The old expression “you are what you eat” is beginning to take on new significance and it is becoming more apparent that your gut bacteria and viruses are influencing most of the diseases or illnesses which you are battling with in your life. Auto immune disease, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, allergies, autism, mental illness, crohn’s disease, heartburn, etc. largely exist because you are not eating natural organic food in a great enough variety as part of your diet.
But more important start eating healthier as soon as possible because conclusive evidence is probably many years away and it is very hard to prove with so much of a variety of food that everyone is ingesting. No one magic food or medicinal pill will be found to cure your problem instead of only masking it so for the time being, eat as large a variety of organic food as possible. If you eat fast food then at least try to eat all the different kinds of it that you can. Variety is the spice of life and it will also keep you healthier than if you eat and drink the same thing over and over again or too frequently!
Wilderness animals and plants eat healthy natural organic food and seldom come down with diseases which debilitate them. Learn from nature, the best teacher and doctor in the whole world!
