Inattentive: adj. to intentionally not focus and not interact bodily and/or mentally with a subset(s)

When you are being inattentive then you are doing so intentionally. Ignoring someone and/or avoiding them is a subset of inattentiveness.

 

Negligence is frequently a form of involuntary inattentiveness and can lead to court action if the negligence does considerable injury to a human(s).
