completely right or wrong but both are frequently partially right and partially wrong. There are many more shades of grey such as sometimes, frequently, and not always than just black or white, yes or no.

Criticizing looks is dangerous because no one wants you to say that outfit is ugly because they impulsively feel that you are calling them personally ugly. When criticizing give some valid factual reasons why you don’t like something first. It is not my favorite color, color combination, style, pattern, or print is much better than saying it is ugly, I hate it, it is terrible, and I can’t stand it.

If you have a reputation for being honest, sincere, dependable, and trustworthy then your critical opinion will have more impact than if you have a bad or unreliable reputation and are not trusted by another. Criticisms from someone that you like are not as offensive as criticisms from someone whom you don’t like.

3 DOMINANT REASONS WHY OFFSPRING AND ADULTS SOMETIMES LIE AND/OR DECEIVE

spot_liar1

 1.     Humans lie and deceive for personal benefit and/or to benefit or to hurt others.

Rarely does a human lie to hurt themselves which is a form of masochism or a desperate attempt to get pity or sympathy from others and hopefully gain personally by manipulating another’s emotions. Beggars are sometimes real life examples of humans manipulating human emotions for personal benefit.

 2.     If a human is a member of a group then they may lie and deceive for mutual benefit. Doctors frequently deceive or do not report on the bad medical practices of their coworkers or fellow doctors and the result is hurting their profession as a whole.

 3.     Language with its one word emotional generalized descriptions is structured to make lying and deception inevitable and frequently unintentional.

Lying for personal benefit may be to maintain a good personal reputation or trying to hide an embarrassing, wrong, or immoral personal action which frequently deserves punishment. Lying about another human is sometimes done to maintain that human’s personal reputation for doing something embarrassing, wrong, or immoral which frequently deserves punishment.

Lying for personal benefit to be praised and/or rewarded for something they personally did not do which may hurt another who deserves the praise and/or reward.

Lying and deceiving may be done to hurt another’s reputation or to get praise, a reward, or a material possession from another which is frequently done for personal gain or vindictiveness at the expense of another.

Humans sometimes lie and deceive for personal short duration protection or benefit which they also erroneously hope will be long duration protection or benefit. Humans lie and deceive to protect, benefit, or hurt others.

Language structure lies and deceives. Language is structured to give yes or no, love or hate, like or dislike, approve or disapprove, beautiful or ugly answers to questions but reality is frequently much different and there are seldom absolutes or generalities which convey the whole truth. Saying that a human is stupid is frequently a lie because that human does not do stupid things all the time.

You may love something about a gift but hate some aspect of it, you may think a dress has the potential to be beautiful if only it did not have one or two ugly features, and you may want to answer that it is yes most of the time but that there are exceptions to the rule and the answer is sometimes no.

An archaic language forces us to lie because of its absolute or general concepts and that is why prejudice prevails because stereotypes of ethnic and political groups are made which are seldom true in all cases for all members of an ethnic or political group. Blacks are lazy and Jews are stingy, Republicans are conservative and Democrats are liberal is the kind of bias which language structure is mostly to blame because of its tendency towards absolute or general one word emotional descriptions.

Offspring frequently try to lie to avoid punishment or condemnation for doing something bad, wrong, or immoral. If offspring hit their sibling or another offspring or steal some toy from a sibling or neighborhood offspring then they may lie to try and maintain a good reputation with their parents and avoid deserved punishment.

Adults are just like offspring and sometimes lie to maintain their reputation and avoid condemnation by others for doing something bad, wrong, or immoral. More frequently adults lie and deceive to get rewards and material benefits from others which they would not be able to do if they told the truth or behaved in trustworthy ways.

CONCLUSION:

Lying and deception are programmed into language usage and it is a struggle trying to use it logically in an unbiased non deceptive way. If you consciously or intentionally lie and deceive it is just a question of time before your lies and deceptions are revealed and your reputation will hit the toilet.

Trustworthiness is a history of being honest, sincere, and telling the truth reliably and that means that if you want an excellent social reputation and want to become a trustworthy leader someday then you should never intentionally lie or deceive.

