So what we found was, when tryptophan was low, people were more likely to take revenge when they’re treated unfairly.

TRUTH: ADDED SUGAR IN OUR FOODS IS CAUSING OVERWEIGHT and HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE and TYPE II DIABETES and HEART DISEASE and MANY OTHER METABOLIC IMBALANCES IN OUR BODIES BECAUSE WE CONSUME TOO MUCH OF IT.

Eating food with sugar and especially high fructose corn syrup added once in a while is not dangerous to your health but it is making you sick if you eat it every day or even every other day which is what most of us do.

Eating fructose found in white sugar and high fructose corn syrup suppresses your natural appetite suppressor and makes you eat more than you should causing overweight in most humans.

Almost everything we eat which is processed food has sugar or high fructose corn syrup added and all these foods are contributing to metabolic illnesses in newborns and offspring and adults.

Almost all low fat foods have fructose or sugar added to make bland food taste better and it is all converted into fat in our bodies.

You would be far better off eating food with natural fat in it which is not all converted into fat cells in the body but causes satiation and makes you eat fewer calories.

WHAT THE AMISH CAN TEACH US ABOUT HEALTH!!!!!!

Living a germ free lifestyle is not the healthiest environment for offspring and they should get dirty and grimy in their youth growing organic plants in the house  or yard or in city farming environments.

If offspring do live dirty lives and don’t wash their hands unless they are covered with grease or grime and visit nature once in a while and drink breast milk when newborn they will have much fewer allergies and especially predispositions to allergies.

Offspring should stay away from modern medical drugs and vaccines as much as possible and only use them for life threatening circumstances and especially not use drugs for frequent colds and mild bacterial infections which the immune system can take care of given enough time of about a week or two.

You stop communicating or talking to your spouse completely and ignore him or her.

There is no close interaction or intimacy because there is no trust and/or sex in the marriage.

You are financially on the brink of bankruptcy from overwhelming financial debt and there is very little hope of pulling out of debt even in small increments.

You are heavily addicted to alcohol and/or drugs and/or prescription medications and you think everything is fine and doesn’t need changing.

You are spending too much time away from home and family and are too dedicated to your career and other outside interests.

You are having an intimate affair outside of marriage and it is not the first but one of many.

You are addicted to the internet with its social media and almost spend no time with family.

You are verbally and emotionally and bodily abusive with your spouse and have been for a relatively long duration

You are addicted to pornography.

You are addicted to spending too much time and money buying material possessions and hoarding them.

You no longer care for your spouse and won’t try counseling as a last resort to try and save the marriage.

You have unrealistic expectations from your spouse which are impossible to live up to or you never forgive for past mistakes and indiscretions which your spouse has made.

DO YOU WANT TO BE MORE CHARISMATIC?

Charisma has very little to do with external appearances and much more important is what you do as a human.

You can have inherited wealth of billions of dollars and have expensive homes and cars and yachts and clothes and be the most boring uninteresting human with no charisma.

You can be a selfmade millionaire so dedicated to making money one basic way that you also are a boring uninteresting human with no charisma.

It is what you do and don’t do as a human that makes you charismatic and it is not something which you are born with completely but must also be doing some of the following things in your life which have become good charismatic habits.

They listen much more than they communicate

Ask relevant questions and maintain eye contact with smiling and frowning and nodding but very little speaking with some infrequent vocalizations where appropriate such as yea and that’s true and I agree and wow and uh huh and sure and etc. which are indications that you are following what is being said or that you are agreeing with an opinion or fact which is being communicated.

That is what it takes to make another human feel important and that they are being listened to and not being ignored.

Don’t immediately offer your own opinions if they are different and mostly communicate selectively about facts or opinions which help affirm what the human thinks is important to him or her and try to avoid creating conflicts of opinion.

When you do eventually say something then make it as brief and factual and relevant to what the human is communicating at the time.

They don’t selectively listen and ignore some or much of what a human is saying

Charismatic humans listen closely to everything a human is saying and try to find subsets they can agree on and promote the concept that we are all humans and have something in common even if it is only the ability to listen closely to what another human is saying.

They don’t interrupt conversations with their own personal activities

Charismatic humans try not to interrupt conversations with phone checking or texting or glancing on the computer monitor or focusing on another activity when a human is talking.

They give before they receive and don’t demand that they receive something in return

Charismatic humans don’t focus on what they can get out of a relationship immediately and thus appear selfish but try to give the other human something even if it is only in the form of good advice about something a human cares about or an agreement and mild praise for an opinion held by the human.

They don’t act selfimportant

Charismatic humans are not pretentious and bragging personalities but try to be as honest and sincere as possible so that other humans are not forced to be impressed and are not irritated and uncomfortable during the conversation which is frequently accompanied by hateful feelings too.

They feel that most people are important because you can learn a new subset from almost anyone

Charismatic humans always search for new knowledge which can be useful to them and they feel that almost anyone has something new to offer them and learn if they just listen closely enough.

Praise others for the good that they do

Find out human achievements ahead of time from valid sources and then feel free to praise the achievements you learn about directly from the human or indirectly from other sources of information which may be other humans.

They are optimistic and communicate with optimistic words

Charismatic humans are usually happy and enthusiastic and fulfilled humans who rarely express pessimistic thoughts unless the pessimism is factually justified because realistically not everything we try to achieve in life is optimistically possible. Charismatic humans are usually realists who don’t believe in pursuing impossible goals in life.

They don’t discuss the failings of others at great length

Charismatic humans don’t gossip especially about personal problems which humans may be experiencing. Recognizing failure is important and others should be notified of human mistakes and failure to reach goals but that failure should not be ridiculed or laughed at.

They admit their failings honestly and sometimes laugh about it

Charismatic humans do not try to pretend perfection since no human is perfect but are speedy to admit their mistakes and maybe even laugh a little at them. This way sharing failure with others with honest admissions and a little humor makes humans laugh with you and not at you. Humans realize that perfection is an impossible human characteristic and will like you better and feel more empathy with you if you honestly share your mistakes with them so you both can learn to not repeat the mistake or mistakes over again in the future. Mutual companionship develops better in honest sincere and sometimes humorous circumstances.

