Entity: n. a lifeform and/or a group of lifeforms with a common identity
A bacteria, cell, organ, plant, animal, human animal, and group or organization is an entity.
A human is an entity with subset entities called bacteria, cells, and organs.
A communicating bacterial colony of the same bacteria type is also an entity. Businesses, organizations, and governments are also entities with subset human entities.
Historically church and empire fused in a single entity is an example of how large an entity can get.
In effect one lifeform or a group of organized lifeforms with some common goal(s) or a common identity is also an entity.

The old expression “you are what you eat” is beginning to take on new significance and it is becoming more apparent that your gut bacteria and viruses are influencing most of the diseases or illnesses which you are battling with in your life. Auto immune disease, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, allergies, autism, mental illness, crohn’s disease, heartburn, etc. largely exist because you are not eating natural organic food in a great enough variety as part of your diet.
But more important start eating healthier as soon as possible because conclusive evidence is probably many years away and it is very hard to prove with so much of a variety of food that everyone is ingesting. No one magic food or medicinal pill will be found to cure your problem instead of only masking it so for the time being, eat as large a variety of organic food as possible. If you eat fast food then at least try to eat all the different kinds of it that you can. Variety is the spice of life and it will also keep you healthier than if you eat and drink the same thing over and over again or too frequently!
Wilderness animals and plants eat healthy natural organic food and seldom come down with diseases which debilitate them. Learn from nature, the best teacher and doctor in the whole world!

Armageddon or the end of civilization has been preached in one form or another through the ages. Of all the possibilities here is one more to add to the list which is a very probable scary scenario. The long duration threat is actually antibiotic resistant bacteria which are also forming in our artificial waste treatment sewage plants and endangering all animals downstream including humans.
Perhaps the one optimistic note is that at least we can identify some of the antibiotic drug resistant toxic gut bacteria and knowing your enemy can sometimes lead to a temporary cure or necessary change in lifestyle before it is too late to change the dire circumstances. Don’t use or sell sewage plant fertilizer is the first step we can all take to reverse the ominous trend. Don’t try to make potable water out of communal effluent unless you boil the water off is another good rule to follow.
