Comparable: adj. similar in quality and/or worth when compared
When women get paid less for equal jobs they are not considered as having comparable worth. Similar skill levels and tasks should be rewarded equally since there is definitely comparable worth.
Comparable talent is a little harder to evaluate but there are definitely more than two humans who qualify for an acting job and selection is usually made on the slightest differences in looks, background, or schmoozing ability.