Trump is a charismatic politician who uncharacteristically likes to brag about himself, repeats the same basic themes over and over again, and is very confident, enthusiastic, and energetic. What is Trump’s political charisma is not necessarily always the same as what true charisma is in other leaders in more down to earth professions. What is true charisma and political charisma are slightly different as to style as Trump has proven. Trump may turn off intelligent humans who believe in civility in public office, so you can say that his charisma is not universal among all humans.

THE AVERAGE CHILD IS CHRONICALLY ILL IN AMERICA!!!!!!

Fact:  About 43% of offspring suffer from about 20 bad illnesses and when obesity is included it is over 50% of offspring.

The illnesses include developmental delays, allergies, learning disabilities, asthma, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), ear infections, migraine headaches, speech problems, digestive disorders, depression, autism, and diabetes.

VACINATION THEORY THREATENED BY DISCOVERY THAT VACCINE ANTIBODIES ARE NOT NECESSARY TO COMBAT VIRUSES 

While the medical and pharmaceutical and vaccine industries are busy pushing new vaccines for prevention of many unhealths a new study published in the journal Immunity completely destroys the vaccination theory.

It turns out that the body’s natural immune systems includes both genetic and adaptive subsets which work together to stop disease without the need for antibody producing vaccines.

The theory behind vaccines is that they imitate infection by spurring B cells which are one of the two primary subsets of white blood cells in the immune system to produce antibodies as part of the adaptive immune system.

It is generally believed that these vaccine caused antibodies which are part of the more specific adaptive immune system teach the immune system how to respond to an infection before the body becomes exposed to it.

But the new research shows the fact that genetic immunity is very important in fighting infections and is probably more important than adaptive immunity at preventing or fighting infections.

In tests adaptive immune system antibodies were shown unable to fight infection by themselves which destroys the theory that vaccine caused antibodies have an important function in preventing or fighting infection.

“Our findings contradict the current view that antibodies are absolutely required to survive infection with viruses like VSV (vesicular stomatitis virus) and establish an unexpected function for B cells as custodians of macrophages in antiviral immunity,” said Dr. Uldrich H. von Andrian from Harvard Medical School.

“It will be important to further dissect the role of antibodies and interferons in immunity against similar viruses that attack the nervous system, such as rabies, West Nile virus, and Encephalitis.”

As explained by Dr. Russell Blaylock in a recent interview with Mike Adams the Health Ranger vaccines not only do not work as advertised but they in reality damage the body’s genetic immunity.

Instead of teaching the body how to respond to infections the vaccines really inhibit the immune system’s ability to produce TH2-type cytokines and suppress cellular immunity which is how the body protects itself against deadly viruses and bacteria.

The myth that vaccinations are efficacious in medicine has been disproved by science. Whether or not the normal medical community wants to admit it the pro vaccine beliefs should die.

One footnote is necessary because the greatly contagious polio virus has a vaccine which seems to have worked but it is uncertain whether improved hygiene was the cause or a little of both techniques were responsible for eliminating polio.

I personally feel that if the viral disease is not fatal in over 5% of cases or if it is not severely debilitating it should not be mandatory to have a vaccination for it.

We should have free choice to deny vaccination if we don’t want it and take the rather minimal risk of catching the virus and letting our immune system deal with it naturally.

FOOD ADDITIVES YOU SHOULD TRY TO AVOID IN PROCESSED FOODS!

When food is processed many chemicals are sometimes added which are not natural but which help to preserve shelf life and make the food taste better (usually sweeter) and make it look better with food coloring and bleaches to make the food look whiter.

Don’t panic from fear and completely eliminate processed foods from your meals since most of the scientific studies on animals were done with overdoses of these food additives which produced results such as cancer and kidney problems and liver problems and dizziness and nausea and allergies etc. but be moderate in the amount of processed food that you eat and include as much certified organic food as you can afford or get with your meals.

You will not immediately suffer from all the bad side effects from processed foods but your long duration health will be affected and your metabolism will gradually change with time and cause unsuspected illnesses which overdoses of bad food additives don’t even begin to document.

Be a smart consumer and if you eat processed food every other day or once every three days then you are probably being moderate in you intake of foods bad for your health in the long duration.

I have included an published article which may scare you and if it does create fear in you then it is good fear because you will begin to understand that natural unprocessed food is the best for you in the long duration.

THE TRUTH ABOUT YOUR TEETH

MYTH: You need to brush your teeth if you spend most of your time at home and are mostly alone without a spouse.

TRUTH: Not brushing your teeth permits the smelly bacteria to clean the plaque off your teeth so that you don’t need any brushing!!! If you don’t need close social contacts and won’t offend anyone with your mouth odor then don’t brush your teeth and you won’t need a dentist anymore or at least very infrequently and only if you need a filling for a cavity. You won’t need dental insurance!!!

Dogs and cats and animals in general don’t brush their teeth and eat soft or crunch bites of food and almost never need a dentist!!!

The real scam artists are the dentists who give you a sales pitch about deep cleaning and twice a year plaque removal and regular brushing and flossing on a daily basis.

The truth is that deep cleaning does more harm to the gums and teeth during the brutal process where frequently local anesthesia is used so you won’t feel the pain when the dental assistant brutalizes your mouth.

Pain is a danger signal to your system so don’t get any deep cleaning and waste your money on a harmful procedure which is unnatural.

Teeth cleaning and bleaching enamel which makes the teeth more sensitive is unnatural and should only be used by celebrities and prominent people in leadership positions who want that bright white smile for the general public.

It is a great waste of money for the average human.

Brushing your teeth every day removes the healthy bacteria in your mouth that naturally keep your teeth clean and brushing teeth with toothpaste is the cause of plaque and calculus accumulation!!!

