IMMORALITY LEADS TO DISTRUST AND REPUTATION DESTRUCTION OF AUTHORITY FIGURES!!!

Parents, teachers, business leaders, the establishment media, the FBI, judges, regional and local police, the military, religious leaders, politicians, and authority figures in general are having their reputations ruined by what can broadly be categorized as immoral or unethical behavior such as lying, stealing, and adultery.  Add to this very bad behavior such as excessive drinking, drug taking, promiscuity, pornography, gambling, compulsive shopping, etc. and you have a recipe for dysfunctional role models for parents, teachers, celebrities, politicians, etc.

There is a desperate attempt at maintaining some semblance of order out of the chaos with a ruthless left wing ideology which just exacerbates distrust because it tries to destroy politically incorrect views with emotionally charged insults, name calling, put downs, ridicule, and humiliation instead of rational debate and discussion which is the civilized non violent approach to confronting dissenting facts, views, opinions, and beliefs.

Without a moral or ethical rudder to maintain integrity and steer human behavior and decisions along rational paths, emotional insanity reigns supreme and concepts such as libel, slander, and deception which are just rules of moral or ethical free speech no longer apply.

On the bright side, when human authority figures are no longer respected then technological moral or ethical authority figures can play a larger role. Smart moral or ethical interactive audio visual computer instruction can replace dysfunctional parents and teachers and smart audio visual surveillance cameras can replace police officers to a large extent. Automation or robots can replace badly educated laborers who are doing relatively repetitive functions and even assist traditional highly educated professions with smart computer software and artificial intelligence. Yes, humans are increasingly badly educated but computers and robots will soon relatively easily replace most of the important functions which humans can do or were traditionally trained to do.

I personally see a bright future ahead of us but there will have to be a radical change in the economic systems of the world and the welfare programs which will have to handle a lot of dislocated workers who will be training for new jobs or will wind up on permanent welfare. A guaranteed national minimum income may be necessary to accommodate the under educated and those without adequate mental ability to function in a highly rational complex technological world of the future. Yes, a huge class of unemployed humans will populate the world but they will be living a relatively frugal lifestyle and maybe wilderness and wildlife will be saved in the process. Rule by the technological elite is coming down the pike if it is not here already to a large extent.

INEQUALITY SOMETIMES SUCKS BUT IT IS A FACT OF LIFE!!!

Fact: neither are we born biologically equal nor are we raised in equal environments.

Biologically we are born with unequal looks which plastic surgery can sometimes improve, we are born with unequal health, we are born with unequal memorization ability and differing information processing abilities which are reflected in differing IQ’s, about half the population is male and the rest female, and the traits and abilities follow a bell shaped statistical curve with a small percentage at the very bottom and a relatively small percentage at the top.

Although smart hard work, integrity, dependability, competence, friendliness, a useful education, and good communication skills are a great asset those that make it to leadership positions in professions, the successful ones are often the attractive ones with excellent memories, high IQ’s, moral families, and financially responsible lifestyles.

You can be biologically handicapped at birth but add to this a bad environment such as bad nutrition, bad or immoral parents, bad role models, a bad neighborhood, a useless education, bad friends, bad addictions, and no realistic plans for the future and all of these factors will keep you at the bottom of the human inequality scale.

While healthy school nutrition, quality useful interactive audio visual computer education, motivational teachers, and a moral education should theoretically increase the odds in your favor, if you return to an abusive immoral home environment plagued with bad nutrition, bad parenting or no parenting, bad role models, addictive habits, and financially irresponsible lifestyles, your chances of escaping this dysfunctional environment are minimal.

When the odds are against you biologically and at home, a healthy smart educational environment is your only potential salvation. Schools should provide healthy organic food and drink, useful interactive audio visual computer education adjusted to your speed of learning, a personal exercise or fitness routine, morally responsible teachers who are paid more if they have mathematical and technological knowledge, and a year round educational experience with no extended vacations.

Students should be permitted to learn at their own pace and graduate before the age of 18 if they pass all the educational requirements. A quality education is the goal and simple essential courses such as budgeting your money, being able to read and type, and living a moral drug free responsible life should be priority number one. Yes, life isn’t fair but a good useful education can make a significant difference if you add to it a personal desire and determination to improve yourself mentally and physically.

THE TRUTH ABOUT THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM!!!

The four most important factors affecting educational excellence are the quality of the teachers, the quality or usefulness of the education, the amount of money available for educational resources, and the moral quality of the students and parents in the educational system.

The quality of the teachers is a function of their educational achievement level and teaching ability or an ability to inspire students to do their best in the teacher’s field of expertise.

The quality or usefulness of the education is important because non technological fields are increasingly job poor and mostly a waste of time, energy, and money. Educational priorities must urgently be changed in public education to assure job readiness which may mean the introduction of more vocational and technological training programs earlier in the educational process and much less emphasis on team sports, music, drama or theater, languages, history, and the liberal arts in general.

The amount of money available for teacher’s salaries and educational equipment like computers and lab supplies is also very important but poor school districts not only struggle with less money but many bad teachers and also with offspring coming from dysfunctional families. Money alone will not solve the huge basic social drawbacks of offspring coming from dysfunctional and often immoral families.

The quality of the students depends somewhat on genetic inheritance but much can be achieved with a hard working moral family to back up the student. Unfortunately in poor neighborhoods there are many terrible parental unemployed role models, bad adult role models, and bad friend role models often pushing drug use, disrespect, and irresponsible behavior in general.

Interactive useful audio visual interactive computer education available to students in poor neighborhoods is the ultimate solution which will supply the potential for equal opportunity for all citizens if they put in the time, effort, and achievement necessary. Also this useful audio visual interactive computer education should be made available to all unemployed and destitute humans at any age so that they too see some hope out of their seemingly hopeless poor social circumstances.

However, the dysfunctional social environment of a poor neighborhood still has to be addressed with a universal secular moral code taught to all impressionable young student minds.

Teacher’s unions may extort more money from the school system but their emphasis on seniority and not inspirational teacher excellence is a major drawback. Also union general resistance to educational change to useful audio visual interactive computer instruction are severe handicapping tendencies which stifle educational necessary innovation.

Equal educational opportunity for all the citizens, no matter what the age, in poor neighborhoods is the only long duration system which will be more just than the present status quo handicapping existence or system!!!