Personal relationships with other humans, especially family and close friendships will also suffer if you intentionally lie or deceive.

Humans lie and deceive to get rewards that they don’t deserve and to avoid punishment because nature tries to be efficient and lying and deception sometimes seems to be the most efficient way of getting what you want or need, especially if you don’t feel that you will be caught in your lies and deceptions.

Deception is really a hidden lie which language promotes with its irrational, illogical, emotionally biased structure.

FOUR QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF BEFORE YOU START SPREADING RUMORS OR GOSSIP

rumors

You hear some juicy or bad information about a human and you aren’t sure if you want to pass it on to other humans, especially your family and close friends. There are 4 questions you should ask yourself before you spread the bad news.

Who is the source of the information?

If the human providing you with the bad information about a human is not trustworthy or has a history of untrue rumors and gossip then don’t trust the information and under no circumstances should you try to spread it to others.

Is the information true?

If you personally don’t know if a rumor or gossip is true then don’t spread it, especially if the information has the potential to ruin a good reputation. If the rumor or gossip is about a human with a bad reputation then it may be true and you can proceed to try and verify the information before you spread it further and further ruin an already bad reputation.

Is the information good news?

If the rumor or gossip is something good about a human then spreading the rumor or gossip will not adversely affect a human’s reputation and you can proceed to spread the information.

Is the information useful?

Sometimes the rumor or gossip information is not very useful and is everyday common knowledge, behavior, beliefs, or opinions which will not affect a human’s reputation if it is mentioned and is relatively useless information to pass on. Of course you can conclude that the bad information will be useful in trying to destroy a human’s reputation for personal gain but be careful that you don’t destroy your own reputation in the long duration. Lying about a human will come back to haunt your own good reputation eventually as it frequently does given enough time.

CONCLUSION: If a rumor or gossip is from a human with a bad reputation, is not true to the best of your knowledge, is not good, and is not useful then you shouldn’t spread the rumor or gossip further.

THE TRUTH ABOUT GOSSIPING

Women_Can_t_Learn_to_Stop_Gossiping

Gossip: v. to circulate random information about another human(s) much of which is not a proven fact(s) and frequently untrue and doubtful

Humans who gossip are impulsive humans who are loose with the truth and accuracy and don’t care if they injure or hurt the human they are gossiping about.

They will bond or become closer to someone who shares a dislike for the person being gossiped about.

Stay away from gossipers because they will destroy your honest, sincere, admirable, and respected reputation if you have one because they may start to gossip about you too at some point in the future and you can’t trust gossipers to be truthful about you.

Say NO to gossiping and gossipers!!!!!!

WHY HUMANS LIE AND SOME EXAMPLES

deception

Humans lie to protect themselves or their ego when they have done something bad or made a mistake, for personal gain, and to maliciously destroy another’s reputation which could be because of revenge or meanness or for personal gain and it can even be done with silent omissions instead of blatant lies.

Personal protection lies:

It was not my fault which is frequently followed with an excuse that something or someone is to blame

I’m sick

It was not my mistake

It was their fault

There’s just this one little problem

Sorry, I missed your call

I’m on my way

I’ll call back latter

I didn’t get the email

It’s not personal

I never got your message

I have it done

I don’t know

Personal gain lies: This is frequently done by exaggerating or lying about ones competence and/or kissing up to or praising another liberally to show a false respect for or love of another. especially if they are in a position of authority.

Customer’s come first

People are our most valuable asset

That’s great

I came up with the idea

You’re doing fine

You will make much money quickly

You will lose 10 pounds in 10 days

You will look 10 years younger

Your dress is beautiful

I love this gift

Reputation destroying lies:

He was nasty, mean, rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate, insincere, incompetent, or unfriendly to me or a customer

She didn’t do her best

He said some bad things about you

She doesn’t seem to like you

He or she is mad at the world and thinks life is unfair

He has a chip on his shoulder

He doesn’t get along well with others

She is not very friendly

His family problems interfere with his work

She lies about me or other humans
