Wander: v. to do a subset(s) randomly and casually with transient goals


A wandering mind is thinking random thoughts without anxiety and much concern yet having a series of transient goals in mind and it is different from rambling thoughts which is random largely impulsive thoughts without any transient goals in mind since the thinking is largely impulsive without conscious goals being made.


When your thoughts wander just like in wandering in the woods you make temporary random transient destination goals which you then proceed to fulfill.