So stop brushing your teeth everyday if you possibly can.

Your dentist is a huckster sucking money out of your wallet on a regular basis.

When you have gingivitis in old age don’t worry about it and have the tooth removed if it starts to get wobbly and is no longer firmly held by your jawbone.

Don’t get crowns or bridges or cosmetic surgery done in old age if you possibly can because it is a waste of money.

I ruined my teeth with one deep cleaning procedure and biyearly cleanings which made my gums worse not better.

I had to pull out three teeth one at a time and decided not to brush or go to the dentist anymore.

The result is that I have a healthy mouth in old age with no more wobbly teeth or gingivitis with three missing teeth.

Nature knows best.  

Your dentist knows nothing about the real cause of tooth decay because he is always recommending that you brush away the helpful bacteria which prevent tooth decay in the first place!!!

Sugar is not the cause of tooth decay!!!

Brushing your teeth is the real cause!!!

Put a stop to your lying money grubbing dentist!!!

MANY REASONS YOU SHOULD STOP WATCHING TV AND NOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME AND ENERGY AND MONEY

MYTH: TV will last forever.

TRUTH: There is no time and energy and money wasting TV in wild nature!!!!!!

Some interesting subsets are rarely shown on TV and most can be seen on the INTERNET hours and rarely days before they are shown on TV.

Really interesting subsets which could help you live your life better are infrequently seen on TV because someone somewhere is trying to censor  the truth or deceive you for their own financial benefit.

TV is not the place to find the truth because most programs are deceptions which prevent you from learning the truth.

Reality TV is simulated TV and not interesting unless you like wasting your time and getting a small pleasure from the misfortune and embarrassment of other humans.

Do you really want to use time watching humans crash and burn living in an entertainment world without seeing them pursuing worthwhile goals in life?

Seeing humans pursuing worthwhile goals in life could be entertaining and useful too but you won’t find this on TV.

TV does not permit you to interact by communicating about the bullshit that they show but the internet does.

Drug company ads for pain killers and drugs with many unhealthy sideeffects will make your health problems worse not better.

Those drugs don’t cure you but give you sideeffects which will create a need for more pills in your life and not less.You will be losing money helping the drug company’s profits without any health improvement.

A little proper body exercise and/or rest in the painful areas in the solution in many cases as your smart body heals itself and the fuel and medicine that your body needs is a very varied diet which can usually cure you in a few weeks or months.

Watching TV in the long run will depress you and the drug companies have a solution for you.

Habit forming ANTIDEPRESENTS with sideeffects which will need more pills for the rest of your life caused by the courtesy of the corrupted medical profession.

Food advertisements will brainwash you into buying overly processed foods with too much sugar in the form of high fructose corn syrup and neotame and aspartame and many unhealthy unnatural additives.

The vast majority of GMO’s are not healthy for you in the long duration.

You will not die instantly but your long duration health will suffer if you eat too much GMO food especially raw corn and soybeans and not enough certified organic food.

Every second of your life is valuable time and do you really want to waste it watching other humans living pretentious lives day in and day out?

Political deceptions or hidden lies and an rare real lies are not the only lies which you will see on TV and they deceive no matter what their political philosophy.

You are brainwashed daily with social and economic deceptions and lies on TV also especially the real cosmetic lies.

These political and social and economic hidden lies  are designed to enslave your mind and body and keep the truth from you so that you can be a slave to the wishes of profiteering politicians and socially corrupt leaders and largely economic short duration profiteers who mostly want your money now and the sooner the better.

If you are a moral person and are getting truthful information which you share from the internet you will be far more valuable and interesting to your friends and more valuable to society than any human on TV!

Why pay valuable difficultly earned money for something which hides the truth and is a large deception and entertains us so badly that many of us seek freedom from it with antidepressants.

Why waste your valuable time and energy being brainwashed into buying products and services which you don’t need and which will only waste your difficultly earned money with impulsive purchases of products you will want but don’t really need and can do without.

TV will lead you to the bad house of bad health and stupidity and financial irresponsibility!

TV manipulates your irrational emotions to sell you on irrational concepts and unnecessary products without offering you with any useful facts or information which you could use in living your life in relative peace and harmony with other humans and wilderness animals and plants.

6 GOOD HABITS OF LIKEABLE HUMANS

Maybe you are shy and a little introverted and generally feel uncomfortable in social interactions. Here are a few suggestions on how to be more confident and become better at interacting with other humans.

Walking purposefully and shaking hands with a firm grip is more important in business relationships to imply a strong and trustworthy personality but with casual acquaintances a medium strength handshake is adequate and many times you don’t need to shake hands but merely acknowledge the other person with a genuine smile that implies that you are really interested in them and happy to meet them. Move closer to them and don’t wait for them to come to you and you can add to your short greeting of only “hi” followed by a nonthreatening question with a slight nod of the head. “hi it’s a pleasure to meet you” is another personal greeting which you may use.

Physically touching another person decreases the natural barriers or space between humans and humans are comforted by minimal touching and not threatened. Passing from the back a simple gentle tap on the shoulder is a friendly gesture and touching the forearm gently with the nonshaking hand while shaking with the other helps to decrease the psychological distance which is felt at most first meetings.

In general humans who are liked let you do most of the talking by being interested in you and being polite and asking nonthreatening questions with how and why and who and sometimes what and where and when. It implies that you respect a human’s opinions and are willing to use time listening to them. The liked humans usually make relatively short communications and factual relevant ones if they do talk. The less you talk randomly and the more concisely you speak the more respected you will become. Humans like to have their opinions respected and will more probably respect you back if you show genuine interest in them.

Minimize the hard charging and goal oriented and always selfishly wanting something attitude. Try to help a person who has a question or a problem or needs a small favor and in general try to please the other person with helpful conversation and then start gradually introducing your wants or needs especially if it is not a business interaction or relationship.

