Freedom of moral speech under a universal secular morality
Freedom to assemble as long as it is not association with an active criminal human and/or group of humans
Freedom to function within what the law communicates and undocumented behavior is permitted as long as there is not a high probability that the behavior will result in government dependency or large cost to the government.
Right to own property as long as it is not wilderness property
Right to make non fraudulent legal contracts with a human and/or group of humans
Right to make moral promises to humans as long as they don’t violate the moral secular code
Right to live with anyone as long as they are not an active criminal
Right to sue the government if you are greatly injured physically and/or financially by the unjust law
Right to vote for government officials but government dependent or the destitute and also unemployed will have no vote or a percentage of a vote while they are destitute and unemployed.
Right to be defended legally at government cost if you can’t afford legal and/or lawyer protection but if you are found guilty of the accusation of wrongdoing then it will become a lifetime liability to be repaid in installments back to the government depending on your earning potential during the course of a lifetime.
Right to marry and bear offspring if there is a large probability that you will be able to mutually support the offspring financially in the near future.
If you are totally dependent on the government or were married in the past with no offspring then your offspring will be limited to one. If you become totally government dependent with more than one offspring then you will be limited to that number and no more offspring.
Right to polygamy for multimillionaires and billionaires who set up a government escrow account large enough to take care of a divorced wife and offspring for a lifetime.
Right to free useful technological and science education via the internet if you are destitute and unemployed and of adult age, no matter what the age, male or female.
Right to equal pay for equal work for men and women.

Humanity has a rich history of human slavery which even continues today in the form of sex slavery and child slavery in some parts of the world. Historically slaves did hard physical work but the Romans had educated Greek slaves who taught their offspring and didn’t do much physical labor. Plantation owners used African slaves to work the fields and the slaves were controlled by the fear of physical punishment and even death for disobedience.
In the modern world traditional slavery has been replaced by financial slavery were humans go into debt and spend most of their lives working to pay off the debt. Taxation, if not for the general welfare, also is a form of financial slavery where you spend many months working to support the bloated government bureaucracy.
Money has the power to enslave you or to liberate you to a large extent if you have enough of it and we can truly say that many of us are slaves to money and those who control it. Money is the most just form of slavery if those who possess most of it justly distribute it to those who have earned it or have meritoriously gotten it through personal time, effort, ability, and achievement.
Humans are also enslaved by their beliefs, opinions, and bad habits if they are closed minded and never change them despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary. Most humans are and can be physically and mentally enslaved and if you don’t like mental and physical slavery then get a good technological education, get a good job, and live within social norms and laws of what is right and wrong which is acceptable liberty but not total freedom or chaos and anarchy.
We are slaves to the laws of nature and if you disobey them then you will ruin your health or injure yourself in an accident. Humans unsatisfied with harsh reality have frequently tried to escape it with fantasy, belief in the supernatural, and drugs which nature does not usually reward with success in real life and in the long duration.
We should all be slaves to an updated just liberating secular morality which is except in emergency situations-don’t destroy biodiversity, don’t lie, don’t be inefficient, don’t steal, don’t commit adultery if married, and don’t murder. This will ensure just peaceful interaction between humans in personal relationships and in international relationships.
A common shared secular morality can unify the world in just peaceful human interactions. Failing to indoctrinate young impressionable minds with this morality leads to social disintegration, conflict, and chaos which can only be replaced by a tyrannical government which relies on the threat of force and the use of force to rule humanity. Morality or tyranny, the choice is ours to make. We can be happy moral slaves or unhappy immoral tyrant slaves.
On a bright note almost all humans have always wanted slaves to do the hard and difficult work for them and modern technological robots and smart computer software offers the hope that the majority of citizens will become the leisure non working class on welfare in the not too distant future. What the standard of living will be for this expansive leisure class will be politically determined by the ruling class in control of the money supply and those in control of large chunks of the money supply.
For justice to prevail and not have this huge leisure welfare class enslave the relatively few in the working class, I offer to you Capsocialism. It is a just new updated political system which will ensure that those with ability who invest the time, effort, and achieve meritoriously will be justly rewarded with money to afford the luxuries which this world still has to offer and will offer in the future.

Coexistence: n. existing peacefully together
It is possible for religions to live side by side in a nation if they don’t coerce their members to believe or obey religious practices with laws that don’t run counter to the constitutional laws of a country.
There is such a thing as national economic coercion which uses money as a means of controlling the life of citizens with evictions, fines, and taxes backed up with physical coercion and possible jail if economic laws are not followed.
Nations can coexist together if they don’t practice coercion on one another.
Money is power to change the world and govern it to some extent and coexistence is sometimes hard between nations which feel economically enslaved by the richer nations.
What the nations of the world really need to coexist peacefully is a secular moral code to follow which is- except in emergency situations- don’t destroy biodiversity, don’t lie, don’t be inefficient, don’t steal, don’t commit adultery if married, and don’t murder.
It is not just enough for humans to have this morality in their interactions with one another but it is also important for political leaders to practice this secular moral code among themselves for true peaceful coexistence between nations.

Talent will be recognized early worldwide and their education will be subsidized if they can’t afford it.
Instead of proving over and over again that they have very good memories and can learn useful skills quickly, students will have the opportunity to break out of their classroom traps filled with slow learners by individualized online audio visual instruction which will permit them to progress to ever higher achievement levels and graduate much before other slow students in their age group.
It will not be uncommon for economically poor students to graduate before reaching 18 years of age and go on to university level training or education. Promotion based on achievement level and not age level will dominate the educational system of the future beyond the elementary school level.
Low cost education technology will challenge and probably greatly decrease future students in universities.
The popularity of job poor liberal arts education will decrease and be confined to private institutions of learning. The popularity of technological education will dominate for the relatively small percentage who will need a university level of achievement to progress on to a good paying job. The government will be financing less and less liberal arts education in universities since the probability of the education loan being paid back will not be cost effective in the future.
Education loans will be paid back based on future income limits.
Those students financed by the federal government in a technological or science field will only pay back the loan once they start earning a significant salary in their field. (about $50,000 a year)
Students will demand useful skills and not soft liberal arts skills which result in poor paying jobs OR no job at all.
The university will become decentralized for certain functions especially research and the rental of research labs worldwide.
The university of the future will not look like a university with hundreds of students attending one lecture and taking standardized tests based on the lecture but will be at different achievement levels and working in smaller groups where group participation is mandatory as part of a group effort towards useful realistic goals.
I add my 7th change in education which I highly recommend takes place.
Only elementary school will be where socialization and secular moral training will exist for all students so that once they graduate they will be morally responsible students who know right from wrong and will need no further social education in a group or classroom setting.
The secular moral code is, except in emergency situations-don’t destroy biodiversity, don’t lie, don’t be inefficient, don’t steal, don’t commit adultery if married, and don’t murder.
After elementary school the educational system should focus on useful education for each student who can proceed at their own pace of learning and not be inhibited or pulled back by discipline problems, social ostracism, and learners slower than them.
It is a fact of life that robotization, standardization of parts, business monopolies, and worldwide competition means that society will be job poor in the near future and that many will be living on government welfare. Hopefully they will have the opportunity, throughout a lifetime if necessary, to reenter the job market based on personal time, effort, and ability in reeducating themselves at home, online, and free at government expense for a useful job.
Sadly many will be on welfare for an entire lifetime and not be able to function with a good paying job ever.
