6 REMARKABLE FACTS ABOUT THE POWER OF MUSIC!!!!!!

Music can ease the pain that you are suffering from.

Music can motivate speedier exercise and promote endurance during exercise.

Soothing music can promote better sleep without the need to resort to medication.

Music can relieve stress and anxiety, especially prior to and after surgery.

Music can induce a meditative state or change brainwave activity.

Music can elevate your mood and relieve symptoms of depression as long as it is uplifting and not heavy metal or techno.

CONCLUSION:

Music can change or modify your emotional state and speed up or slow down your brain and body activity frequently producing healthy side effects for body and brain. Dissonant or distorted rasping and hate filled music can change your mood or health in a bad way so be careful what you listen to and realize that not all music is good for your emotions or body health.

STRESSED OUT??? CHANGE OR SWITCH TO 20 THINGS WHICH ARE NOT AS STRESSFUL!!!!!!

It may not be obvious to everyone but the key to stress relief is switching to doing something which is not stressful. Here are some stressless things which you can do at home or on the job.

RELIEVE STRESS AT HOME OR AWAY FROM HOME–

Associate with non-work friends

Relax with your favorite music

Use your hands and not computer for an interesting hobby

Get a massage

Take a walk preferably outdoors

Pray, meditate, or think about something other than work

Read or watch something which makes you laugh

Stop arguing over politics, sports, religion, or beliefs which you can’t change

Have some sex

Breathe deeply

Take a shower or bath

Exercise

RELIEVE STRESS ON THE JOB–

Celebrate small successes with food and/or drink

Stop thinking about past mistakes or failures as being overly important because they will probably be unimportant a month or year from now

Do many similar small tasks all at once

Divide a large task into smaller steps

Be more selective in your information intake so you don’t drown in it

Don’t procrastinate at a task because you will be stressed when you start running out of time

Don’t work evenings and weekends except in emergencies

Find a less stressful job

6 PROVEN ACTIONS TO RELIEVE TEMPORARY STRESS

  1. Exercise your body with a slow walk during which you can further relax by trying to meditate about something pleasant which you will do in the future and listen to nature sounds. If you are exercising on a treadmill listen to nature sounds or view some wildlife predator prey or wild animal families in action on a high definition screen on the wall.
  1. Eat one of your favorite meals which are not just energy boosting snacks and fill up your stomach with milk and meat which will leave you with a full satiated feeling and you will begin to feel relaxed and if you are really stressed eat a blood sausage because lions eat meat and blood before they relax and fall asleep.
  1. Follow this up by drinking a favorite wine or beer which will have a further sedative effect on your body.
  1. Women may prefer to follow this up with a warm bath and some favorite  nature sounds in the background during which you can meditate on some favorite theme of a past or future event. You can also view wildlife scenes on a high definition screen on the wall.
  1. Go to bed and start meditating  with nature sounds in the background about past or future pleasant events or hopes or just try purging your mind of racing thoughts by counting from one to a thousand starting with a thousand.
  1. Finally with a good exercise and meal and drink and some favorite nature sounds in the background try getting some good sleep to end the day.

IMMUNE SYSTEM GETS WEAKER AND ONE OF THE REASONS IS THAT MORE CORTISOL IS PRODUCED BY STRESS WHICH MAKES INFECTIOUS DISEASES LIKE COLDS MORE LIKELY AND ONCE GOTTEN IT MAY TAKE LONGER TO BE DISEASE FREE AGAIN.

AN INCREASE IN ADRENALINE MAY REDUCE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ANTI CANCER DRUGS AND THE PRODUCTION OF SHORTER TELOMERES WHICH SEEMS TO IMPLY THAT YOU WILL AGE FASTER WITH GREAT STRESS IN YOUR LIFE.

LATER IN LIFE YOU MAY BE MORE SUSCEPTIBLE TO HEART DISEASE AND ARTHRITIS.