Making a parting good impression is as important as the first impression. Say “it was a pleasure meeting you” or “hope to see you soon bye” or “ I liked talking with you” and add a genuine smile. “nice to see you” is archaic and sounds and is insincere.

The above suggestions sound simple enough but the shy communicator may fear to go beyond the normative standard “Hello and how are you and good to meet you and good seeing you” but it won’t make people like you unless you show some genuine interest in them. It means taking little risks and being more vulnerable and a little more genuine and a little more complimentary and more respectful and basically having the courage to investigate in an ethical manner peoples likes and perhaps some minor dislikes and their opinions on relevant topics.

I asked my wife plenty of appropriate nonthreatenchad questions which basically means that I didn’t challenge or argue with her strong beliefs and opinions before we got married and tried to show a general interest in her which she obliged me by doing most of the talking. I knew more about her life and smart educated type A controlling giving personality than she knew about mine when we got married. I may have sounded a little boring to her by not revealing too much about myself but I also did not make the mistake of talking too much and perhaps revealing too many of my faults early in the relationship. My friendly probing technique worked and we have been happily married for 22 years so far. I continue to let her do most of the talking around the house and socially and only inject an appropriate short relevant logical comment when I can add some factual or relevant information to her talking topics. I showed and continue to show a genuine interest in her and we have an honest respectful relationship which is a pleasure to be in. The bonding in cloose friendships is very similar if you want a lasting long duration relationship.

FORENSIC CRIME LABS ARE CONVICTING MANY INNOCENT PEOPLE!!!

In this technological society objective science is just not possible at many crime scenes.

Hair samples and blood stains and fingerprints and fiber samples and dirt samples and etc. are too numerous at crime scenes to trace back to the offending criminal within a reasonable doubt for conviction.

Evidence can be planted easily by a clever human and the evidence which can be gotten from a crime scene is almost infinite in number so it would take a forensics lab almost forever to go through 100% of the evidence correctly.

In court this theoretically true scientific evidence is used to convict many innocent people since the immorality in this nation and world is present without a just moral code and few humans exist whose reputation is excellent and can be trusted to give truthful eye witness accounts in court.

There have been surveys made by scientists that in the United States on average many people lie about two times a day about a subset.

That is simply unacceptable in society where trust and not lying is the bond which keeps family and close friends and casual relationships stable and makes for peaceful just relationships between humans.

Without some audio and/or visual evidence most court “facts” are merely hearsay and highly biased eye witness accounts with very little objectivity going on.

Add to this the almost infinite molecular evidence at the scene of the crime and you have a frightening picture of uncertainty and doubt which pervades a crime scene.

In the near future if you have an abusive or violent spouse or acquaintance you will have to set up an audio visual camera in your house or use a cell phone with audio visual pickup to record and prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you were violently attacked or abused during a marital relationship or association with a violent acquaintance.

9 REASONS TOO MUCH SUGAR CAN BE VERY BAD FOR YOU!!!!!!

Sugar and high fructose corn syrup has too much fructose in it which only the liver can metabolize and it converts it into fat and causes metabolic imbalances which does not exist if you eat natural fruits which also have other nutrients with some fructose.

Pastries and sodas and candy bars have empty sugar calories without many minerals and vitamins so you are eating a lopsided food with almost no nutritional value.

Eating much sugar with fructose can cause deposition of fat in the liver and lead to nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.

Too many calories from fructose can lead to serious bad effects on blood markers in as little as 10 weeks with increases in blood triglycerides and dense LDL and very bad oxidized LDL and fat in the abdominal cavity and decreased insulin sensitivity.

Excess fructose consumption can lead to insulin resistance which can contribute to increased obesity and diabetes in many humans.

Excess sugar consumption is linked with many serious diseases such as type II diabetes and cardiovascular disease and obesity

Glucose and fructose consumption was compared and it showed that you feel hungrier with fructose intake than with glucose which means that you will probably have a tendency to overeat on a high fructose diet.

Sugar intake releases dopamine in the brain giving us pleasure and excess sugar intake causes so much dopamine release that it can be considered to be addictive in nature with classic signs of addiction.

Fructose causes leptin hormone resistance which translates into not feeling full and eating more than you should. If you want to eat less then sugar must not be part of the meal.

Conclusion: Excess sugar which contains much fructose can lead to serious health problems and is addictive and will cause you to overeat.

Eat pastries and candies and drink sodas in moderation to avoid the very bad effects of excess sugar consumption.

If you are addicted to sweets have them every other day and eventually once every three days and you will be eating sweets in moderation.

If a food has sugar added to it as an extra ingredient don’t buy it if it is not naturally sweet!!!!!!

CHOOSE PRIORITIES IN LIFE

Determine if family life with many offspring is what you would like to use the most time with or your business or job. Sometimes you can have a large family if your spouse does not need to work and can be a full time parent or if your spouse makes enough money to maintain a housekeeper and nanny. You can have the best of both family life and business life but make a logical choice of priorities between family and business if you don’t think you will be making enough to financially succeed in both. If you are starting out in business then don’t have many offspring at the start but wait until you are financially successful before you have more offspring.

BE EFFICIENT

Don’t use time on subsets which you can’t do easily and which require much time to master completely. Focus on your strengths suchas knowledge and skills which you have and can do efficiently. Try not to make goals which require you to learn many new skills and much new knowledge because you are probably going to make many mistakes and will be confronted with many difficult problems to solve if you do.  Applying new skills and knowledge to a job is stressful so minimize the stress by efficiently doing what you do best as a first priority.

COMBINE YOUR ACTIVITIES

Some people stress on whether to use more time on the job or family or friends or acquaintances or entertainment or etc. Divide your time so that you can use some time with every interest which you might have but try to use more time with your priorities. In descending priorities you will use more time on work less time on family and less time on close friends and less time on entertainment and less time on miscellaneous subsets suchas hobbies and casual acquaintances which don’t earn any money but are just financial expenses and frequently time wasters.

AVOID WASTING TIME SOCIALLY

Social media and humans can waste much of your time with trivial communications if you let them. Make your communications as short as possible and loaded with factual useful information if possible. If you feel that you are only “hanging out” with friends and relatives or family without getting new useful knowledge as a goal then put a stop to it because you are wasting valuable time socializing without achieving a utilitarian goal. If you have something new and useful to teach someone then do so. If you are just reviewing past trivial events then put a stop to it by being short and concise and to the point and end the communication speedily.

ACTIVELY TRY TO LEARN NEW SUBSETS WHICH WILL MAKE YOUR JOB MORE EFFICIENT

There are constantly new tools and new techniques and new technology which can save you much time and energy and money so use a little time investigating or searching for this new information to learn about. Learn to use the internet for the latest technological breakthroughs and more efficient procedures for doing your job.

DON’T STRESS TOO MUCH IF YOU CAN’T ALWAYS DO EVERTHING ON YOUR TO DO LIST

Making a list with priorities of what to do is important but don’t be too stressed if you don’t always complete everything on your to do list. Chances are your lower priority tasks are not that important so delaying doing them or not doing them may not be that important in your life.

THEY ARE FREQUENTLY EXTREMISTS WHO DON’T MAKE AVERAGE GOALS BUT WANT TO BE THE GREATEST OR THE BEST OR THE CHEAPEST OR THE MOST EFFICIENT OR THE SPEEDIEST OR THE LARGEST AND GENERALLY TRY TO ACHIEVE ULTIMATE GOALS.

AFTER ACHIEVING AN ULTIMATE GOAL THEY FREQUENTLY GO INTO OTHER FIELDS AND TRY TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS THERE TOO BASED ON A PROVEN RECORD OF ACCOMPLISHMENT. THEY TRY TO BECOME A CONGLOMERATE OF SUCCESSFUL PURSUITS BY MAKING IMPORTANT BUSINESS OR PEER CONTACTS WHICH OPTIMIZE THE POTENTIAL FOR MORE FUTURE SUCCESSES IN SIMILAR OR DIFFERENT FIELDS.

THEY HAVE DEVELOPED THE ABILITY TO SELL OR SUCCESSFULLY PROMOTE OR ADVERTISE THEIR BUSINESS OR GOALS WITH APPROPRIATE CONVINCING AND INSPIRING ENTHUSIASM AND MAKE USEFUL HUMAN CONNECTIONS CONSTANTLY WHICH HELPS IN WORD OF MOUTH ADVERTISING ALSO.

THEY HAVE THE ABILITY TO CONVINCE HUMANS TO WORK WITH THEM AND NOT AGAINST THEM.

THEY TRY NOT TO BRAG AND ARE NOT PROUD TO THE POINT WHERE THEY CAN’T ADMIT TO MAKING A MISTAKE AND IF THEY DO THEY APOLOGIZE AND FREELY ADMIT THAT THEIR SUCCESS WAS A GROUP EFFORT AND GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS APPROPRIATE.

THEY LAUGH OR POKE FUN AT THEIR MISTAKES OR INADEQUACIES AND ARE NEVER TOO PROUD TO ASK FOR HELP WHEN THEY SEEM TO NEED IT. WHEN THEY FAIL THEY CONTINUE TO PURSUE THEIR GOAL AND TRY AGAIN!!!!!!

Happiness is sensing pleasure.

If you sense pleasure you are happy though the intensity of the pleasure of varies depending on what you are doing.

It may seem that happiness is closely tied to how much money you make.

It has been shown that above the poverty line people with more money are not usually happier than almost everyone else above the poverty line.

What is certain is that not having money decreases our happiness and lessens our ability to function independently in society and this causes an increase in unpleasant stress.

It is true that there is a large difference in what we think will give us happiness and actually feeling happy when we get it.

Whatever you think will make you happy gives momentary pleasure usually lasting not more than a few seconds a few days or a time between the two and then we return to our average daily habits of being happy OR UNHAPPY AGAIN.

The reason that it is hard to determine or judge how happy people are in life is because thinking about whether one is happy or not and verbalizing it is frequently much different than the factual real amount of happiness in a person’s life.

Extreme or very intense happiness or ecstasy WHICH IS VERY SHORT TERM HAPPINESS is usually transient in average people and is frequently associated with orgasm and drug highs.

There is also the happiness of creative work which is experienced by skilled creative professionals who are in a state of mostly impulsive creativity that is almost like an outer body experience.

Skilled composers of music and artists and impromptu speakers and inventors are examples of people who find largely impulsive happiness in their creative effort.

It also seems to be a fact that the more choices which you have in life the more stressful it becomes and your happiness in choosing a course of action decreases.

It also seems that people purchasing or getting an object produces more happiness than being in a position of being able to exchange that object for a different one if not satisfied with the original choice.

It is also a fact that remembering an intense moment of happiness will stay with you longer in memory than a series of low intensity happy moments.

Based on all this objective knowledge about happiness it is an absurdity to think that people should have an absolute right to the pursuit of happiness and that this absurd notion should be codified in a written constitution.

Pursuing the greatest pleasure or happiness would be the hedonistic pursuit of sexual orgasm and an unrestricted use of legal and illegal mind altering drugs.

The unalienable right to the pursuit of happiness should be changed to more realistic goals as those outlined in my book NEW CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES.

Over 50 percent of those leading happy lives can attribute it to being genetically born to be happier than others.

You inherited the happy genes from your parents and you also learned many happy tricks from their happy lifestyles and the happy lifestyles of role models.

You can help to exclude sources of unhappiness but you can’t easily create happiness in people by only talking to them and making suggestions.

If you are born unhealthy with a poor memory and unhappy parents and unattractive features such as being overly fat your battle to be happy and remain happy will be more difficult.

It is much easier to create happiness in people by asking them to imitate happy role models and it must be highly volitional on their part.

It should be obvious that teaching young children to be happier is much easier than teaching grown adults doing bad unhappy habits which don’t result in much happiness.

Matt Killingsworth has done a study on happiness and found that if you want to be happy you should stay in the moment.

This basically means that if you are pursuing a purposeful activity you are happier than if you doing nothing or nothing of importance.

He has uncovered that no matter what you are doing your mind wanders and that it wanders about 30% of the time no matter what you are doing.

Mind wandering is a cause of unhappiness but unhappiness is not the cause of mind wandering.

When you are unhappy your mind may be wondering but wondering does not cause unhappiness.

There is no paradox in thinking about happiness if you are not brainwashed by the mythological concepts of happiness in literature.

The old concepts about happiness are illogical constructs which should die a fast death.

Biological reality has no paradoxes!

Dreaming or thinking about making a lot of money and/or having a great job and/or being very successful is not a source of happiness.

It is working purposefully at your job and/or minimally doing something pleasant and/or HAPPY TIME WITH FAMILY AND VERY CLOSE FRIENDS that causes moments of happiness and correspondingly moments of unhappiness.

The truth shall set you free of all historical paradoxes!!!

If you have landed the job of your dreams or purchased the luxury car of your dreams or married the most perfect spouse in the world or made a rare killing in the stock market and find that you are not happy anymore after the initial excitement.

Start thinking about adjusting your life living on a daily basis and improving your relationship with your family and CLOSE friends which can create more lasting happiness on a daily basis.

Small moments of happiness in your daily life are more important than large successes in your daily or professional life!!!

Rearrange your life so that each of your day is giving you more little pleasures and stay away from dreaming about the highly improbable happiness that you will feel if your life becomes and extraordinary success at some future point in your life!!!

Definition

Meditation is concentrated focus upon a sound and/or object and/or visualization and/or the breath and/or movement and/or attention itself to increase focusing on the present moment to reduce stress and promote relaxation and to theoretically help personal and mental growth.

Meditate: v. to think without anxiety and/or emotion

Meditation claims to reduce stress and is a form of relaxation and theoretically helps personal and mental growth.  Other claims include improved concentration and decreased blood pressure and reduced stress and anxiety and enhanced immune function

Whatever its form meditation is some time spent doing or thinking about something else other than what you are thinking or doing most of the time. It is basically a pause in your life which is meant to refresh you.

Medication works basically by redirecting your daily thoughts and body motions into almost no thoughts and minimal or no body motions.

Having almost no thoughts and no body motions is very close to what could be considered to be sleeping and you may not have to go to this extreme to relax your mind and body.

Mentally repeating a phrase or chanting a phrase and simple repetitive body movements is one way of meditating.

Sitting in a chair and puffing on a cigarette without inhaling or sipping on a healthy drink and thinking about how you could do your job better or thinking about something other than your job is a form of meditation or reality thinking which can be more useful in your life than escapist meditation techniques with seemingly no purposeful activity going on.

Sleep is the best form of mediation and you should get enough of it at night but during the day take some breaks and redirect your mind and body into a relaxed circumstance where you can purposefully think about how to do your job better or how to improve your daily life or think about something pleasurable which you would want to do in the future with family or friends or acquaintances.

Purging your mind of thinking logically and rationally during the day is what meditation tries to do and it is not the most effective technique to correspond your mind and body to real life living.

When you rest you should with as little emotion as possible rationally and logically think about what you are doing or have done or what you will be doing in the future and analyze it in your mind and ask the most important question-How can I function better in the future given my present and past circumstances?

You can meditate the traditional way and try to become a mental and bodily Zombie or you can meditate or think the modern way purposefully.

Returning to nothingness or almost no thinking is what you do in sleep and there is no reason you should be sleeping in the daytime when your mind and body seeks activity.

Primitive tribes don’t meditate or do so minimally so you should be cautious about advice given by Buddhist monks on meditation who spend their lives trying to become stylized very biased “perfect” humans sitting on their buts most of the day.

My personal opinion is that traditional meditation is a waste of time and you can meditate or think better the modern way which basically means taking a five or ten minute pause from what you are doing and thinking in a rational logical way about your past and present and future potential activities.

Goal seeking modern meditation or logical restful thinking is what I recommend to relieve stress and motivate greater personal and mental growth. You will have improved concentration and decreased blood pressure and reduced stress and anxiety and enhanced immune function!!!!!!

How will you know if you are meditating properly? When you start thinking without anxiety or emotion.

If the only way to do this is to use standard traditional meditation techniques to help you decrease your emotional level then do so but start reading my blogs which are written without anxiety or emotion having a role in the communication as do standard emotionally charged communications.

HOW TO EXCLUDE MOST PREJUDICE AND BIAS IN THE WORLD AND PSYCHOLOGICAL TIPS FOR EFFICIENT HUMAN INTERACTIONS

MYTH: Bias and prejudice can’t be decreased in this world.

TRUTH: Bias and prejudice can be decreased in this world with the use of a new language which is more logical and as free of emotional expression as possible and not biased with the black or white and LOVE OR HATE and yes or no and yin or yang and antonym or synonym and etc. but a more probabilistic view of the world as proposed in my book SCIENTIFIC THESAURUS.

The book uses standard English words with which I have been communicating in my blogs and there is only a rare new word which is used to make the communication more logical. Instead of using over a million words to communicate SCIENTIFIC THESAURUS uses only about 3000 basic words to communicate which would be easier to teach and remember and most elementary school students would have a complete logical vocabulary to use in their lives. The words include a knowledge of what is most important in the liberal arts and politics and society and economics but omits many scientific words other than the basics.

The new language only uses verbs and nouns and adjectives and adverbs to communicate and this eliminates the need for prepositions and conjunctions and metaphors and similes and slang and synonyms and confusing phrases with little factual content and greatly simplifies English grammar and makes it very simple to learn.

This language will exclude most bias and prejudice and emotionally charged words which are a handicap to logical reasoned human interactions.

How do you attract good potential new dates or friends or acquaintances?

Cloose: adj. existing at a relatively short distance in space and/or time and/or number and/or degree and/or quantity

People are attracted to others who have similar values and interests and tastes and beliefs and health and happiness and education and power.

If you are interested in cloose peer relationships and friendships which correspond to as many of your own values and interests and tastes and beliefs and health and happiness and education and power then look for similar characteristics with new potential acquaintances as possible.

The more that you have in common with a new potential mate or friend or acquaintance then the greater is the probability that they can become cloose to you in the future.

Probe a human’s likes and dislikes and compare them to your own.

You will better judge whether a relationship is worth the investment in time and energy and money if you ask enough probing questions and try to find similar characteristics and behaviors in a potential new date or friend or acquaintance.

The most important characteristics to look for are a common morality and a relatively similar educational level which means relative moral and mental equality.

First impressions of your appearance and behaviors on someone is very important because first impressions last in memory and you will have an uphill battle at getting trust from someone if you start off wrong with someone who will have stereotyped you or made instant bad generalities or stereotypes about you which may not be deserved.

Start a new relationship very friendly and honestly thus creating an initial good bond and try to hide your bad characteristics as much as possible since they will surface sooner or later and may not be as catastrophic later in a relationship.

It is OK to reveal some of the bad events in your life if they are ones which you have solved along the way.

If you have had bad experiences in your life which you solved this will be educational for the new human in the relationship and they will feel that you can probably also confidently solve problems in the future.

Don’t try to be too perfect because perfection is frightening and humans will not empathize with you as much if they see no flaws.

If you reveal some of your minor bad secrets your bonding will increase because the human will like your honesty and feel clooser to you and he or she will probably also reveal some of their small bad secrets to you more willingly.

Being basically very honest or truthful will increase the human bonding because they both build trust in a relationship which is the magic glue which starts relationships and maintains them for a long duration.

If you have a large problem which you haven’t solved don’t communicate it at first because humans may think that you will still have that large problem later on in the relationship and will start to avoid you.

People are quick to use generalizations or stereotypes to classify gender and race and (large and small groups of people) and frequently do injustice to those that don’t fit the stereotype.

Most of us are guilty of these frequent unjust biases or stereotypes of people because we don’t take the time to see a human for the complete human which they really are.

Point out that there are important exceptions to stereotypes whenever possible.

Try to judge humans on the basis of who they really are and not on what you think they should be  based upon your initial first impressions only.

Give humans time to reveal their true selves before you make a final judgment about their true personality.

People are impressed by authority figures with expertise and positions of leadership and charisma gotten mainly with a good honest reputation.

Try to nurture these characteristics if you want to be a successful leader.

There are basically leaders and followers within groups.

The leaders make most of the important decisions and the followers usually go along without much resistance and make the unimportant decisions.

Some leadership styles are more democratic and will let followers vote on what actions to take but these styles are not very efficient and majority consensus is frequently difficult to come by.

There are basically relatively independent humans who depend upon their own grasp of the world to function and the relatively dependent people who frequently seek the guidance of others when they function.

The wise person tries to operate independently as much as possible but realizes realistic limitations and seeks guidance when in great doubt about how to function well.

Most people try to maintain their habitual ways of thinking and doing things and frequently feel threatened by large deviations from these habitual norms.

Seemingly very new or radical departures from habit are frequently a recipe for a much fear and turmoil and emotional extremes.

Introduce great change in small increments if possible to avoid much confusion and fear.

Time and effort and energy and money invested in a behavior and/or concept increases the probability that one will maintain the behavior and/or concept more strongly and for a lengthier period of time.

Get a person to invest a little in your recommended behavior and/or concept and the chances are you will more easily get further investments in the future.

Something which has strong emotional appeal will frequently attract people more so than something which is merely presented in a rational or logical way.

It is unfortunate but emotions rule most people in this illogical world and you have to realize that an appeal to good emotions is frequently more successful a convincing tool than logical reasoned facts.

If you are trying to sell a product or concept or behavior then prime your potential customer emotionally first and then make your sales pitch.

Prime a person emotionally as much as possible if you want to more successfully sell a human on a behavior and/or concept and/or product.

People prefer certainty and prefer to judge things such as events and behaviors in a black or white and yes or no fashion and are usually not very good at judging probabilities which may be presented to them.

Try to present simple choices rather than probabilistic choices to people without a background in probability.

How many of you are manipulative or try to get what you want from humans?

How many of you are irresponsible and don’t show up on time for appointments on time?

How many of you show impulsivity with your shopping or by telling humans what you really think without caring whether you hurt their feelings?

How many of you lack guilt when you hurt the feelings of someone you don’t care about?

How many times have you been accused of having antisocial behaviors because you didn’t want to interact with bad or rude people?

How many times have you suffered from criminality?

OK you are not a criminal so that is one no out of 11 where the answer is yes.

Conclusion: There is a probability that you are about 90% a psychopath!!!

If your psychiatrist can’t define the words he is using clearly especially the words he uses in the diagnostic conclusion sue him or her for malpractice since he or she doesn’t know what he or she is talking about and you can sue him for incompetent malpractice!!!

GENOMICS AND GENETICS AND THE DIFFICULTY OF FUTURE MEDICAL DIAGNOSING AND CURES

MYTH: Humans with an illness should be treated the same in medicine.

TRUTH: Because of genetic variability the amount and subset of medicine should correspond to  the genotype in the future of medical practice.

Genomics is helping researchers discover why some people get sick from certain infections and/or environmental factors and/or behaviors while others do not. There are some people who exercise their whole lives and eat a healthy diet and have regular medical checkups and die from a heart attack at age 40. There are also people who smoke and never exercise and eat unhealthy foods and live to be 100. Genomics may hold the key to understanding these differences.

Genetics studies one gene at a time and can lead to an analysis of which gene is the primary cause in a disease but it is never adequate to say what the complete effect will be on the genomic activity of the organism if the gene is modified or excluded. This is why it is dangerous to add or subtract one gene at a time in an organism because you don’t test for the total impact on an organism that this gene modification can have.

This is why some genetically modified foods are potentially hazardous to your health because the complete bad effects on your genome has not been determined or tested for. In fact some people can be very sensitive to GMO foods and others not so much or affected only for the long duration badly.

The genome of the genetically changed plant is changed by single gene replacement or addition and the plant may have a changed immune system which is actually less resistant to the environmental pests and viruses and bacteria many of which can speedily mutate and start destroying the genetically changed plant.

GMO food should probably be avoided most of the time and where it exists there should be diversity in GMO plants so that the failure of one GMO plant does not mean severe agricultural bankruptcy for farmers completely dependent on the growth of one GMO crop only.  Third world countries dependent on only one GMO crop would suffer starvation if the crop were to fail due to the successful mutations of new immune pests and diseases.

Pharmacogenomics is the study of drug effects on the genome of individuals. It is beginning to show that certain genotypes do not metabolize certain drugs successfully and the effect on the individual is not observable or greatly toxic. The result is that up to 60% or more of the population seems unaffected by many drugs and it is a placebo while a relatively large percentage of patients soon have bad side effects which are further treated with more drugs. 60% is a very large percentage so it is very probable that those seemingly unaffected are in fact severely affected in the long duration and the effects are very bad on complete bodily health.

To make a maximum profit drug companies may make drugs for the most numerous genotypes and ignore less numerous genotypes which may be considered to be a form of social discrimination. Patients may choose to hide their genotype secret from medical insurance companies who may discover it and charge them a larger premium because of a disease causing genotype. These are ethical problems which will have to be justly judged once prior genotype testing will become mandatory before any drug is prescribed by doctors. Discrimination based on genotype will become a serious problem in future medicine and many minority genotypes will be ignored because they are just not cost efficient to treat.

The truth is that most drugs try to treat the illness symptoms and don’t cure the cause of the illness. Thus most drugs are not cures but just make for more unpleasant side effects in patients who then are treated with more drugs.  Large drug companies are more interested in profit than actually curing patients and manufacture many drugs which are greatly advertised and have no long duration value in treating disease.

If you can’t cure a disease then healthy eating and right localized exercise is the only long duration potential solution as the body tries to heal itself. There must be drugs to treat fatal illnesses but if the illness is not fatal then the best solution is don’t take any drugs other than basic pain killers to treat the pain if it is severe enough and give the body time to heal itself.

If you are not a geriatric patient and have health problems your best drug is radically changing your diet to a wide variety of minimally processed organic food and drinking a lot of milk and preferable raw milk if you can afford it or find it.

If you have localized joint muscle pain then exercise and stretch that area daily. If you have heart problems change your diet to a wide variety of organic foods and also walk speedily about three times a week for about 20 minutes.

If you are a geriatric patient and are taking more than 5 different drugs look for another doctor and ask him to decrease it to about 2 or 3 because he is treating you for side effects which will only raise the drug count to 10 or more.

If you are in a wheelchair or bedridden change your diet radically as communicated and exercise for about 20 minutes each day in your wheelchair or bed with hand and body exercises. We will die and taking a boatload of medication will only speed up the decaying process and cause death or intensive care sooner than necessary.

MYTH: You can live longer with the right medication or diet.

TRUTH: Your lifespan is primarily genetically determined and artificial means of extending it may be successful but will only realistically add a few more years to the lifespan. Living healthily during that lifespan depends on much quality food and some agility exercise or just a fast walk about 3 times a week but you don’t have to do this habitually since you can skip an entire week or month and not exercise.

In old age when the joint muscles start to feel a little stiff then some exercise of the joints may be necessary such as deep knee bends using the full weight of the body and/or some upper body push ups from above the knees by squatting on knees while doing the upper body push ups.  This can be done for about 10 minutes a day one to three times a week. This should eliminate most joint muscle stiffness and if it doesn’t then increase the exercise time to 15 or more minutes a day.

            The truth is that technology can only help us to live longer and more qualitative lives if humans select genes which naturally give longevity and good health for future generations.  No magic pill or pills will make you live much longer or healthier than you were programmed to live genetically.  If your genes say that you will lead an unhealthy life and live a short one then changing your diet or popping “magic” pills is not a guarantee against these fundamental genetic flaws.

Regenerative medicine or growing a new heart and/or arteries and/or veins and/or liver and/or kidneys and/or etc. offers a realistic means to increase a productive lifespan and compensate somewhat for living an unhealthy lifestyle so there is some realistic hope in the near future for extending the quality of your lifespan even with bad genetic inheritance.

Don’t waste your time searching for the magic bullet which will give you longevity.  There is no magic bullet yet and there is a large probability that there won’t be one in the future.  With bad genes you can continue to struggle to live a longer life and most of us choose to do so but don’t expect the quality of those extended days of life to continue to be qualitative.  Eat healthy and exercise in moderation and you will live the longest life which you were programmed to live.

Contagious life threatening diseases and infectious diseases will always be a threat of premature death which can be successfully treated with medical technology improvements.  Antibiotic resistant strains of bacteria have to be treated with new technological discoveries. Antibiotics should only be used in immediate life threatening situations because they also kill good bacteria necessary for healthy living especially those found in the gut.  Killing good and bad gut bacteria will lead to a life with unhealthy side effects in the short and long duration and definitely don’t use antibiotics for viral caused common colds since you will speedily injure your health!!!

Finding a cure for cancer is another worthy area of research which should be funded primarily by private research money.  A hundred years ago the cancer rate was minimal and the only real change has been in our diet and in toxic chemicals and drugs in our systems. Starting to eat certified organic foods again and limiting your use of synthetic drugs to a minimum can decrease the risk from cancer and heart disease.

The truth is that lifespan is primarily determined by your genetics and secondarily by what you eat and it is highly improbable that you will easily change your DNA after birth into the predictive future.
